The results of investigations of the mechanical properties of welded joints produced after cutting 09G2N steel by mechanical methods and by plasma torches of different design are presented. It is shown that the impact toughness and static bend strength of the welded joints, produced after plasma cutting without removing the zones of the thermal effect, are not inferior to the parameters obtained after mechanical cutting. In the application of the new single-circuit plasma torch for cutting metals prior to welding, it is possible to produce high-quality welded joints with high productivity and low energy consumption.  相似文献

For an arbitrary isotropic and linear kinematic hardening and loading paths given in the form of arbitrary multisection polygonal lines in the five-dimensional deviatoric space of total strains, we have studied analytically an initially isotropic elastoplastic material with von Mises yielding and the associated flow rule. The solutions obtained are valid for arbitrary relationships that govern the variation of the spherical component of the stress tensor. Further development of calculation and experimental analysis methods and ensuring their security against risk criteria for the prevention of accidents and disasters is considered. Of particular importance in this direction are the methods and technologies of both computational and physical modeling and analysis of the limiting states of structures leading to catastrophic failure. It is shown that the most promising direction of creating an effective apparatus for risk assessment and analysis of the security of technical systems can be considered the use of hybrid methods that allow taking into account both stochastic and interval uncertainties of the risk parameters in determining the safety and security conditions of man, the technosphere, and nature from manmade accidents and disasters.  相似文献
