Impact-toughened, compatibilized binary blends of styrene-maleic anhydride (SMA) copolymer/amine functionalized ethylene-propylene (amine-EP) polymer and ternary blends consisting of SMA/amine-EP/high density polyethylene (HDPE) are described. In both blends 0.02 to 4 μm range rubbery inclusions, which toughen the SMA matrix, are formed. SMA sub-inclusions exist in the amine-EP phase. In the ternary blend substantially all of the polyethylene is embedded in the EP phase. Compatibilization of the SMA and the commingled polyolefin phase is promoted by a graft copolymer formed by the reaction of amine groups on the EP with the maleic anhydride groups on the SMA. We describe the morphology, rheology, aging characteristics and impact properties of these blends. SMA modification by SMA-g-(amine-EP) polymers formed in situ in the melt, with HDPE, has not been previously reported. 相似文献

In this article, the nonlinear free vibration behavior of functionally graded (FG) spherical shell panel is examined under nonlinear temperature field. The functionally graded material (FGM) constituents are assumed to be the function of temperature and the thermal conductivity. The effective \hboxmaterial properties of the FGM are obtained using the Voigt micromechanical model through power-law distribution. The mathematical model of the shell panel is developed using Green–Lagrange nonlinear kinematics in the framework of the higher order shear deformation theory. The desired governing \hboxequation of the FG shell panel under thermal environment is obtained using the classical Hamilton's principle. The domain is discretized with the help of the \hboxisoparametric finite element steps and the responses are computed using the direct \hboxiterative method. The convergence behavior of the present nonlinear numerical model has been checked and compared with the previous reported results. Numerous examples have been demonstrated for the FG spherical panel to show the influence of different geometrical and material parameters and support conditions on the linear and nonlinear frequency parameters. 相似文献

通过在山西洞沟多金属矿区开展1∶10 000土壤地球化学测量工作,首先对测量数据的统计特征进行分析;然后利用Spss软件对其进行相关分析、聚类分析和因子分析,在此基础上确定出工作区内的元素异常组合;最后利用Spss软件作出各元素的盒须图,求出其第1个四分位数和第3个四分位数,从而确定出各元素的异常下限。结果表明:①Au、Ag、Hg、As、Sb、Bi、Ba、Pb、Zn、W等元素含量较高,变异系数较大,具有一定的次生富集倾向;②Ag、Pb、Zn、Mo、Au、Hg、Ba、W等元素代表主要成矿元素的次生富集组合;③通过确定异常下限及圈定各元素异常可知,异常较高的元素均分布在矿区的中部或东部且在构造破碎带内。上述研究结果对于区内进一步开展找矿工作具有一定的指导作用。 相似文献

An axisymmetric model is developed to study laser drilling process under a single pulse as well as repetitive laser pulse. The laser pulse irradiated on the surface of the workpiece is volumetric and Gaussian in nature. The laser irradiated surface is subjected to convective‐radiative boundary condition while rest of the surfaces are insulated. Finite volume method is used to discretize the domain under consideration. The resulting algebraic equations are solved with the help of the tridiagonal matrix algorithm to find temperature distribution throughout the domain. The enthalpy‐porosity method is used to track the solid‐liquid interface generated during the laser melting process. Convective heat transfer occurs inside the generated melt pool. The current model is first used to validate the results of the existing literature and as the results agreed well, further studies are made to find out the advantages of using repetitive laser pulse over single pulse laser source for laser drilling process for the same laser energy and total heating duration. Vaporization has been avoided during the process and metal removal occurs through melting only. The present numerical model can provide some insight for practical laser drilling process. 相似文献
