复相陶瓷导电性与其粒径级配的关系研究

通过对无序渗流模型的修正，建立了具有不同特征尺寸的两相无序体系的导电模型，推导了相关关系式，将其结果与相复合导电陶瓷的实验结果进行了比较，结论相当一致。由此揭示了陶瓷生料的两相粒径分布对复合导电陶瓷导电性的影响。     

InGaAsP／InP PFBH激光器

采用Ｎ－ＩｎＰ衬底研制ＩｎＧａＡｓＰ／ＩｎＰ激光器和ＤＦＢ激光器在国内已报导过多次，本文介绍用Ｐ－ＩｎＰ衬底研制ＩｎＧａＡｓＰ／ＩｎＰ平面埋层异质结构激光器和ＤＦＢ－ＰＦＢＨ激光器，同时利用晶体生长和晶向的依赖关系，改进埋区的结构，使器件最高激射温度大于１００℃。     

Heat transfer in YBaCuO thin film/sapphire substrate system

The thermal boundary resistance at the YBaCuO thin film/Al₂O₃ substrate interface was investigated. The transparency for thermal phonons incident on the interface as well as for phonons moving from the substrate was determined. We have measured a transient voltage response of current-biased films to continuously modulated radiation. The observed knee in the modulation frequency dependence of the response reflects the crossover from the diffusion regime to the contact resistance regime of the heat transfer across the interface. The values of transparency were independently deduced both from the phonon escape time and from the time of phonon return to the film which were identified with peculiarities in the frequency dependence. The results are much more consistent with the acoustic mismatch theory than the diffuse mismatch model.We are grateful to A. Elantev for helpful discussion. P偏振光双表面反射比的角谱及其应用

p-偏振光在镀膜平板基片两面的反射光强度比值的角谱是膜层参数(折射率、消光系数和厚度)的函数.实验表明通过角谱的测量和数值模拟是精确测量薄膜参数的新途径.基于此原理,还试制出掺Sb的SnO2溶胶凝胶薄膜的光化学气敏传感器.     

Synthesis,Functionalization, and Bioconjugation of Monodisperse,Silica‐Coated Gold Nanoparticles: Robust Bioprobes

Herein, we report an efficient process for preparing monodisperse Au@SiO₂ nanoparticles using homogeneous shaking and without the use of surface‐coupling silane agents or large stabilizers. The resulting pure‐silica surface of the Au@SiO₂ nanoparticles is very important for straightforward surface functionalization with different functional groups via well‐established silica surface chemistry. Subsequent covalent bioconjugation of the aldehyde‐functionalized Au@SiO₂ nanoparticles with various biomolecules is successfully employed to make robust nanoprobes for fast, colorimetric DNA and protein detection based on the sequence‐specific hybridization properties of DNA and the specific binding affinity between proteins, respectively.     

Hardware monitoring of a multiprocessor system

The Testbed for Distributed Processing, or Ted, consists of Intel Corp.'s iSBC 8086 single board computers (SBCs) organized into groups or clusters. Each cluster consists of several SBCs that communicate via a shared memory. Intercluster communication occurs through an Ethernet interface. A hardware monitor designed and implemented to handle the monitoring activities within a cluster in the Ted system is described. By using specified patterns and don't-care masks, the system can detect accesses to selected data, addresses, or blocks of addresses. This function helps monitor events such as the access or usage of a memory location or a group of mailbox addresses. It also determines the amount of time consumed by the performance of specific operations

本文借助图论的理论，通过识别回路和不包含回路的由起始状态到终止状态的路径的方法，提出一种构造给定有穷自动机对应的正则表达式的新算法，并给出具体实例。     

Asymptotic efficiency properties of least squares in an ultrastructural model

This paper considers the estimation of both the intercept term and the slope parameter in a linear ultrastructural model using direct regression and reverse regression methods. Without assuming the errors to be normally distributed, asymptotic expressions for the bias and the variance of the estimators are derived and analyzed. The effect of departure of the errors from normality is also studied.
