为检测动物源性食品中恩诺沙星残留量,评估基于卵黄抗体的间接竞争酶联免疫吸附法检测恩诺沙星的可行性,用活性脂法将恩诺沙星同卵清蛋白偶联制备免疫原和包被抗原并用紫外光谱进行验证。用聚乙二醇-6000提取卵黄抗体。五免之后效价达到峰值1∶32 000。用间接竞争酶联免疫吸附法确定包被原质量浓度、卵黄抗体的稀释倍数和IC_(50)分别为38 ng/m L、1∶64 000和18.207 ng/m L,回归曲线方程为y=0.891 1-0.016 5x(R~2=0.990)。结果表明,制备的抗恩诺沙星卵黄抗体为进一步建立检测动物源性食品中恩诺沙星的残留的免疫方法提供参考依据。 相似文献

The study of monolayer organic field‐effect transistors (MOFETs) provides an effective way to investigate the intrinsic charge transport of semiconductors. To date, the research based on organic monolayers on polymeric dielectrics lays far behind that on inorganic dielectrics and the realization of a bulk‐like carrier mobility on pure polymer dielectrics is still a formidable challenge for MOFETs. Herein, a quasi‐monolayer coverage of pentacene film with orthorhombic phase is grown on the poly (amic acid) (PAA) dielectric layer. More significantly, charge density redistribution occurs at the interface between the pentacene and PAA caused by electron transfer from pentacene to the PAA dielectric layer, which is verified by theoretical simulations and experiments. As a consequence, an enhanced hole accumulation layer is formed and pentacene‐based MOFETs on pure polymer dielectrics exhibit bulk‐like carrier mobilities of up to 13.7 cm2 V?1 s?1 from the saturation region at low VGS, 9.1 cm2 V?1 s?1 at high VGS and 7.6 cm2 V?1 s?1 from the linear region, which presents one of the best results of previously reported MOFETs so far and indicates that the monolayer semiconductor growing on pure polymer dielectric could produce highly efficient charge transport. 相似文献

As one of the most promising cathode materials in sodium-ion batteries, manganese-based layered oxides have aroused wide attention due to their high specific capacity and plentiful reserves. However, they are plagued by poor air stability rooting in water/Na+ exchange and adverse structural reconstruction, hindering their practical applications. Herein, it is demonstrated that utilizing fluorine to substitute oxygen atoms can narrow the interlayer spacing of novel P'2-Na0.67MnO1.97F0.03 (NMOF) cathode material, which resists the attack of water molecules, significantly prolonging exposure time in air. Density functional theory (DFT) calculation results indicate that fluorine substitution alleviates the insertion of water molecules and spontaneous extraction of Na+ effectively. Benefiting from the structural modulation, NMOF can deliver a high specific capacity of 227.1 mAh g-1 at 20 mA g-1 and a promising capacity retention of 84.0% after 100 cycles at 200 mA g-1. This facile and available strategy provides a feasible way to strengthen the air-stability and expands the scope of practical applications of layered oxide cathodes. 相似文献

Vitrification is a kind of glass that can solidify high-level radioactive waste (HLW). As the basic material of vitrification, borosilicate glass was studied extensively. To keep HLW away from the biosphere, the tolerance of borosilicate glass to irradiation is important. In this work, various samples of borosilicate glass with different compositions were irradiated with gamma rays at ambient temperature to study their stability. The hardness, moduli, and microscopic changes on surfaces of the borosilicate glasses were measured at specific absorbed doses. Upon the gamma irradiation, the structural changes on surfaces of borosilicate glasses were identified, which were strongly influenced by the composition of borosilicate glasses. The results demonstrate that gamma irradiation, as well as beta irradiation, might strongly influence the properties of vitrification. The irradiation effects on vitrification induced by gamma irradiation should be paid more attention to than before. 相似文献

通过开展附加颗粒调谐质量阻尼器(particle tuned mass damper, PTMD)风力发电机结构模型的自由振动试验和振动台试验,研究PTMD自身参数对其减振性能的影响规律,检验PTMD用于降低风力发电机结构不利振动的合理性与有效性,揭示随机激励下耦合系统的工作机理。借助自由振动试验研究了设计参数对PTMD减振性能的影响规律,初步确定了系统的参数配置。同时,通过地震波激励工况、风荷载激励工况和风-地震耦合荷载激励工况对风力发电机结构使用PTMD进行振动控制的合理性与有效性进行了检验,进一步揭示随机激励下耦合系统的减振机理。试验结果表明:颗粒-腔体质量比和频率比参数分别取值0.27和0.97时PTMD表现出较好的减振性能;3种随机激励下PTMD能够有效抑制风力发电机结构的动力响应,其中,El Centro波作用下,PTMD对结构顶部加速度和位移峰值响应的控制效果分别为5.52%和7.73%,而对均方根响应的控制效果则高达33.3%和32.08%。由此可见,PTMD对均方根响应的控制效果优于峰值响应。对比传统调谐质量阻尼器(TMD)结果可知,经合理设计的PTMD具有更佳的减振... 相似文献

飞灰含碳量是反映燃煤锅炉机组燃烧效率的重要技术指标和运行经济指标,同时也影响锅炉的安全运行。超临界对冲火焰锅炉由于掺烧劣质煤,经常出现飞灰含碳量偏高的现象。本文以660MW超临界对冲火焰锅炉为研究对象,将影响飞灰含碳量的负荷、煤粉细度等十个运行参数作为输入量,应用BP神经网络的非线性动力学特性和自学习能力,建立了飞灰含碳量预测模型。经网络预测,与实际值的误差小于5.48%。在预测模型的基础上,对飞灰含碳量影响因素进行单因素影响规律分析。预测和分析结果表明,本模型方法能有效提取各参数对飞灰含碳量的影响规律,可用于锅炉飞灰含碳量的分析、预测和优化调节。 相似文献

Measurement and calibration of gluten pellets discrete element parameters at varied moisture content

To quickly calibrate the discrete element parameters (DEP) of pellets with different moisture content (MC), the angle of repose (AoR) was taken as the target value to conduct experimental and simulation research on gluten pellets. The experimental method obtained the intrinsic parameters, contact parameters, and AoR of pellets with different moisture content. The parameters differed significantly under different moisture content (p < 0.05). The AoR-MC model (R2 = 0.987) was established. The Plackett–Burman test, steepest ascent test, and center compound test were carried out to establish the AoR-DEP model (R2 = 0.969) with a relative error less than or equal to 2.07%. The MC-DEP model was derived, and verified by the side plate lifting method with a relative error less than or equal to 2.58%. This paper provides a new method for calibrating DEP under different moisture content. 相似文献
