One of the key problems in accelerometry based gait analyses is that it may not be possible to attach an accelerometer to the lower trunk so that its axes are perfectly aligned to the axes of the subject. In this paper we will present an algorithm that was designed to virtually align the axes of the accelerometer to the axes of the subject during walking sections. This algorithm is based on a physically reasonable approach and built for measurements in unsupervised settings, where the test persons are applying the sensors by themselves. For evaluation purposes we conducted a study with 6 healthy subjects and measured their gait with a manually aligned and a skewed accelerometer attached to the subject's lower trunk. After applying the algorithm the intra-axis correlation of both sensors was on average 0.89±0.1 with a mean absolute error of 0.05g. We concluded that the algorithm was able to adjust the skewed sensor node virtually to the coordinate system of the subject. 相似文献

高校思想政治理论课(过去称为“两课”)是大学生思想政治教育的主渠道,是帮助大学生树立正确世界观、人生观、价值观的重要途径,体现了社会主义大学的本质要求。多年来,高校思想政治理论课在发挥大学生思想政治教育的主渠道作用方面是值得肯定的,为培养品学兼优的合格大学生作出了积极的贡献。然而,毋庸讳言,大学生对思想政治理论课的学习兴趣不浓、学习热情不高、学习主动性不够以及思想政治理论课的课堂秩序欠佳、课堂气氛沉闷、课堂效果不理想等问题,带有一定的普遍性,一些大学生认为思想政治理论课枯燥无味,是讲大道理、空对空,在他们心目中,思想政治理论课远不如专业课和英语、计算机等课程那么重要,相当一部分学生上课是为了考勤,学习是为了考试,应考是为了“60分”。由此可见,改革思想政治理论课教学改革已迫在眉睫。 相似文献

Electron microscopists are increasingly turning to intermediate voltage electron microscopes (IVEMs) operating at 300-400 kV for a wide range of studies. They are also increasingly taking advantage of slow-scan charge coupled device (CCD) cameras, which have become widely used on electron microscopes. Under some conditions, CCDs provide an improvement in data quality over photographic film, as well as the many advantages of direct digital readout. However, CCD performance is seriously degraded on IVEMs compared to the more conventional 100 kV microscopes. In order to increase the efficiency and quality of data recording on IVEMs, we have developed a CCD camera system in which the electrons are decelerated to below 100 kV before impacting the camera, resulting in greatly improved performance in both signal quality and resolution compared to other CCDs used in electron microscopy. These improvements will allow high-quality image and diffraction data to be collected directly with the CCD, enabling improvements in data collection for applications including high-resolution electron crystallography, single particle reconstruction of protein structures, tomographic studies of cell ultrastructure, and remote microscope operation. This approach will enable us to use even larger format CCD chips that are being developed with smaller pixels. 相似文献

In this article, a multilayer piezoelectric transformer based on lead-free Mn-doped 0.94(Bi(12)Na(12))TiO(3)-0.06BaTiO(3) ceramics is presented. This piezoelectric transformer, with a multilayered construction in the thickness direction, is 8.3 mm long, 8.3 mm wide, and 2.3 mm thick. It operates in the second thickness extensional vibration mode. For a temperature rise of 20 degrees C, the transformer has an output power of >0.3 W. With a matching load resistance of 10 Omega, its maximum efficiency approaches 81.5%, and the maximum voltage gain is 0.14. It has potential to be used in low voltage power supply units such as low power adapter and other electronic circuits. 相似文献

We have developed a low cost and a highly compact bio-chip detection technology by modifying a commercially available optical pick-up head for CD/DVD. The highly parallel and miniaturized hybridization assays are addressed by the fluorescence emitted by the DNA-chip using the optical pick-up head. The gap between the objective lens and the bio-chip is regulated by the focus servo during the detection of the fluorescence signal. High-resolution and high-speed scanning is effectively realized by this simple scanning system instead of utilizing high-precision mechanism. Regardless of achievement of effective detection mechanism, the technique of fluorescence detection can prove to be disadvantageous because of the low stability of the dyes with low S/N ratio and an expensive setup such as a PMT detector is always required for fluorescence detection. We propose, for the first time, a novel scanning scheme based on metal nanoparticles in combination with a bio-chip substrate having a phase change recording layer. We found that the phase change process is highly affected by the existence of the densely condensed metal nanoparticles on the phase change layer during the writing process of the pick-up head. 相似文献

【摘要】 目的 分析总结de Winter 综合征临床诊疗特点。方法 入选2017年7月至2018年6月上海长海医院收治的急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者58例,根据急诊时心电图表现,分为de Winter综合征组(n=8)和前壁ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)组(n=50)。回顾性对比两组患者临床症状、实验室检查、治疗方式、门诊至球囊扩张时间、急性并发症等情况,分析总结de Winter 综合征患者临床特点。结果 两组间心电图预测罪犯血管、恶性心律失常发生率、门诊至球囊扩张时间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其余项目比较差异均无统计学意义。结论 de Winter 综合征心电图改变在预测罪犯血管上不及STEMI心电图改变敏感。de Winter 综合征患者易并发恶性心律失常。de Winter 综合征不易早期识别,应加强宣教,提高诊断能力。
