Recently, the electron beam welders with high acceleration voltage (more than 100 kV) and high electrical power (more than 15 kW) have been reviewed the role of the high-energy electron beam density again, due to space or aircraft development or automobile industry desired high productivity and high accurate welding for saving energy. NEC group have supplied these electron beam welders. This time, the automatic alignment adjustment system of the electron beam orbit and the automatic adjustment system of filament current were developed and put to a practical use. As a result, the great effectiveness for the stability of welding quality was apparent.  相似文献

Thin films of silylated graphite oxide were obtained from a chloroform/cyclohexane dispersion of n-hexadecylamine-intercalated silylated graphite oxide by a casting method at a low temperature. Carbon-based thin films were obtained from the pyrolysis of the resulting films under a reduced pressure at 500 °C or higher temperatures. The resulting samples were well adhered to the substrate because of the presence of silicon containing species as a “glue”. The resistivity decreased with an increase in the film thickness or a decrease in the transparency. Based on the data obtained for the samples prepared from graphite with different particle sizes and graphite oxide with different oxygen contents, the conduction of the electrons within each carbon sheet seemed important for large film thickness and conduction through the boundary seemed important when the film thickness was small. A low sheet resistance of 3.7 kΩ/sq for 80% of transmittance was achieved, when graphite oxide with a lower oxygen content was prepared from graphite with smaller particle sizes and the precursor film was heated at 500 °C. At 900 °C, it further decreased to a value of 700 Ω/sq.  相似文献

Polypropylene-graft-poly(polyethylene glycol-methacrylate) (PP-g-P(PEGMA)), which is a hydrophobic-hydrophilic graft copolymer, was synthesized by a combination of an atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) of PEGMA with brominated polypropylene (PP-Br), which was synthesized from PP-OH prepared by metallocene-catalyzed copolymerization. Its structure was confirmed by 1H NMR and GPC analyses. Transmission electron microscope (TEM) micrographs of PP-g-P(PEGMA) revealed the nanometer level microphase-separation morphology between the PP segment and the P(PEGMA) segment. The obtained PP-g-P(PEGMA) showed water-absorbing property as well as thermostability.  相似文献

In proton-conducting oxides, analyses for their electronic structure contribute to the understanding of interactions between defects in them. In this study, electronic band alignment of (1−x)BaZr0.8Y0.2O3−δ(BZY)–xSrZr0.95Y0.05O3−δ(SZY) proton-conducting solid-solution system (BSZY) which has high defect concentration and the deep valence band is experimentally investigated. By using thin-film specimens for optical absorption measurements, absorption edges derived from electron transition from the valence band to the conduction band which was insensitive to the proton incorporation were clearly observed in spite of the high defect concentration. The obtained optical band gap energy increased from 5.61 to 5.89 eV with increasing x, which was consistent with a composition dependence of Zr(Y)O6 octahedral tilting. Ultraviolet photon-yield spectroscopy (UV-PYS) measurements under vacuum condition revealed that BZY and SZY had ionization energy of 6.98 and 7.31 eV, respectively, and thus the absolute energy levels of the valence band maximum and the conduction band minimum of BSZY were experimentally clarified. We propose that the combination of the optical absorption measurements using thin-film specimens and the UV-PYS measurements under vacuum condition is effective in evaluating fundamental electronic structures of proton-conducting oxides.  相似文献

In this paper, we propose that the urinary toxins from the wastewater be adsorbed on an adsorbent such as spherical activated carbon and the latter be regenerated by subjecting it to high temperatures to recycle activated carbon and also to recycle the water used in dialysis. We studied the adsorption of artificial waste dialysate, which is a mixed solution of urea, creatinine, and uric acid, and the separate solutions for each of these and found that their extents of adsorption onto the spherical activated carbon material were nearly identical. The amount of adsorption was approximately 1.4 mg·g-1 for urea, 18 mg·g-1 for creatinine, and 20 mg·g-1 for uric acid. The urea, creatinine, and uric acid adsorbed onto the spherical activated carbon decomposed on heat treatment at 500℃, and the adsorption capacity of the spherical activated carbon was regenerated. Our study successfully demonstrated that the spherical activated carbon can be recycled in the waste dialysate treatment process.  相似文献

Storm surges and floods around bays in Japan frequently result in water disasters. Both dikes and estuary gates can be constructed in urban areas near bays as counter measures. Estuary gates at the mouth of a river are intended to protect the upstream areas from storm surges and tsunamis. The sewer systems in urban areas also decrease the inundation. In this study, a numerical simulation is carried out to examine the effectiveness of the estuary gate and performance of the sewer system. A synthetic analysis model of inundation phenomena is developed and applied to the behavior of water in the urban area near the Nagoya Port and the estuary region of the Hori River. The developed model consists of models for the sea, river, sewer, overland flood flow, and typhoon. The inundation analysis model is validated by a comparison of analytical and observed results. The features of the inundations in the urban area caused by various conditions are discussed.  相似文献

The effect of how a wind turbine generator system is operated is discussed from the viewpoint of net power extraction with wind velocity fluctuations in relation to the scale and the dynamic behavior of the system. On a wind turbine generator system consisting of a Darrieus-Savonius hybrid wind turbine, a load generator and a battery, we took up two operating methods: constant tip speed ratio operation for a stand-alone system(Scheme1) and synchronous operation by connecting a grid(Scheme2). With our simulation model, using the result of the net extracting power, we clarified that Scheme1 is more effective than Scheme2 for small-scale systems. Furthermore, in Scheme1, the appropriate rated power output of the system under each wind condition can be confirmed.  相似文献

The mass flow rate measurement using a critical nozzle shows the validity of the inviscid theory,indicating thatthe discharge coefficient increases and approaches unity as the Reynolds number increases under the ideal gas lawHowever,when the critical nozzle measures the mass flow rate of a real gas such as hydrogen at a pressure ofhundreds bar,the discharge coefficient exceeds unity,and the real gas effects should be taken into account.Thepresent study aims at investigating the flow features of the critical nozzle using high-pressured hydrogen gas.Theaxisymmetric,compressible Navier-Stokes computation is employed to simulate the critical nozzle flow,and afully implicit finite volume method is used to discretize the governing equation system.The real gas effects aresimulated to consider the intermolecular forces,which account for the possibility of liquefying hydrogen gas.Thecomputational results are compared with past experimental data.It has been found that the coefficient of dis-charge for real gas can be corrected properly below unity adopting the real gas assumption.  相似文献
