巴洛沙星的合成研究

巴洛沙星是一种新型喹诺酮类抗感染药物。从反应温度、反应时间、反应物料摩尔配比和反应溶剂等对合成的影响进行了详细研究。结果表明,其优惠工艺合成条件为:以S1为溶剂,反应温度40℃,反应时间4 h,反应物料摩尔配比n螯合物Ⅰ∶nMAP=1∶1,产品收率79.5%,含量91.4%。     

基于UG的三通管件注射模具的设计与制造

介绍了以UG作为模具开发平台设计三通管件注塑模具的过程，探讨了注塑模具设计的一般方法，解决了设计与制造过程中的一些难点，实现了一模多腔，提高了生产效率。     

Crystallization behavior,mechanical properties,and environmental biodegradability of poly(β‐hydroxybutyrate)/cellulose acetate butyrate blends

The miscibility, crystallization behavior, tensile properties, and environmental biodegradability of poly(β‐hydroxybutyrate) (PHB)/cellulose acetate butyrate (CAB) blends were studied with differential scanning calorimetry, scanning electron microscopy, wide‐angle X‐ray diffraction, and polarizing optical microscopy. The results indicated that PHB and CAB were miscible in the melt state. With an increase in the CAB content, the degree of crystallinity and melting temperature of the PHB phase decreased, and this broadened the narrow processability window of PHB. As the elongation at break increased from 2.2 to 7.3%, the toughness and ductility of PHB improved. From the degradation test, it could be concluded that degradation occurred gradually from the surface to the inside and that the degradation rate could be adjusted by the addition of the CAB content. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Theoretical Investigation of the Viscous Damping Coefficient of Hydraulic Actuators

The viscous damping coefficient(VDC) of hydraulic actuators is crucial for system modeling,control and dynamic characteristic analysis.Currently,the researches on hydraulic actuators focus on behavior assessment,promotion of control performance and efficiency.However,the estimation of the VDC is difficult due to a lack of study.Firstly,using two types of hydraulic cylinders,behaviors of the VDC are experimentally examined with velocities and pressure variations.For the tested plunger type hydraulic cylinder,the exponential model B=αυ~(-β),(α0,β0)or B=α_1e~(-β_1υ)+α_2e~(-β_2υ)(α_1,α_20,β_1,β_20),fits the relation between the VDC and velocities for a given pressure of chamber with high precision.The magnitude of the VDC decreases almost linearly under certain velocities when increasing the chamber pressure from 0.6 MPa to 6.0 MPa.Furthermore,the effects of the chamber pressures on the VDC of piston and plunge type hydraulic cylinders are different due to different sealing types.In order to investigate the VDC of a plunger type hydraulic actuator drastically,a steady-state numerical model has been developed to describe the mechanism incorporating tandem seal lubrication,back-up ring related friction behaviors and shear stress of fluid.It is shown that the simulated results of VDC agree with the measured results with a good accuracy.The proposed method provides an instruction to predict the VDC in system modeling and analysis.     

Rn 上的线性局部保控映射

设φ：Rn →Rn 是一个线性映射,对任意x∈Rn ,都存在与x有关的线性保控映射ψx ,使得φ（x）＝ψx（x）,则称φ是欧氏空间上的一个线性局部保控映射。线性保控映射是线性局部保控映射,其逆命题不成立。文中定义了两个与φ相关的Rn的子集Iφ和IIφ,如果任意Rn上的点都属于Iφ（或IIφ）,那么这个线性局部保控映射φ是线性保控映射。     

基于解析解的四阶PDE曲面裁剪方法

该文提出了一种可以广泛应用于四阶PDE曲面的裁剪方法。利用PDE的参数域内的曲线在曲面上投影,得到所求裁剪曲面的边界曲线,然后通过边界曲线的导矢与曲面在边界曲线处的法向量得到边界曲线处的跨界导矢,最后以求得的裁剪曲面的边界曲线以及裁剪曲面在边界曲线处的跨界导矢为PDE曲面的边界条件,用四阶的PDE曲面方程求得PDE裁剪曲面。     

含氮、磷有机配体对(CdSe)_2量子点结构和电子性质的影响

使用密度泛函理论方法研究了量子点(CdSe)2与配体L(L=PH3、PH2Me、PHMe2、PMe3、NH3、NH2Me、NHMe2、NMe3)之间的相互作用及其产物的结构和性质。配体中的P或N原子与Cd原子上分别形成较强的Cd—P和Cd—N配位键,从而影响(CdSe)2的结构和电子性质。配体作用下,(CdSe)2的几何结构、电荷分布、轨道能级、吸收光谱等均发生变化,但2类配体的影响,尤其是甲基数目的影响,存在较大差异。     

家长式领导风格对组织变革影响研究

领导风格理论受到越来越多国内外学者的关注,家长式领导风格理论受到本土学者的认可和华人企业的重视,本文在基于学者对家长式领导风格理论研究的基础上,通过问卷调查的形式,实证研究了家长式领导风格对组织变革的影响,最终得出结论：家长式风格中的权威领导对文化多样性具有显著的负向预测效果;仁慈领导对风险创新性、动态整合性和文化多样性具有显著的正向预测效果。这一结论可在实践中为中国企业进行组织变革提供管理咨询的建议。     

Engineering all-aromatic polyamide surface from hydrophilic to superhydrophobic and the accelerated strategy

Being a new kind of nanomaterials, aromatic polyamide nanofibers (ANF) have been much highlighted in recent studies. We here demonstrate an isopropyl alcohol (IPA) accelerated chemical cleavage on poly (p-phenylene terephthalamide) chopped fibers, which provides an efficient preparation method of ANF. The comprehensive study on the processes accelerated by different alcohols revealed that the preparation time of ANF in the mixed medium of dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO)-alcohol (20:1 in volume) was shorten to 45 min and 75 min for methanol (ethanol) and isopropanol, respectively. However, the nanofibers prepared in DMSO-IPA exhibited the minimum in axial and radial dimensions, providing the finest and most uniform diameter of 16 nm. The corresponding ANF films through vacuum assisted filtration also showed the highest tensile strength of 150 MPa, in comparison with those of the ANF films prepared using other alcohols, which were about 110 MPa. Furthermore, ANF/silicon hybrid films were prepared by the ionic ring-opening reaction followed by the alkoxysilane condensation and nanoparticle fabrication. By changing the organo functional groups in the alkoxysilane, the surface of the films were adjustable in a wide contact angle range from 56° (hydrophilic) to 150° (superhydrophobic), suggesting the amendable interfacial properties potential applicable to composite fabrication with most of the resin matrix.
