2-Monoacylglycerol (2-MAG) is one of the digestion products of dietary lipids. We recently demonstrated that a 2-MAG, 2-arachidonoyl glycerol (2-AG) potently stimulated cholecystokinin (CCK) secretion via cannabinoid receptor 1 (CB1) in a murine CCK-producing cell line, STC-1. CCK plays a crucial role in suppressing postprandial gastric emptying. To examine the effect of 2-AG on gastric emptying, we performed acetaminophen and phenol red recovery tests under oral or intraperitoneal administration of 2-AG in mice. Orally administered 2-AG (25 mg/kg) suppressed the gastric emptying rate in mice, as determined by the acetaminophen absorption test and phenol red recovery test. Intraperitoneal administration of a cholecystokinin A receptor antagonist (0.5 mg/kg) attenuated the gastric inhibitory emptying effect. In addition, both oral (10 mg/kg) and intraperitoneal (0.5 mg/kg) administration of a CB1 antagonist counteracted the 2-AG-induced gastric inhibitory effect. Furthermore, intraperitoneal 2-AG (25 mg/kg) suppressed gastric emptying. These results indicate that 2-AG exhibits an inhibitory effect on gastric emptying in mice, possibly mediated by stimulating both CCK secretion via CB1 expressed in CCK-producing cells and acting on CB1 expressed in the peripheral nerves. Our findings provide novel insights into the 2-MAG-sensing mechanism in enteroendocrine cells and the physiological role of 2-MAG.  相似文献

Structure Elucidation of Bromination Products of N-Aryl-2, 4-dimethyl-buta-1,3-diene-sultames-1, 4 The structure of bromination products of N-aryl-2, 4-dimethyl-buta-1, 3-diene-sultames-1, 4 1a–d , f is determined by 13-C-n.m.r. spectroscopy. As mono bromination product of N-phenylsultam 1a the 4-bromomethyl derivative 2a was isolated. Dibromination of sultames 1 yields 1-brom-4-brommethyl-sultames 3 and by tribromination 1,3-dibrom-4-brommethyl-sultames 4 are obtained.  相似文献

The importance of transparent conductive film is increasing due to its use in applications such as touch‐panel devices. Although indium tin oxide is widely used because of its high conductivity and transparency, conductive polymers are being studied as alternative materials that avoid the use of rare metals and the brittleness associated with existing systems. Polyethylene dioxythiophene (PEDOT)/polyethylene sulfonic acid (PSS) is drawing a lot of attention due to its well‐balanced conductivity, transparency, film formability, and chemical stability. The nonconductive PSS reportedly covers the conductive PEDOT. The PSS shell provides carrier and film‐formability to PEDOT but is also a barrier that hinders electrical conductivity. Therefore, the PEDOT film formability is explored supported by a substrate without the addition of PSS. The “hierarchical nanoporous layer glass” holds the PSS‐free PEDOT with its nanopores to form a homogeneous, transparent film. The PSS‐free PEDOT film thus achieves transparency of over 85% and resistivity of below 500 Ω sq?1.  相似文献

High‐performance regenerated cellulose fibers were prepared from cellulose/1‐butyl‐3‐methylimidazolium chloride (BMIMCl) solutions via dry‐jet wet spinning. The spinnability of the solution was initially evaluated using the maximum winding speed of the solution spinning line under various ambient temperatures and relative humidities in the air gap. The subsequent spinning trials were conducted under various air gap conditions in a water coagulation bath. It was found that low temperature and low relative humidity in the air gap were important to obtain fibers with high tensile strength at a high draw ratio. From a 10 wt % cellulose/BMIMCl solution, regenerated fibers with tensile strength up to 886 MPa were prepared below 22 °C and relative humidity of 50%. High strengthening was also strongly linked with the fixation effect on fibers during washing and drying processes. Furthermore, an effective attempt to prepare higher performance fibers was conducted from a higher polymer concentration solution using a high molecular weight dissolving pulp. Eventually, fibers with a tensile strength of ~1 GPa and Young's modulus over 35 GPa were prepared. These tensile properties were ranked at the highest level for regenerated cellulose fibers prepared by an ionic liquid–based process. © 2017 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Appl. Polym. We analyze the length of hospital stays of patients hospitalized for cataract and related diseases (Diagnosis Related Groups (DRG) 2041) in Japan, utilizing the data pertaining to 3436 patients on whom one-eye lens operations are performed. Schizosaccharomyces japonicus is a fission yeast for which new genetic tools have recently been developed. Here, we report novel plasmid vectors with high transformation efficiency and an electroporation method for Sz. japonicus. We isolated 44 replicating segments from 12 166 transformants of Sz. japonicus genomic fragments and found a chromosomal fragment, RS1, as a new replicating sequence that conferred high transformation activity to Sz. japonicus cells. This sequence was cloned into a pUC19 vector with ura4+ of Sz. pombe (pSJU11) or the kan gene on the kanMX6 module (pSJK11) as selection markers. These plasmids transformed Sz. japonicus cells in the early‐log phase by electroporation at a frequency of 123 cfu/µg for pSJK11 and 301 cfu/µg for pSJU11, which were higher than previously reported autonomously replicating sequences. Although a portion of plasmids remained in host cells by integration into the chromosome via RS1 segment, the plasmids could be recovered from transformants. The plasmid copy number was estimated to be 1.88 copies per cell by Southern blot analysis using a Sz. pombe ura4+ probe. The plasmid containing ade6+ suppressed the auxotrophic growth of the ade6‐domE mutant, indicating that the plasmid would be useful for suppressor screening and complementation assays in Sz. japonicus. Furthermore, pSJU11 transformed Sz. pombe cells with the same frequency as the pREP2 plasmid. This study is a report to demonstrate practical use of episomal plasmid vectors for genetic research in Sz. japonicus. A new range-space approach is described for synergistic resolution of both stereovision and reflectance (visual) modeling problems simultaneously. This synergistic approach can be applied to arbitrary camera arrangements with different intrinsic and extrinsic parameters, image types, image resolutions, and image number. These images are analyzed in a step-wise manner to extract 3-D range measurements and also to render a customized perspective view. The entire process is fully automatic. An extensive and detailed experimental validation phase supports the basic feasibility and generality of the Range-Space Approach.  相似文献

Under magnetic fields perpendicular to the conductive plane in quasi-two-dimensional organic conductors: -(BEDT-TTF)2 MHg(SCN)4 (M= K, Rb, and Tl), the experimentally reported HT phase diagram has been explained partially. By the self-consistent numerical calculation including the quantum magnetic oscillation and the magnetic breakdown; in addition to the imperfectness of the SDW nesting, we try to completely understand the phase diagram.  相似文献

The upper critical field B c2 of the organic superconductor -(BETS)2GaCl4 has been determined from resistance measurements for orientation of the magnetic field along three perpendicular crystallographic directions. The Ginzburg–Landau coherence length was estimated from the slope of B c2(T) curve near T c as 12.5 nm, 1.6 nm, and 12.5 nm for the a*-, b*-, and c-directions. Angular dependence of the critical field within highly conducting ac plane at 1.5 K was shown to possess two-fold symmetry, which can be related to the band structure anisotropy.  相似文献

With the objective of developing an odorless biodegradation process for dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), Hyphomicrobium sp. WU-OM3 was isolated. During the cultivation of strain WU-OM3 cells with 20 mM dimethyl sulfone (DMSO2) as the sole carbon source, DMSO2 was completely consumed within 48 h and sulfate ion accumulated in the culture broth. Methanesulfonate was also detected as an intermediate of DMSO2 degradation. By combining the DMSO-oxidizing microorganism and strain WU-OM3 cells, 0.64 mM (50 mg/l) DMSO was degraded to sulfate ion with 80% molar conversion ratio.  相似文献
