A new DRB3*02 allele (DRB3*0207) was detected in a female Luxembourg Caucasian blood donor by sequence-based typing. The new allele differs from DRB3*0202 by two substitutions in codon 57 resulting in an amino acid change from a charged aspartic acid to a neutral valine. Upgraded coal-derived liquids obtained from catalytic hydroprocessing of a 30–70(wt%) blend of SRC-1 with SRC-II have been studied by infrared and proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy, and gel permeation chromatography techniques. Compared with the feed blend, the upgraded liquids exhibit a lower C/H ratio and decreased aromatic, heteroatom and pentane-insoluble contents, along with decreased specific gravity and viscosity. The amount of hydrogen-bonded structure in the upgraded liquid decreases with increases in residence time and processing temperature. The pseudo-first-order disappearance of phenolic OH and total nitrogen during processing indicates a relative reactivity of 2:1 of hydroxyl oxygen removal to total nitrogen removal in the upgrading process. Conversion of pentaneinsolubles to soluble oil also follows a pseudo-first-order reaction; under mild processing conditions, the heteroatom functionalities play a dominant role in the ease and extent of this conversion. Higher temperatures increase thermal cracking and hydrocracking of the ring structure resulting in more conversion of asphaltene to oil. The linear dependence of the logarithm of viscosity on the content of heteroatoms and toluene-insolubles (TI) indicates the importance of molecular interactions involving polar functional groups in defining the viscosity of coal-derived liquid.  相似文献

Carbon was used to reduce oxides in spark plasma sintered ZrB2 ultra-high temperature ceramics. A thermodynamic model was used to evaluate the reducing reactions to remove B2O3 and ZrO2 from the powder. Powder oxygen content was measured and carbon additions of 0.5 and 0.75 wt% were used. A C–ZrO2 pseudo binary diagram, ZrO2–B2O3–C pseudo ternaries, and Zr–C–O potential phase diagrams were generated to show how the reactions can be related to an open system experiment in the tube furnace. Scanning transmission electron microscopy identified impurity phases composed of amorphous Zr–B–O with lamellar BN and a Zr–C–O ternary model was calculated under SPS sintering conditions at 1900°C and 6 Pa to understand how oxides can be retained in the microstructure.  相似文献

The first application of interference microscopy to monitoring mass transfer in nanoporous materials dates back to late 1970s when Caro and colleagues reported results of investigations of water uptake by LTA type zeolites. It was, however, not before the beginning of the new millennium that the developments in both the measuring technique and computational power have enabled the recording of transient guest profiles during molecular uptake and release under well‐defined conditions, leading to the establishment of a novel access to diffusion studies, now referred to as micro‐imaging. In the present contribution, the thus accessible novel type of information is illustrated by an in‐depth analysis of the uptake kinetics of methanol in an all‐silica ferrierite. In particular, two remarkable experimental findings are reported, which may be tracked back to their microstructural and/or microdynamic origin, namely a pronounced asymmetry in the transient concentration profiles and a slowing down of guest uptake with increasing temperature.  相似文献

Upconversion Sr2(Gd.98-xEr.02Ybx)8Si6O26 (SGSO:2Er3+/xYb3+) phosphor materials were synthesized using a citrate sol-gel process. X-ray diffraction patterns confirmed their hexagonal structure. Field emission scanning electron microscopy images of SGSO:2Er3+/xYb3+ phosphors depicted submicron particles. The enhanced upconversion luminescence properties of SGSO:2Er3+/xYb3+ phosphors were analysed as a function of Yb3+ ion concentration and laser power. The energy transfer induced enhanced emission of the Er3+/ Yb3+ ions co-doped SGSO phosphors was ascribed to multi-phonon relaxation. The calculated chromaticity coordinates of the SGSO:2Er3+/xYb3+ phosphors showed emissions could be tuned by changing Yb3+ ion concentration. Optimized sample exhibited the chromaticity coordinate values near to the ultra-high definition television standard green emission coordinates.  相似文献

The formation of Fe3O4 nanoparticles by hydrothermal process has been studied. X‐ray Diffraction measurements were carried out to distinguish between the phases formed during the synthesis. Using the synthesized Fe3O4 nanoparticles, poly(vinyledene fluoride)‐Fe3O4 composite films were prepared by spin coating method. Scanning electron microscopy of the composite films showed the presence of Fe3O4 nanoparticles in the form of aggregates on the surface and inside of the porous polymer matrix. Differential Scanning calorimetry revealed that the crystallinity of PVDF decreased with the addition of Fe3O4. The conductitivity of the composite films was strongly influenced by the Fe3O4 content; conductivity increased with increase in Fe3O4 content. Vibration sample magnetometry results revealed the ferromagnetic behavior of the synthesized iron oxide nanoparticles with a Ms value of 74.50 emu/g. Also the presence of Fe3O4 nanoparticles rendered the composite films magnetic. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Appl Polym Sci, 2011  相似文献
