In this paper, a switched control architecture for constrained control systems is presented. The strategy is based on command governor ideas that are here specialized to ‘optimally’ schedule switching events on the plant dynamics for improving control performance at the expense of low computational burdens. The significance of the method mainly lies in its capability to avoid constraints violation and loss of stability regardless of any configuration change occurrence in the plant/constraint structure. To this end, the concept of model transition dwell time is used within the proposed control framework to formally define the minimum time necessary to enable a switching event under guaranteed conditions on the overall stability and constraint fulfilment. Simulation results on a simple linear system and on a Cessna 182 aircraft model show the effectiveness of the proposed strategy. Copyright © 2017 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Males of the sugarcane borer,Migdolus fryanus (Coleoptera: Cerambycidae), are attracted to females by means of a sex pheromone. Mating usually occurs during a few days from October to March under field conditions in São Paulo State, Brazil. This work reports on mating of this species as affected by daily climatic factors, during a single nuptial flight. Maximum male capture by the natural sex pheromone occurred from 1000 to 1100 AM at air and soil temperatures of 30.0°C and relative humidity of 57.0%. As these temperatures increased, females burrowed into the soil, as they are more sensitive to heat than males. Thus, it was concluded that sex pheromone-mediated mating in this cerambycid is directly affected by temperatures of air and soil.  相似文献

Line positions, strengths, and absolute energies are calculated for the pure rotational spectrum of water in the region between 0 cm?1 and 877 cm?1. These calculations are done in the context of a reduced centrifugal distortion Hamiltonian, and are based on microwave measurements of this spectrum to 1 THz, and Far Infrared measurements between 32 cm?1 and 715 cm?1.  相似文献

Constructing code analyzers may be costly and error prone if inadequate technologies and tools are used. If they are written in a conventional programming language, for instance, several thousand lines of code may be required even for relatively simple analyses. One way of facilitating the development of code analyzers is to define a very high-level domain-oriented language and implement an application generator that creates the analyzers from the specification of the analyses they are intended to perform. This paper presents a system for developing code analyzers that uses a database to store both a no-loss fine-grained intermediate representation and the results of the analyses. The system uses an algebraic representation, called F(p), as the user-visible intermediate representation. Analyzers are specified in a declarative language, called F(p)-l, which enables an analysis to be specified in the form of a traversal of an algebraic expression, with access to, and storage of, the database information the algebraic expression indices. A foreign language interface allows the analyzers to be embedded in C programs. This is useful for implementing the user interface of an analyzer, for example, or to facilitate interoperation of the generated analyzers with pre-existing tools. We report the electro-oxidation of formaldehyde on polyaniline films modified with Pt nanoparticles (PANI-Pt films) in an aqueous sulfuric acid solution. The electrodeposition of Pt particles on the PANI matrix was found to promote a mass loss of the film, with a similar effect occurring after cycling the PANI films in the acidic medium containing formaldehyde. However, despite the electrochemical instability of PANI-Pt films, on films containing larger amounts of incorporated Pt particles, the oxidation of formaldehyde produces adsorbed CO species (COads) at a lower positive potential than on bulk Pt. Our findings also indicate that electro-oxidation of COads on the PANI-Pt film surface depends not only on the thickness of PANI film but also on the amount of Pt particles incorporated into the PANI matrix.  相似文献

Currently, myofascial pain has become one of the main problems in healthcare systems. Research into its causes and the structures related to it may help to improve its management. Until some years ago, all the studies were focused on muscle alterations, as trigger points, but recently, fasciae are starting to be considered a new, possible source of pain. This systematic review has been conducted for the purpose of analyze the current evidence of the muscular/deep fasciae innervation from a histological and/or immunohistochemical point of view. A literature search published between 2000 and 2021 was made in PubMed and Google Scholar. Search terms included a combination of fascia, innervation, immunohistochemical, and different immunohistochemical markers. Of the 23 total studies included in the review, five studies were performed in rats, four in mice, two in horses, ten in humans, and two in both humans and rats. There were a great variety of immunohistochemical markers used to detect the innervation of the fasciae; the most used were Protein Gene Marker 9.5 (used in twelve studies), Calcitonin Gene-Related Peptide (ten studies), S100 (ten studies), substance P (seven studies), and tyrosine hydroxylase (six studies). Various areas have been studied, with the thoracolumbar fascia being the most observed. Besides, the papers highlighted diversity in the density and type of innervation in the various fasciae, going from free nerve endings to Pacini and Ruffini corpuscles. Finally, it has been observed that the innervation is increased in the pathological fasciae. From this review, it is evident that fasciae are well innerved, their innervation have a particular distribution and precise localization and is composed especially by proprioceptors and nociceptors, the latter being more numerous in pathological situations. This could contribute to a better comprehension and management of pain.  相似文献

mitochondrial neuro-gastrointestinal encephalomyopathy (MNGIE) is a rare genetic disorder characterized by thymidine phosphorylase (TP) enzyme defect. The absence of TP activity induces the imbalance of mitochondrial nucleotide pool, leading to impaired mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) replication and depletion. Since mtDNA is required to ensure oxidative phosphorylation, metabolically active tissues may not achieve sufficient energy production. The only effective life-saving approach in MNGIE has been the permanent replacement of TP via allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell or liver transplantation. However, the follow-up of transplanted patients showed that gut tissue changes do not revert and fatal complications, such as massive gastrointestinal bleeding, can occur. The purpose of this study was to clarify whether the reintroduction of TP after transplant can recover mtDNA copy number in a normal range. Using laser capture microdissection and droplet-digital-PCR, we assessed the mtDNA copy number in each layer of full-thickness ileal samples of a naive MNGIE cohort vs. controls and in a patient pre- and post-TP replacement. The treatment led to a significant recovery of gut tissue mtDNA amount, thus showing its efficacy. Our results indicate that a timely TP replacement is needed to maximize therapeutic success before irreversible degenerative tissue changes occur in MNGIE.  相似文献

In the present paper we investigate rational two-parameter families of spheres and their envelope surfaces in Euclidean . The four dimensional cyclographic model of the set of spheres in is an appropriate framework to show that a quadratic triangular Bézier patch in corresponds to a two-parameter family of spheres with rational envelope surface. The construction shows also that the envelope has rational offsets. Further we outline how to generalize the construction to obtain a much larger class of surfaces with similar properties.  相似文献

This review aims to describe and discuss the different functions of the endolysosomal system, from homeostasis to its vital role during viral infections. We will initially describe endolysosomal system’s main functions, presenting recent data on how its compartments are essential for host defense to explore later how SARS-CoV-2 (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2) and other coronaviruses subvert these organelles for their benefit. It is clear that to succeed, pathogens’ evolution favored the establishment of ways to avoid, escape, or manipulate lysosomal function. The unavoidable coexistence with such an unfriendly milieu imposed on viruses the establishment of a vast array of strategies to make the most out of the invaded cell’s machinery to produce new viruses and maneuvers to escape the host’s defense system.  相似文献
