Die Bestimmung des Grenzumformgrades eines Stahles, der während der plastischen Verformung nicht überschritten werden kann, ist von großer Bedeutung. Die vorliegende Arbeit berichtet über Ergebnisse von Warmtorsionsversuchen, aus denen der Grenzumformgrad als Funktion von Temperatur und Umformgeschwindigkeit ermittelt wurde. Die Versuche wurden an den Stählen X 10 CrNiTi 18 9, 10 CrMo 9 10, X 10 CrNiMoTi 18 12, X 20 CrMoV 12 1 und X 2 NiCrNb 25 18 durchgeführt.  相似文献

The performance of a combined sewer overflow (CSO) storage/treatment facility in North Toronto, Ont., Canada, was investigated by conjunctive numerical and physical (hydraulic) modeling. The main objectives of the study were to (1) assess the feasibility of increasing the hydraulic loading of the CSO facility without bypassing; and (2) establish a verified numerical model of the facility for future work. The numerical model [a commercial computational fluid dynamics (CFD), PHOENICS] was validated and verified using results from a hydraulic scale model (1:11.6). The results obtained show that the CFD model can simulate hydraulic conditions in the facility well, as demonstrated by accurate reproduction of the filling rate, water levels at various locations, flow velocities in feed pipes, and overflows from the inflow channel. Numerical simulations identified excessive local head losses and helped select structural changes to reduce such losses. The analysis of the facility showed that with respect to hydraulic operation, the facility is a complex, highly nonlinear hydraulic system. Within the existing constraints, a few structural changes examined by numerical simulation could increase the maximum treatment flow rate in the CSO storage/treatment facility by up to 31%.  相似文献

Analytical lower and upper bounds for the throughput of closed queueing networks with single and delay (infinite) servers are studied in this paper. The numerical evaluation of these bounds requires a small number of significant operations which is independent of the population N. This is in contrast to the exact computation of the throughput which requires at least O(N) operations as N tends to infinity. The bounds are given by simple closed-form analytical expressions and may be more suitable for various performance studies than the algorithmical form of the exact solution.In this paper, the previously known balanced-job bounds are generalized to networks containing delay servers (terminals) and a hierarchy of bounds is obtained for single and multiple class networks. For the single class network, further new bounds are derived: lower and upper bounds that require the evaluation of one square root and an upper bound that requires a constant number of exponentiations. This upper bound does not employ the balancing of server loadings and is especially useful for asymptotic analysis in the case of a large number of customers N.  相似文献

The prevalence of squamous cell carcinoma of the skin in albinos reaches approximately 90% in patients over 20 years of age in the vicinity of Enugu, Nigeria. Chromosome breaks and sister chromatid exchanges (SCE) were evaluated in tyrosinase-positive oculocutaneous albinos and pigmented controls of Ibo extraction who were life-long residents of Nigeria. No difference in the frequency of chromosomal breaks in 14 albinos compared to 6 pigmented controls, and no differences in the frequency of SCE in 9 albinos compared to 3 controls could be detected. Increased chromosomal abnormalities in lymphocytes do not appear to be assoicated with albinism or fulminating skin cancer present in albinos in the tropics.  相似文献

Four studies with 94 Long-Evans rats examined potential neural processes involved in retention of a peripherally induced postural asymmetry. In Exp I, dorsal and ventral spinal root section following varying intervals of stimulation successfully abolished peripherally induced hindlimb asymmetry. Exp II revealed that 50 min of ventral root stimulation, in the absence of central connection, was not effective in producing asymmetry persistence. Exp III attempted to more closely delineate the time parameters involved in peripherally induced asymmetry retention. Asymmetry was found to consistently outlast a spinal transection if 40 min of stimulation was given. In Exp IV, possible modulatory higher brain center influences on the retention processes were demonstrated. Asymmetry persistence was consistently observed in Ss that received 10, 20, 30, 40, or 50 min of hindlimb stimulation if 50 min were allowed to elapse between the onset of stimulation and spinal section. Results (1) suggest an active involvement of spinal reflex centers in the fixation process, (2) indicate that the manner in which reflex activity is altered is not crucial as long as underlying time parameters are adhered to, and (3) demonstrate that higher center influences can modulate retention of a postural asymmetry in a complex manner. The thermal protection of the specific experimental instrument for monitoring of combustion conditions on the grate of municipal solid waste incinerators (MSWI) represents a very important part of the assembled measuring system. The inner part of the instrument with control electronics and diverse sensors (temperature and flue gas concentration measurements) requires sufficient thermal protection against the high temperature environment of the combustion process with a surrounding temperature higher than 1200 °C. The influence of the high temperature environment is limited, but not fully eliminated, by thermal protection. The thermal protection is applied in two different ways. The standard thermal insulation with low thermal conductivity represents passive protection. The optimal thickness of the insulation itself partially defines the heat flux to the central part of the measuring system and its impacts upon increase of the inner temperature. The second type of protection, in an active mode, in addition to low conductivity, also provides heat storage. The full-scale thermal protection is designed by means of computer calculations with boundary and initial conditions or laboratory measurements within a similar environment to that on the grate of the MSWI. An additional aim of the sufficient thermal protection development is also to minimize the final size of the experimental instrument. The experimental trials have approved the functionality of the measuring instrument in high temperatures by keeping the inner temperature at the very low level.  相似文献

使用MODDE实验设计与分析软件对桉木硫酸盐法蒸煮的主要影响因素进行了研究,蒸煮条件为:有效碱用量17%~23%,硫化度25%~45%,最高温度150~160℃,保温时间45~135min。实验结果显示:有效碱用量、硫化度、温度和时间对成浆性质都有明显影响;蒸煮所得浆料的各项性能很难同时达到最佳。使用MODDE对实验结果进行优化,当目标卡伯值范围在15~25时,最适宜的蒸煮条件为:有效碱用量20%,硫化度45%,最高温度151℃,保温时间99min;MODDE显示该条件下所得浆料的卡伯值、细浆得率、白度和黏度分别为16、48.5%、46.4%和1498mL/g。  相似文献

In recent years, there has been an increasing interest in investigating the carcinogenicity of mycotoxins in humans. This systematic review aims to provide an overview of data linking exposure to different mycotoxins with human cancer risk. Publications (2019 and earlier) of case–control or longitudinal cohort studies were identified in PubMed and EMBASE. These articles were then screened by independent reviewers and their quality was assessed according to the Newcastle–Ottawa scale. Animal, cross‐sectional, and molecular studies satisfied criteria for exclusion. In total, 14 articles were included: 13 case–control studies and 1 longitudinal cohort study. Included articles focused on associations of mycotoxin exposure with primary liver, breast, and cervical cancer. Overall, a positive association between the consumption of aflatoxin‐contaminated foods and primary liver cancer risk was verified. Two case–control studies in Africa investigated the relationship between zearalenone and its metabolites and breast cancer risk, though conflicting results were reported. Two case–control studies investigated the association between hepatocellular carcinoma and fumonisin B1 exposure, but no significant associations were observed. This systematic review incorporates several clear observations of dose‐dependent associations between aflatoxins and liver cancer risk, in keeping with IARC Monograph conclusions. Only few human epidemiological studies investigated the associations between mycotoxin exposures and cancer risk. To close this gap, more in‐depth research is needed to unravel evidence for other common mycotoxins, such as deoxynivalenol and ochratoxin A. The link between mycotoxin exposures and cancer risk has mainly been established in experimental studies, and needs to be confirmed in human epidemiological studies to support the evidence‐based public health strategies.  相似文献

In the present investigation, a novel technique has been developed to fabricate composite materials containing TiO2 nanoparticles, polysiloxane resin, and basalt fabric. A high-intensity ultrasonic probe was used to obtain a homogenous molecular mixture of TiO2 nanoparticles and polysiloxane resin, thus the nanoparticles were infused into the resin through sonic cavitation. The loading effect of TiO2 nanoparticles on the thermal and mechanical properties of basalt fabric reinforced polysiloxane composite materials has been investigated. Composite samples were prepared, each using two layers of basalt fabric with TiO2 nanoparticles loading from 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, and 3% by weight. Size distribution of nanoparticles was observed by particle size analyzer and the prepared fabric nanocomposites were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA), thermo gravimetric analysis (TGA), and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Tensile testing was performed as per American standard for testing of materials (ASTM) standards. The dependence of dynamic mechanical parameters E′, E′′, tan (delta), T g, and heat distortion temperature (HDT) are associated with the filler content and can be controlled by the curing conditions. Tensile results show that 1.5 wt.% loading of TiO2 nanoparticles in the nanocomposites resulted in highest improvement in tensile modulus compared to the neat system. DMA studies also revealed that 1.5 wt.% doped system exhibits highest storage modulus as compared to the neat and other loading percentages. DSC and TGA studies show that T g and HDT of the composite increases with the increase in wt.% of nanofillers in the composite. Based on these results, it is clear that miscibility of nanoparticles in the resin is of prime importance with regard to performance.  相似文献
