We developed a room-temperature encapsulation process based on multi-stack of ultra thin Al2O3 and polyurea layers for top-emission organic light-emitting devices (TEOLEDs). Device structure, including a capping layer for refractive-index matching and a thick polyurea buffer layer, was optimized to enhance light extraction without distorting electroluminescence spectrum. The efficiency of a TEOLED encapsulated with 5 pairs of Al2O3(50 nm)/polyurea(20 nm) layers was better than that of a glass-encapsulated TEOLED, whereas their color coordinates were almost identical. Moreover, the half-decay lifetime of a TEOLED encapsulated with 5 pairs of Al2O3/polyurea layers was 86% of that of a glass-encapsulated TEOLED. Water vapor transition rate of 5 pairs of Al2O3(50 nm)/polyurea(20 nm) layers on PET film was measured as low as 5 × 10−4 g/m2 day. 相似文献

In this paper,a flexible and stretchable circuit has been fabricated by the printing method based on Ag NWs/PDMS composite.The randomly oriented Ag NWs were buried in PDMS to form a conductive and stretchable electrode.Stable conductivity was achieved with a large range of tensile strain (0-50%) after the initial stretching/releasing cycle.The stable electrical response is due to the buckling of the Ag NWs/PDMS composite layer.Furthermore,printed stretchable circuits integrated with commercial ICs have been demonstrated for wearable applications. 相似文献

The design of a finite impulse response (FIR) filter often involves a spectral "mask" that the magnitude spectrum must satisfy. The mask specifies upper and lower bounds at each frequency and, hence, yields an infinite number of constraints. In current practice, spectral masks are often approximated by discretization, but in this paper, we derive a result that allows us to precisely enforce piecewise constant and piecewise trigonometric polynomial masks in a finite and convex manner via linear matrix inequalities. While this result is theoretically satisfying in that it allows us to avoid the heuristic approximations involved in discretization techniques, it is also of practical interest because it generates competitive design algorithms (based on interior point methods) for a diverse class of FIR filtering and narrowband beamforming problems. The examples we provide include the design of standard linear and nonlinear phase FIR filters, robust "chip" waveforms for wireless communications, and narrowband beamformers for linear antenna arrays. Our main result also provides a contribution to system theory, as it is an extension of the well-known positive-real and bounded-real lemmas. 相似文献

采用1.25Mev 60Co γ射线辐射源对钝化前后的AlGaN/GaN HEMT器件进行了1Mrad(Si)的总剂量辐射,实验发现:1Mrad总剂量辐射后未钝化器件的饱和漏电流和最大跨导分别下降了15%和9.1%,而且正向和反向栅电流明显增加,但是阈值电压几乎没有发生变化。相反的,同样的累积剂量下,钝化器件的饱和漏电流和最大跨导却基本没变。通过对钝化前后器件的不同辐射反应以及C-V测试的分析表明,栅-源和栅-漏间隔区辐射感生表面态负电荷的产生是低剂量下AlGaN/GaN HEMT器件电特性退化的主要原因,同时也说明钝化可以有效地抑制60Co γ辐射感生表面态电荷,它是一种有效的加固手段。 相似文献

We report on the spectral tunability of white light by localized surface plasmon (LSP) effect in a colour converting hybrid device made of CdSe/ZnS quantum dots (QDs) integrated on InGaN/GaN blue light-emitting diodes (LEDs). Silver (Ag) nanoparticles (NPs) are mixed with QDs for generating LSP effect. When the plasmon absorption of Ag NPs is synchronized to the QW emission at 448 nm, the NPs selectively absorb the blue light and subsequently enhance the QD emission. Using this energy transfer scheme, the (x, y) chromaticity coordinates of the hybrid white LED was tuned from (0.32, 0.17) to (0.43, 0.26), and thereby generated warm white light emission with correlated colour temperature (CCT) around 1800 K. The evolution of mobile network and the popularization of mobile devices; the demand for multimedia services and 3D graphics
applications on limited resource devices is more contemporary. Most of the works on multimedia transmission are focused on
bit errors and packet losses due to the fading channel environment of a wireless network. Error resilient multimedia is significant
research topic which can be adapted to the different conditions in a wireless environment. The current solutions in transmission
of multimedia across different networks include some type of transcoder where the source is partially or fully decoded, and
re-encoded to suit the network conditions. This paper introduces a flexible progressive coding framework for 3D meshes, which
can be adapted to the different conditions imposed by wired and wireless channels at the bitstream level. By avoiding the
computationally complex steps of transcoding between networks, could deteriorate decoded model quality. The framework also
allows refined degradation of model quality when the network conditions are poor due to congestion or deep fades.
