文学艺术教育在人格修养方面具有内涵的丰富性,层次的兼容性,方式的独特性.因此,文学艺术教育对人格修养方面起着可贵的辅助作用,它是思想道德课所代替不了的人格修养课程.     

Lattice Effects and Irreversible Magnetoresistance in Gd Doped La—Ca—Mn—O

The Gd substituting effects for La in La0.67Ca0.33MnO3 has been studied .With increasing the substituting amount of Gd,the phase transition temperature of metal-isolator for the samples decreases,the corresponding peak resistivity increases,the Curie temperature decreases monotonically.The substitution of La-Ca-Mn-O with 11% Gd for La improved the magnetoresistance ratio by an order of magnitude.The effects of substituting Gd can be explained in terms of the lattice effects.An irreversible MR behaviour was observed in Gd-substituting compounds.This effect became marked when the substituting amount of Gd was greater than 7%.A maximum irreversible increment of MR ratio as large as 91% was obtained when Gd substituting amount was 11%.     

形式化语言在UMTS开发中的应用

由于3G协议规范的复杂性，3GPP方法论指导方针中鼓励使用标准的形式化语言来进行UMTS产品的设计、开发与测试。文中概要性地描述了UMTS的体系结构和在规范描述中用到的一些形式化语言的基本概念和特点，探讨了这些形式化语言在UMTS开发中的应用。使用形式化语言开发UMTS可以简化和改进测试程序，实现新产品与新标准的同步推出。     

基于物元分析和层次分析的选厂综合性能评估

利用物元分析法和层次分析法的特点，将物元分析和层次分析法有机的结合起来建立选厂性能综合评估模型，建立的评估模型表明该评估方法能够克服传统方法中参评人员的主观不确定性和认识上的模糊性，可用于选厂有关指标的综合评估。     

1400-1500 nm,Different Material-doped Raman Fiber Lasers Pumped by Nd∶YVO_4 Laser

Different material-doped Raman fiber lasers with very high efficiency operating in continuous-wave are presented.With 1 W Nd∶YVO 4 laser pumping at wavelength of 1 342 nm, single mode output power of above 500 mW (optical-to-optical conversion efficiency of 50%) is simulated in the range of 1 400-1 500 nm.Using high-germanium,high-phosphate and high-borate silicate fibers as the gain medium,laser output at wavelengths of 1 420,1 450,1 480 and 1 495 nm can be achieved with different geometries,which are just as pumping C-band and L-band distributed Raman fiber amplifiers.     

Two dimensional deformation characteristics of bloom CC with liquid core reduction

A two-dimensional model was applied to simulate the liquid core reduction(LCR) technology of bloom CC using ANSYS software.The deformation characteristics of bloom under different liquid fraction and reducing amount are obtained.The results indicate that the main deformation condition of bloom shell is compressive strain,mainly undertaken by the liquid core,which increases with the enhancement of reducing amount.Solidified shell takes minor deformation.The longitudinal section of bloom appears sunken and the narrow side bulges,which grow serious when the liquid fractionincreases.     

我国企业开展流程再造应从工作研究开始

由于管理基础工作薄弱，我国很多企业流程再造的努力未获成功。基于企业流程再造与工作研究之间的对比分析，文章提出了运用工作研究领域内的有关理论、经验、方法和工具来帮助我国企业开展流程再造。     

A time aggregation approach to Markov decision processes

We propose a time aggregation approach for the solution of infinite horizon average cost Markov decision processes via policy iteration. In this approach, policy update is only carried out when the process visits a subset of the state space. As in state aggregation, this approach leads to a reduced state space, which may lead to a substantial reduction in computational and storage requirements, especially for problems with certain structural properties. However, in contrast to state aggregation, which generally results in an approximate model due to the loss of Markov property, time aggregation suffers no loss of accuracy, because the Markov property is preserved. Single sample path-based estimation algorithms are developed that allow the time aggregation approach to be implemented on-line for practical systems. Some numerical and simulation examples are presented to illustrate the ideas and potential computational savings.     

新生牛肝活性肽的制备及其毒性检测

目的制备新生牛肝活性肽并评价其安全性。方法采用膜法分离制备新生牛肝活性肽。将3批制品于37～40℃,75%相对湿度条件下存放3个月,以多肽含量为指标观察其稳定性,并进行急性毒性试验、小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验、Ames试验、小鼠精子畸形试验和大鼠喂养试验。结果制备的3批新生牛肝活性肽存放3个月后,多肽含量无明显下降,质量稳定。小鼠和大鼠经口灌人大于20.0g/kg体重的新生牛肝活性肽,均无急性毒性。3种致突变试验均未显示出致突变性,大鼠喂养试验各项指标均未见明显毒性。结论新生牛肝活性肽未表现出明显毒性。     

Bright Blue Light—emitting Diodes Based on a Novel Fluorescent Dye Containing Heterocyclic Groups

Novel molecular material ,1-benzothiazoly-3-pheny1-pyrazoline (BTPP) was found to function as bright blue light emitting dye in organic electroluminescent device, and its optical and electric characteristics were investigated. This heterovyclic compound exhibited good characteristics of blue photoluminescence and electroluminescence,which had the emission peak at 450nm .The single layer light-emitting devices using BTPP as light -emitting material dispersed in poly(N-vinylcarbazole)(PVK) and double layer ones using PBD as hole block layer above the light-emitting layer were fabricated using conventional spin-casting and vaccum vapour deposition methods. The introduction of PBD has enhanced electron injection and luminance efficiency, compared with the single layer LEDs.
