链霉菌LD048硫化物氧化酶的催化机理及酶学特征

对硫化物氧化新菌株链霉菌LD048硫化物氧化酶的催化机理研究表明S2-在硫化物氧化酶的作用下首先被氧化为S2O2-3,然后生成SO2-3,最后产生末端产物SO2-4;O2对细胞生长是必须的,同时是反应过程中的电子受体.酶学特征研究说明酶的最适反应温度为大于35℃,在80℃维持4 h酶活仍能完全保留;酶的最适反应pH为8.0;金属Mn2+是酶活性的有效促进剂,在实验浓度范围内酶活提高达35.6%;酶促反应的最适底物浓度为6.0 mmol/L.

本文建立了适用于连续式双膜分离塔的数学模型。用实验数据验证了数学模型的可行性和合理性。将本模型与已发表的模型进行了比较,结果表明本模型具有形式简单、计算方便和适用范围更宽广等优点。     

Enhanced Thermal Stability of Zinc-Based Titanate (Dielectric) Ceramics Prepared by the Modified Sol–gel Route

A multi-component substitution of Co and Ni was incorporated into ZnTiO₃ to form pure hexagonal Zn_{1− x} (Co_1/2Ni_1/2) _x TiO₃ ( x =0,0.8,0.9,1.0) dielectric ceramic powders by a modified sol–gel route, following heat treatments at 600°C for 3 h and at 800°C for 6 h. Differential scanning calorimetry measurements revealed that the order of increasing thermal stability of solid solution compound Zn_{1− x} (Co_1/2Ni_1/2) _x TiO₃ was ZnTiO₃ (945°C), Zn_0.1Ni_0.9TiO₃ (1346°C), Zn_0.1(Co_1/2Ni_1/2)_0.9TiO₃ (1390°C), and Zn_0.1Co_0.9TiO₃ (>1400°C). Both the dielectric constant and loss tangent reached a maximum at x =0.8 and then decreased with solubility, x , and measurement frequency.     

阳离子型双子表面活性剂的合成及表面活性

合成了一种季铵盐型双子表面活性剂Gem in i 12-3-12,采用红外光谱、元素分析和两相滴定法对其结构和纯度进行了分析,测定了不同浓度表面活性剂水溶液的表面张力,并得到临界胶束浓度(CMC)、饱和吸附量(Γm ax)、单分子饱和吸附面积(Am in)。结果表明,Gem in i 12-3-12的收率为77.2%,纯度为98.4%,它与相应的单尾基十二烷基三甲基溴化铵(DTAB)的表面活性相当,但CMC比DTAB低14倍左右。     

Rapid synthesis of palm-based monoacylglycerols

Rapid synthesis of high-purity MAG from refined, bleached, and deodorized palm stearin (RBDPS) via chemical glycerolysis in the presence of pyridine was developed to obviate the conventional molecular distillation in the production of pure MAG. The optimal reaction for the sodium methoxide-catalyzed glycerolyis of RBDPS was recorded at 110°C using a 3 wt% catalyst concentration based on the weight of RBDPS, with an RBDPS/glycerol ratio of 1∶2 and an RBDPS/pyridine ratio of 1∶4. High yields of over 99% were achieved rapidly in 15 min, and increases in DAG and FFA were observed after a prolonged reaction time.     

Effective Coke Removal in Methane to Benzene (MTB) Reaction on Mo/HZSM-5 Catalyst by H2 and H2O Co-addition to Methane

The catalytic dehydro-aromatization reaction over Mo/HZSM-5 catalyst was drastically stabilized by the co-addition of 5.4% H₂ and 1.8% H₂O to methane feed at 750 °C, 0.3 MPa and methane space velocity of 3000 mL g⁻¹ h⁻¹, suppressing the coke formation effectively, compared with single hydrogen or steam addition.
