Tiger nuts and tiger nut milk are well-known Valencian products, and step-by-step these tubers and the tuber-based beverage are becoming more and more relevant products in international markets. However, the increasing demand and success of Valencian tiger nuts did not allow protected designation of origin (PDO) tuber to supply the domestic and international markets. Therefore, the verification of the geographical origin is highly required. In this research, the main objective was to combine an advance analytical method and chemometrics tools in order to decipher the geographical origin of 45 tiger nut samples from (i) ‘Xufa de València’ PDO and (ii) African samples. The analytical method, based on solid-liquid extraction followed by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography coupled to high resolution tandem mass spectrometry (UHPLC-HRMS) metabolomics approach, highlighted sensitivity and wide linear dynamic range in order to simultaneously analyse polar and non-polar metabolites. After data processing, a pronounced sample clustering according to the geographical origin was clearly observed using unsupervised models, and supervised models revealed that tiger nuts lipidome was associated with the geographical origin. As a result, African samples highlighted an overexpression of phospholipids, such as phosphatidylethanolamine 34:1, and triacylgricerols crosslinked to environmental stress and alteration of membrane lipid compositions. 相似文献

A microgrid is an effective solution to enhance the integration of distributed renewable energy resources, which can operate both in grid connected mode and islanded mode. In order to reduce the jumps of the system variables within acceptable limits to ensure the system has good transient performance and power quality in multiple operating modes, seamless transfer is the key problem to be considered. In this paper, due to the different multiple equilibrium points for the two operating modes, the dynamics of every operating mode re modeled as a subsystem with all the variables that are needed to be synchronized. Linearization is carried out respectively for the two operation modes on the different equilibriums in a state‐space form based on the small‐signal stability method. To reduce the conservatism of the unified controller, the concept of the relative Lyapunov function is introduced to derive a multiple segmental Lyapunov method and a robust feedback mode‐dependent switching controller is designed to achieve smooth transfer by making the deviation energy of the two modes both converge to the zero point. To rapidly detect the switching signal, a sparse communication network is introduced by the use of low bandwidth communication links to broadcast the switching signal to each distributed controller. Finally, two microgrid test systems were built in SIMULINK to show the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed seamless transfer control strategies. 相似文献

Sugars are ubiquitous in food, and are among the main sources of energy for almost all forms of life. Sugars can also form structural building blocks such as cellulose in plants. Because of their inherent degradability and biocompatibility characteristics, sugars are compelling materials for transient devices. Here, an additive manufacturing approach for the production of magnetic sugar-based composites is introduced. First, it is shown that sugar-based 3D architectures can be 3D printed by selective laser sintering. This method enables not only the caramelization chemistry but also the mechanical properties of the sugar architectures to be adjusted by varying the laser energy. It is also demonstrated that mixtures of sugar and magnetic particles can be processed as 3D composites. As a proof of concept, a sugar-based millimeter-scale helical swimmer, which is capable of corkscrew motion in a solution with a viscosity comparable to those of biological fluids, is fabricated. The millirobot quickly dissolves in water, while being manipulated through magnetic fields. The present fabrication method can pave the way to a new generation of transient sugar-based small-scale robots for minimally invasive procedures. In the last decades, advances in interactive information technologies have facilitated collaborative fiction writing, which has become widespread and large-scale. This paper proposes a framework to analyze collaborative storytelling systems, made of a set of parameters divided into six conceptual areas. Four of them relate to the systems and two (process and output) to the results of the collaboration. Through this framework we can study more precisely these different factors of the systems, their interplay, and how they impact the creators’ performance. We also present a controlled extended-duration field study on collaborative storytelling, and we use this framework to comparatively analyze these observations and other relevant experiences in the field of co-creation of shared narrative spaces. As a result, we propose a human-information interaction model for collaborative narrative systems, intended to better support co-creation and address the barriers of this kind of systems turning them into new opportunities for collaboration. 相似文献

Galena, also known as PbS, was widely used in the production of lead glazes from the beginning of the 18th century to the second half of the 20th century. Although the PbO‐SiO2 system has been studied for years, the PbS–SiO2 phase diagram, involved in the formation of a glaze with galena, has not yet been investigated. Temperature transformations for the system 75 wt% PbS‐25 wt% SiO2 are investigated in a high‐temperature resolved X‐ray diffraction experiment with synchrotron radiation and compared to those of the equivalent system 70 wt% PbO‐30 wt% SiO2. Lanarkite, PbO·PbSO4, is the phase predominantly formed as soon as galena decomposes during the heating. The results show that the system melts at a temperature higher than the PbO–SiO2 system, but far lower than those expected for the PbO–PbSO4–PbS system. A historical misfired lead glaze produced with galena is also studied. The presence of galena, lanarkite, and mattheddleite, Pb10(SiO4)3.5(SO4)2Cl2, is determined and discussed in terms of the composition of the galena mineral used and the firing conditions in light of the high‐temperature transformations previously obtained. 相似文献

Spurious regression analysis in panel data when the time series are cross section dependent is analysed in the article. We show that consistent estimation of the long‐run average parameter is possible once we control for cross section dependence using cross section averages in the spirit of the common correlated effects approach proposed by Pesaran. This result is used to design a panel cointegration test statistic accounting for cross section dependence. The performance of the proposal is investigated in comparison with factor‐based methods to control for cross section dependence when strong, semi‐weak and weak cross section dependence may be present. 相似文献
