Hydroxyapatite (HA) hybridized poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)-co-acrylic acid (PNIPAM-co-AAc) hydrogel on thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) were successfully prepared via photocatalytic polymerization technique. Low temperature plasma processing of HMDSZ and O2 plasma were deposition on substrate. The HA/hydrogel were stabilized by HA of which the wettability was modified by calcium nitrate and ammonium phosphate dibasic. The HA gradually increases with the increase of time cycles. The deposition of organic silicone group by the HMDSZ on the TPU substrate is hydrophobic surface. When deposition of O2, the water contact angles (WCA) was changed to <10° and surface hydrophilicity. The materials were characterized by OM, SEM, FT-IR, XPS and XRD. The results showed that the NIPAM: AAc (1:1 mol) polymers possess macropores ranging from 2 to 20 μm, and their large numbers of carboxyl groups and hydroxyl groups result in a favorable adsorption capacity for HA. Swelling studies indicated that NIPAM: AAc (1:1 mol) was 446 ± 0.3%. This work provided a promising alternative method for the fabrication of polymer materials with tunable and interconnected pores structures for the HA.  相似文献

Some unknown noise will influence the wave appearance of the twist yarn tension signal in different factory environments or production processes. It is difficult to analyse the tension signal pattern and recognize unusual defects by the on-line yarn quality control system. In this paper, the independent component analysis (FastICA: fixed-point independent component analysis) is applied to separate the unknown noise signal from the unusual tension signal on the yarn twist machine. Different from the traditional low-pass filter (e.g., Butterworth filter), FastICA can not only successfully separate the noise with different types but also remain the main tension signal information. Firstly, FastICA algorithm is introduced, and then simulation experiments and on-line tests are carried out to evaluate the performance of this method and traditional low-pass filter.  相似文献

The warm formability of three sheet magnesium alloys was measured using the OSU formability test adapted for testing at elevated temperatures under isothermal conditions. The adapted test is shown to reliably enforce plane strain tension over a significant fraction of the sample, thus providing an assessment of FLD(0), typically the minimum major strain value on a forming limit diagram. By mathematically modeling the strain as a function of punch displacement, a case is made that the punch displacement itself provides an expedient approach to ranking the relative formability of sheet metals. Combined with knowledge of the constitutive behavior of the material, the punch displacement–strain relationship provides an explanation for the observed shape of the punch load versus displacement curves. OSU formability test results show that a new magnesium sheet alloy, yttrium-containing ZW41, is significantly more formable than traditional magnesium alloys AZ31 and ZK10. The improvement is linked to a more random texture in the new alloy, which diminishes the tendency for gross, catastrophic shear instability typical of the strongly textured traditional alloys.  相似文献

Microstructural evolution in solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) cermet anodes has been investigated using X-ray nanotomography along with differential absorption imaging. SOFC anode supports composed of Ni and yttria-stabilized zirconia (YSZ) were subjected to extended operation and selected regions were imaged using a transmission X-ray microscope. X-ray nanotomography provides unique insight into microstructure changes of all three phases (Ni, YSZ, pore) in three spatial dimensions, and its relation to performance degradation. Statistically significant 3D microstructural changes were observed in the anode Ni phase over a range of operational times, including phase size growth and changes in connectivity, interfacial contact area and contiguous triple-phase boundary length. These observations support microstructural evolution correlated to SOFC performance. We find that Ni coarsening is driven by particle curvature as indicated by the dihedral angles between the Ni, YSZ and pore phases, and hypothesize that growth occurs primarily by means of diffusion and particle agglomeration constrained by a pinning mechanism related to the YSZ phase. The decrease in Ni phase size after extended periods of time may be the result of a second process connected to a mobility-induced decrease in the YSZ phase size or non-uniform curvature resulting in a net decrease in Ni phase size.  相似文献

In this study, poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) latex was synthesized in an emulsifier‐free emulsion polymerization at 60°C using a Cu2+/HSO redox initiator system with different concentrations of Cu2+. The experimental results showed that the monomer conversion reached above 90% for all systems. Zeta potential was all negative due to the bonded bisulfite ion and the magnitude was greater than 30 mV, providing the stability of PMMA emulsion. The morphology of the latex observed by scanning electron microscope revealed a uniform particle size, and the average particle size increased from 181.9 to 234.2 nm as the Cu2+ ion concentration increased from 2.0 to 6.0 mM in 1M of MMA solution. Thermal degradation behavior of synthesized PMMA was studied by thermogravimetric analysis, in which a two‐stage degradation behavior was observed. These two stages were found to be caused by the degradation of unsaturated end group (PMMA? CR?CH2) and saturated end group (PMMA? H), respectively. In addition, the higher the concentration of Cu2+ ion, the greater the proportion of PMMA? CR?CH2 in the final product, and in turn rendering more weight loss in the first‐stage degradation. The copper ion not only played a role in the redox initiation, but also acted as a chain transfer agent to terminate growing polymer chains, thus producing PMMA? CR?CH2. The apparent activation energies of the first stage (Ea1) and second stage (Ea2) were calculated by Ozawa's and Boswell's method. The results showed that Ea1, representing the degradation of PMMA‐CR?CH2, was lower than Ea2 for the degradation of PMMA‐H. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Appl Polym Sci, 2009  相似文献

In this study, oil‐based magnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles were first synthesized by a coprecipitation method followed by a surface modification using lauric acid. Polystyrene/Fe3O4 composite particles were then prepared via miniemulsion polymerization method using styrene as monomer, 2,2′‐azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as initiator, sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) as surfactant, hexadecane (HD) or sorbitan monolaurate (Span20®) as costabilizer in the presence of Fe3O4 nanoparticles. The effects of Fe3O4 content, costabilizer, homogenization energy during ultrasonication, and surfactant concentration on the polymerization kinetics (e.g., conversion), nucleation mechanism, and morphology (e.g., size distributions of droplets and latex) of composite particles were investigated. The results showed that at high homogenization energy, an optimum amount of SDS and hydrophobic costabilizer was needed to obtain composite particles nucleated predominately by droplet nucleation mechanism. The morphology of the composite particles can be well controlled by the homogenization energy and the hydrophobicity of the costabilizer. The magnetic composite particles can be made by locating Fe3O4 inside the latex particles or forming a shell layer on their PS core surface depending on the aforementioned polymerization conditions. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. This study examines the effects of pressure, temperature and solvent to solid ratio (SSR) on extraction efficiency of triglycerides from powdered Jatropha seeds by using supercritical carbon dioxide extraction. Supercritical extractions were designed for pressures ranging from 250 to 350 bar, temperatures ranging from 313 to 333 K and SSR values ranging from 65:1 to 125:1. All values were selected using response surface methodology in order to determine their effects on the concentration of triglycerides from the extracted oil. Using 3750 g of carbon dioxide over 5 h, a supercritical carbon dioxide extraction (at 350 bar, 333 K and an SSR value of 125:1) yielded 43.51% oil. The concentration and extraction efficiency (i.e. recovery) of triglycerides in the extract reached 657.1 mg/g and 97.62%, respectively. Changes in pressure presented more effective in increasing the recovery of triglycerides, but both temperature and the SSR value are important in obtaining high concentration of triglycerides from the Jatropha seeds that are useful for biodiesel materials.  相似文献

Mast cells play a very important role in skin allergy and inflammation, including atopic dermatitis and psoriasis. In the past, it was found that neferine has anti-inflammatory and anti-aging effects on the skin, but its effect on mast cells has not yet been studied in detail. In this study, we used mast cells (RBL-2H3 cells) and mouse models to study the anti-allergic and inflammatory effects of neferine. First, we found that neferine inhibits the degranulation of mast cells and the expression of cytokines. In addition, we observed that when mast cells were stimulated by A23187/phorbol 12-myristate-13-acetate (PMA), the elevation of intracellular calcium was inhibited by neferine. The phosphorylation of the MAPK/NF-κB pathway is also reduced by pretreatment of neferine. The results of in vivo studies show that neferine can improve the appearance of dermatitis and mast cell infiltration caused by dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB). Moreover, the expressions of barrier proteins in the skin are also restored. Finally, it was found that neferine can reduce the scratching behavior caused by compound 48/80. Taken together, our results indicate that neferine is a very good anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory natural product. Its effect on mast cells contributes to its pharmacological mechanism.  相似文献

This work explores the mechanism of microvia filling by copper electroplating using a printed circuit board (PCB) with a specific pattern design. The microvias employed in this work had no sidewall copper layer. The outer and inner copper layers of these microvias that had no sidewall copper layer were together connected to the cathode during electroplating in order to clarify the mechanism of bottom-up filling. A plating formula that was composed of CuSO4, H2SO4, polyethylene glycol (PEG), bis(3-sulfopropyl) disulfide (SPS), Cl and Janus Green B (JGB) was employed as a model formula for studying the filling mechanism. The results showed that bottom-up filling stemmed from two crucial factors. One was the sidewall growth of the microvia, increasing the surface coverage of an accelerator; the other was the convection-dependent adsorption (CDA) of additives, leading to different copper deposition rates on the outer and inner copper layers. When a leveler was present in the plating solution, CDA behavior dominated the filling mechanism, regardless of whether a sidewall copper layer was present. On the other hand, the mechanism of coverage accumulation of the accelerator was dominant only when the microvia possessed a sidewall copper layer and no leveler was present in the plating solution.  相似文献
