四川盆地中部上三叠统香溪群岩性油气藏圈闭类型及其特征

四川盆地川中地区构造平缓,大型断裂欠发育,已发现的油气藏与背斜关系并不十分密切。研究认为,川中地区香溪群主要发育岩性圈闭,根据圈闭形成主控因素,结合香溪群沉积前的古地貌特征和裂缝发育特点,将川中香溪群岩性圈闭划分为4种类型:①与地层尖灭相关的地层—岩性圈闭;②与沉积—成岩相变密切相关的成岩—岩性圈闭;③与古地貌有关的差异压实作用形成的岩性圈闭;④与断层转化调节相关的裂缝—岩性复合圈闭。其中成岩—岩性圈闭和地层—岩性圈闭,是川中香溪群最重要的、分布最广泛的圈闭类型。     

液压阀卡紧故障的原因及其解决方法

分析了对液压阀产生卡紧故障的原因，并提出了合理的解决方法。     

Analysis and characterization of traveling-wave electrode in electroabsorption modulator for radio-on-fiber application

Comparing with a lumped electroabsorption modulator (EAM), we show the merits of a long EAM with traveling-wave electrode with high radio-frequency (RF) gain that could be used in high-frequency analog application. By terminating the RF output port with the characteristic impedance of 30 /spl Omega/, the device exhibited a large enhancement of 6 dB above 10 GHz in the electrical-to-optical response and a wide fractional bandwidth as estimated from simulation. In addition, an input impedance matching circuit of stub embedded on the device chip was found to be very effective for improving RF characteristics in the narrow band of frequency.     

The chemical anchoring of noble metal amine precursors to silica

The effect of pretreatment on the dispersion of supported noble metal Catalyst prepared from amine precursors in basic solution have been studied. The following metal precursors were used: Pt(NH₃)₄(NO₃)₂, Pd(NH₃)₄(NO₃)₂, Ru(NH₃)₆Cl₃ and [Rh(NH₃)₅Cl]Cl₂ Pretreatment in oxygen, prior to reduction in H₂ at 400C, resulted in poor dispersions for Ru and Rh, moderate dispersions for Pd and high dispersions for Pt. Pretreatment in H₂ resulted in poor dispersions for Pd and Pt and high dispersions for Ru and Rh. Decomposition of the adsorbed Pt and Pd precursors in argon resulted in very high dispersions.     

27keV Ar~+斜入射时的Cu-Au合金溅射实验角分布

用27keV Ar~+分别在垂直和倾斜入射情况下,轰击了Cu-Au(30wt％)合金样品,测量了Cu和Au原子的溅射角分布。角分布是用卢瑟福背散射(RBS)技术分析Al捕获膜上的Cu-Au沉积成分而定量得到的。结果表明:(1)在Ar~+倾斜(θ=40°)入射时,Cu原子择优发射,且程度比垂直入射(θ_r=O°)时增强:(2)倾斜入射时,Cu原子的角分布显示出在接近于样品表面法线方向的发射角范围内(θ<45°),发射机率比垂直入射时减小。     

Boussinesq方程的永形波的级数解

对于用层平均速度势(或速度)与波高给出的非线性等水深Boussinesq方程,与KdV方程一样,存在两类永形波—孤立波和周期波。不同的是,对于Boussinesq方程,孤立波和周期波一样,是以反函数的积分形式给出的,这在使用上是不方便的。本文对这两类波,分别给出了相应的级数形式的正函数解。对于孤立波,级数的收敛速度是十分快的,且文中还给出了一个具有高精度的十分简单的近似解,对于周期波,只要有关参数选得合适,解的收敛速度也是相当快的。这就有效地克服了反函数形式解在使用上的不方便。     

Monolithic SiGe Up‐/Down‐Conversion Mixers with Active Baluns

The purpose of this paper is to describe the implementation of monolithically matching circuits, interface circuits, and RF core circuits to the same substrate. We designed and fabricated on‐chip 1 to 6 GHz up‐conversion and 1 to 8 GHz down‐conversion mixers using a 0.8 µm SiGe hetero‐junction bipolar transistor (HBT) process technology. To fabricate a SiGe HBT, we used a reduced pressure chemical vapor deposition (RPCVD) system to grow a base epitaxial layer, and we adopted local oxidation of silicon (LOCOS) isolation to separate the device terminals. An up‐conversion mixer was implemented on‐chip using an intermediate frequency (IF) matching circuit, local oscillator (LO)/radio frequency (RF) wideband matching circuits, LO/IF input balun circuits, and an RF output balun circuit. The measured results of the fabricated up‐conversion mixer show a positive power conversion gain from 1 to 6 GHz and a bandwidth of about 4.5 GHz. Also, the down‐conversion mixer was implemented on‐chip using LO/RF wideband matching circuits, LO/RF input balun circuits, and an IF output balun circuit. The measured results of the fabricated down‐conversion mixer show a positive power conversion gain from 1 to 8 GHz and a bandwidth of about 4.5 GHz.
