对牛顿—拉夫逊法潮流计算作出适当简化,解除方程式中各节点之间的耦合关系,形成了一种新的节点解耦算法.该方法将雅可比矩阵简化为广义分块对角阵,进而取消雅可比矩阵所需的存储单元及其求逆运算过程,并引入高斯—塞德尔的迭代方式进一步加快收敛速度.算例验证了该方法的可行性,尤其是在复杂系统计算中具有占用内存小、计算速度快的特点.  相似文献

针对末端夹持激光位移传感器的机器人TCF(tool/terminal control frame)标定,提出一种基于平面模板的标定方法,机器人操作末端执行器使激光位移传感器在不同位形下对平面模板进行测量,再通过非线性最小二乘拟合求解标定参数.为了减小问题的奇异性,对标定时应该采取的参数控制策略进行了定性分析.该标定方法只需要一块表面精度较高的平面模板,而无需其它测量仪器,标定过程简单、易操作,且易于实现自动化.仿真和实验结果表明本文提出的标定方法具有较高的精度.  相似文献

Lattice and grain-boundary interdiffusion coefficients were calculated from the concentration distributions determined for Zr-Hf interdiffusion in polycrystalline 16Y2O3·84(Zr1–x Hf x )O2 withx=0.020 and 0.100. The lattice interdiffusion coefficients were described byD=0.031 exp [–391 (kJ mol–1)/RT] cm2 sec–1 and the grain-boundary diffusion parameters byD=1.5×10–6exp [–309(kJ mol–1)/RT] cm3 sec–1 in the temperature range 1584–2116° C. Comparison of the results with those for the systems CaO-(Zr+Hf)O2 and MgO-(Zr+Hf)O2 indicated that the Zr self-diffusion coefficient was insensitive to the dopants in the fluorite-cubic ZrO2 solid solutions.  相似文献

In the system ZrO2–Al2O3, a new method for preparing ZrO2 solid solutions from ZrCl4 and AlCl3 using hydrazine monohydrate is investigated. c -ZrO2 solid solutions containing up to ∼40 mol% Al2O3 crystallize at low temperatures from amorphous materials. The formation mechanism is discussed from IR spectral data. The values of the lattice parameter α increase linearly from 0.5072 to 0.5105 nm with increasing Al2O3 content. At higher temperatures, transformation of the solid solutions proceeds as follows: c ( SS ) → t ( ss ) → t ( ss ) +α-Al2O3→ m +α-Al2O3. m -ZrO2–α-Al2O3 composite ceramics are fabricated by hot isostatic pressing for 2 h at 1250°C and 196 MPa. Microstructures and mechanical properties are examined, in connection with increasing Al2O3 content.  相似文献

This study focuses on an emulsion as a new thermal storage material for ice storage. Two types of emulsions were formed using an oil–water mixture with a small amount of additive. A silicone, light and lump oils were used. The water contents of the emulsions were 70, 80 and 90%. The additive was an amino group modified silicone oil. No depression of freezing point was observed for the emulsions because of their hydrophobic properties. In order to determine the structure of the emulsions, their electrical resistances were measured. Moreover, components of the liquids separating from the emulsions were analyzed. The results indicated that one emulsion was a W/O type emulsion, while the other was an O/W type. Finally, adaptability of the two emulsions to ice storage was discussed, it was concluded that a high performance ice slurry could be formed by the W/O type emulsion.  相似文献

This article describes a second treatment-outcome study of cognitive trauma therapy for battered women with posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD; CTT-BW). CTT-BW includes trauma history exploration: PTSD education; stress management; exposure to abuse and abuser reminders; self-monitoring of negative self-talk; cognitive therapy for guilt; and modules on self-advocacy, assertiveness, and how to identify perpetrators. One hundred twenty-five ethnically diverse women were randomly assigned to immediate or delayed CTT-BW. PTSD remitted in 87% of women who completed CTT-BW, with large reductions in depression and guilt and substantial increases in self-esteem. White and ethnic minority women benefited equally from CTT-BW. Similar treatment outcomes were obtained by male and female therapists and by therapists with different levels of education and training. Gains were maintained at 3- and 6-month follow-ups. Cardiovascular abnormality-mediated retinal ischemia causes severe visual impairment. Retinal ischemia is involved in enormous pathological processes including oxidative stress, reactive gliosis, and retinal functional deficits. Thus, maintaining retinal function by modulating those pathological processes may prevent or protect against vision loss. Over the decades, nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN), a crucial nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+) intermediate, has been nominated as a promising therapeutic target in retinal diseases. Nonetheless, a protective effect of NMN has not been examined in cardiovascular diseases-induced retinal ischemia. In our study, we aimed to investigate its promising effect of NMN in the ischemic retina of a murine model of carotid artery occlusion. After surgical unilateral common carotid artery occlusion (UCCAO) in adult male C57BL/6 mice, NMN (500 mg/kg/day) was intraperitoneally injected to mice every day until the end of experiments. Electroretinography and biomolecular assays were utilized to measure ocular functional and further molecular alterations in the retina. We found that UCCAO-induced retinal dysfunction was suppressed, pathological gliosis was reduced, retinal NAD+ levels were preserved, and the expression of an antioxidant molecule (nuclear factor erythroid-2-related factor 2; Nrf2) was upregulated by consecutive administration of NMN. Our present outcomes first suggest a promising NMN therapy for the suppression of cardiovascular diseases-mediated retinal ischemic dysfunction.  相似文献

It is well known that the properties of hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells (HSCs), such as their self-renewal ability and multipotency, are maintained through interactions with mesenchymal stem/stromal cells (MSCs). MSCs are rare cells that are present in the bone marrow and are useful for clinical applications due to their functional ability. To obtain the necessary number of cells, MSCs must be cultured to expand, but this causes a remarkable decrease in stem cell properties, such as multipotency and proliferation ability. In this study, we show that the c-Mpl signal, which is related to the maintenance of hematopoietic stem cells, has an important effect on the proliferation and differentiation ability of MSCs. Utilizing a co-culture system comprising MSCs and HSCs, it is suggested that signaling from hematopoietic cells to MSCs supports cell proliferation. Interestingly, the enhanced proliferation ability of the HSCs was decreased in c-Mpl knock-out HSCs (c-Mpl-KO). In addition, the MSCs co-cultured with c-Mpl-KO HSCs had reduced MSC marker expression (PDGFRa and Sca-1) compared to the MSCs co-cultured with c-Mpl-wild-type HSCs. These results suggest that a hematopoietic–mesenchymal signal exists, and that the state of the HSCs is important for the stability of MSC properties.  相似文献

It is known that paraconsistent logical systems are more appropriate for inconsistency-tolerant and uncertainty reasoning than other types of logical systems. In this paper, a paraconsistent computation tree logic, PCTL, is obtained by adding paraconsistent negation to the standard computation tree logic CTL. PCTL can be used to appropriately formalize inconsistency-tolerant temporal reasoning. A theorem for embedding PCTL into CTL is proved. The validity, satisfiability, and model-checking problems of PCTL are shown to be decidable. The embedding and decidability results indicate that we can reuse the existing CTL-based algorithms for validity, satisfiability, and model-checking. An illustrative example of medical reasoning involving the use of PCTL is presented.  相似文献
