近年来,我国地铁站的建设得到快速发展,而自行车作为最后一公里的出行补充方式,也给地铁站出入口带来了乱停乱放、干扰交通等一系列问题,自行车停放区设置导则在各大城市相继出台.另一方面,地铁站口自行车停放的主要区域为街道,其规划设置也应符合街道设计导则的导控要求.文章以杭州市三坝站作为案例,从两类导则中提取观察要素,对自行车停放区的设置现状进行调研,总结自行车停放区的规划设置问题,并为导则的构建、优化提供参考.  相似文献

The composition of the oil and protein contents of eight Lagenaria siceraria varieties was characterized in order to evaluate their suitability as a source of edible oil and protein. The physicochemical properties and fatty acids of seed oils were determined. The oil yield ranged from 24.11 to 26.32 %. The refractive indices and relative densities of the oils fell within the narrow ranges of 1.464–1.468 and 0.857–0.907 g/cm3, respectively. The saponification value ranged from 158.48 to 179.52 mg KOH/g, unsaponifiable matter was between 0.749 and 0.937 %, and the peroxide values were lower than Codex values for vegetable oils. The principal fatty acids were linoleic (62.1–67.9 %), oleic (11.54–15.46 %), palmitic (12.13–14.03 %), and stearic (6.71–7.71 %) acids. Low linolenic acid levels were also observed (<1 %) within the range of 0.32–0.44 %. The major essential amino acids were arginine (2.04–3.77 g/100 g), leucine (1.245–1.726 g/100 g), phenylalanine (0.803–1.396 g/100 g), and lysine (0.921–1.383 g/100 g). The non‐essential amino acids were glutamic acid (2.5–4.37 g/100 g), aspartic acid (1.39–2.36 g/100 g), serine (0.69–1.19 g/100 g), glycine (0.79–1.37 g/100 g), alanine (0.72–1.37 g/100 g), and proline (0.63–1.02 g/100 g). Nine minerals (Na, Ca, Mg, K, Cu, Fe, Mn, Zn, and P) were determined with significant (p < 0.05) differences. The studied oils showed promising results and can be used in the food, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical industries. This is the first study on the eight L. siceraria seed varieties grown in Sudan, opening the way for further studies on these seeds.  相似文献

The photosensitizing activity of curcumin was tested in corn oil and oil‐in‐water (O/W) emulsion systems under visible light irradiation. In addition, the antioxidative/prooxidative properties of curcumin were evaluated in corn oil at 100 °C and in O/W emulsion at room temperature under riboflavin photosensitization or at 60 °C in the dark. Curcumin acted as a photosensitizer in corn oil and O/W emulsions . The oxidative stability of corn oil samples containing curcumin (0–5.0 mmol/kg oil) were not significantly different (p > 0.05) at 100 °C, implying curcumin did not act as an antioxidant nor a prooxidant in corn oil. However, curcumin inhibited lipid oxidation in O/W emulsions under riboflavin photosensitization at room temperature and 60 °C in the dark. The photosensitization and antioxidant abilities of curcumin were greatly influenced by matrix types and presence of riboflavin. Therefore, antioxidative or prooxidative characteristics of curcumin should be evaluated considering matrix type including bulk oil or O/W emulsions and presence of visible light irradiation.  相似文献

利用Gleeble-1500D热模拟试验机对Cu-1.0%Zr-0.15%Y合金进行等温热压缩实验。分析了合金变形温度为550~900℃,应变速率为0.001~10 s~(-1)条件下的真应力-真应变特征、热压缩过程中的组织演变和热变形机制。结果表明:在550~750℃时具有典型的动态回复特征,在850~900℃时具有动态再结晶热变形特征。变形温度和应变速率对Cu-1.0%Zr-0.15%Y合金有显著影响。在真应力-真应变曲线的基础上,建立等温压缩变形过程中的流变应力与应变速率和变形温度之间的本构方程,得到合金的热变形激活能Q为379.16 kJ/mol,与纯铜相比,高Zr含量Cu-1.0%Zr-0.15%Y合金热变形激活能提高了81%。添加稀土元素Y,可以细化Cu-Zr合金晶粒,促进动态结晶。  相似文献

We report a patient suffering from end‐stage renal disease (ESRD) because of lupus nephritis presented with exhausted vascular access after multiple arteriovenous grafts creation and hemodialysis catheters insertion. A rare percutaneous transrenal approach was finally used for the insertion of dialysis catheter. After 2 years, this hemodialysis catheter was complicated by blockage but was successfully replaced by a new catheter via the same site. Our report shows that the transrenal route of hemodialysis catheter insertion can provide a glimpse of hope for those ESRD patients with exhausted vascular access.  相似文献

The objective of this study was to determine the effects of roasting and boiling on compositional and oil stability of safflower seeds. The moisture, carbohydrate and fibre contents decreased because of roasting and boiling treatments while fat and protein contents increased. The fatty acid compositions of treated samples changed slightly compared with control. The total amount of amino acids in control sample was 151.29, and this amount increased to 158.8 and 186.9 mg g?1 N by roasting and boiling, respectively. The peroxide value of the oil increased because of roasting and boiling, and it reaches above the accepted value to consumer. Concentrations of major elements such as Na, K and Cu in raw safflower seeds were significantly (P < 0.05) higher than roasted and boiled seeds. The effects of roasting and boiling with regard to loss and retention of the nutrients differed significantly (P > 0.05), with only the roasting retaining more of the nutrients than boiling. The peak intensities of control oil using FTIR spectroscopy were changed in comparison with treated oils.  相似文献

The negatively charged Asp325 residue has proved to be essential for iron export by human (HsFPN1) and primate Philippine tarsier (TsFpn) ferroportin, but its exact role during the iron transport cycle is still to be elucidated. It has been posited as being functionally equivalent to the metal ion-coordinating residue His261 in the C-lobe of the bacterial homolog BbFpn, but the two residues arise in different sequence motifs of the discontinuous TM7 transmembrane helix. Furthermore, BbFpn is not subject to extracellular regulation, contrary to its mammalian orthologues which are downregulated by hepcidin. To get further insight into the molecular mechanisms related to iron export in mammals in which Asp325 is involved, we investigated the behavior of the Asp325Ala, Asp325His, and Asp325Asn mutants in transiently transfected HEK293T cells, and performed a comparative structural analysis. Our biochemical studies clearly distinguished between the Asp325Ala and Asp325His mutants, which result in a dramatic decrease in plasma membrane expression of FPN1, and the Asp325Asn mutant, which alters iron egress without affecting protein localization. Analysis of the 3D structures of HsFPN1 and TsFpn in the outward-facing (OF) state indicated that Asp325 does not interact directly with metal ions but is involved in the modulation of Cys326 metal-binding capacity. Moreover, models of the architecture of mammalian proteins in the inward-facing (IF) state suggested that Asp325 may form an inter-lobe salt-bridge with Arg40 (TM1) when not interacting with Cys326. These findings allow to suggest that Asp325 may be important for fine-tuning iron recognition in the C-lobe, as well as for local structural changes during the IF-to-OF transition at the extracellular gate level. Inability to form a salt-bridge between TM1 and TM7b during iron translocation could lead to protein instability, as shown by the Asp325Ala and Asp325His mutants.  相似文献

This paper addresses the issue of call admission control with the necessary quality-of-service (QoS) guarantee for an integrated service mobile cellular network. Specifically, we extend the limited fractional guarded channel (LFGC) scheme to incorporate the multiple traffic types, and derive the set of parameters that leads to the optimal call admission control. The key challenges are the state-dependent nature of the admission control, and the increasing complexity of the state space in a multi-services environment. We propose a novel control mechanism that only uses a few parameters (2-5) to characterize the optimal control planes, and use the simulated annealing technique to obtain the optimal control parameters.  相似文献
