A study investigating the embedding of stabilized organic-inorganic liposomal cerasomes in gelatin nanofibers through the electrospinning of cerasome-dispersed gelatin aqueous solution is presented. Fluorescent and transmission electron microscopy confirm the embedding and centering of cerasomes in the electrospun nanofibers. A simple mechanism is proposed for the centering of cerasomes in gelatin nanofibers. The ability to incorporate cerasomes capable of encapsulating a variety of bioactive molecules provides a promising method to functionalize polymer nanofibers. 相似文献

LiVPO4F/C samples were synthesized by one-step solid-state reaction and two-step solid-state reaction methods, respectively. The X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and electrochemical performance tests were adopted to characterize the properties of LiVPO4F/C. XRD results show that the LiVPO4F/C samples prepared by one-step solid-state reaction method have the same triclinic structure (space group as that synthesized by conventional two-step solid-state reaction. SEM image exhibits that the particle size of LiVPO4F/C prepared by one-step solid-state reaction method is smaller than that of the sample synthesized by two-step solid-state reaction. The improved electrochemical properties of the LiVPO4F/C are attributed to the depressed grain size and enhanced electrical conductivity produced via one-step solid-state reaction method using oxalic acid as both reduction agent and carbon sources. AC impedance measurements also show that the LiVPO4F/C synthesized by one-step solid-state reaction route significantly decreases the charge-transfer resistance. 相似文献

A series of water‐soluble dual light‐ and thermo‐responsive homopolymers bearing azobenzene units and terminal oligo(ethylene glycol) units with well‐defined molecular weight (M n = 0.69 × 104 to 4.60 × 104 g mol?1) were synthesized via reversible addition–fragmentation chain transfer polymerization. All the homopolymers exhibited reversible photoisomerization and their lower critical solution temperatures showed an unusual increase with increasing molecular weight. Interestingly, by increasing the molecular weight, the aggregate morphology of these polymers was found to evolve from a spherical to a cylindrical shape. © 2017 Society of Chemical Industry 相似文献

This article considers the likelihood ratio (LR) test for the structural change of an AR model to a threshold AR model. Under the null hypothesis, it is shown that the LR test converges weakly to the maxima of a two‐parameter vector Gaussian process. Using the approach in Chan and Tong (1990)and Chan (1991), we obtain a parameter‐free limiting distribution when the errors are normal. This distribution is novel and its percentage points are tabulated via a Monte Carlo method. The potential biological functions of Pleurotus eryngii have long been described in Chinese traditional medicine. However, little is known about the bioactive components of P. eryngii and their functions in liver injury and high-fat induced animal models. The present study thoroughly investigated the comprehensive functions of water-soluble polysaccharidic extract of P. eryngii (PEPE) using in vivo mouse models and in vitro biochemistry tests. PEPE could significantly increase the activities of antioxidant enzymes and effectively remove the free radicals in a liver-injury mouse model. Furthermore, in a high-fat-load mouse model, PEPE not only remarkably decreased the lipid levels of total cholesterol, total triglyceride, and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, but also resulted in an increase in high-density lipoprotein cholesterol. Histopathological observations indicated that PEPE could effectively prevent excessive lipid formation in liver tissue. Our data suggest that PEPE can be used as a valuable functional food additive for hypolipidemic and hepatoprotective treatments. 相似文献

Ruddlesden?Popper layered oxide, La0.25Sr2.75FeNiO7-δ (LSFN) is evaluated as a potential electrode material for symmetrical solid oxide fuel cells. The in-situ formation of Ni–Fe alloy nanoparticles on the LSFN surface in reducing atmosphere can be believed to enhance the activity towards hydrogen oxidation reaction. LSFN exhibit maximum conductivity of 221.2 S/cm and 0.206 S/cm in air and hydrogen environment. Furthermore, LSFN is mixed with GDC powder to form a composite electrode for symmetric solid oxide fuel cells (SSOFC). Results show that with the combination of GDC, the maximum power density of YSZ-based SSOFC enlarges from 232.3 mW cm?2 to 348.5 mW cm?2, and related polarization resistance reduces from 0.359 Ω cm2 to 0.108 Ω cm2. The improved performance is attributed to the enlarged triple-phase boundary with the mixing of GDC. In addition, YSZ-based SSOFC with the LSFN-GDC composite electrode shows a stable performance in intermediate-temperature SSOFCs within 200 h, which indicates that LSFN-GDC composite material is a prospective symmetrical electrode for SSOFC. 相似文献
