Sar? 85 (Linum usitatissimum L.) linseed variety was used in this study. Linseed was cultivated at 2008 (LS-08) and 2009 (LS-09) without fertilizer. In addition, at 2009 diammonium phosphate [(NH4)2HPO4] and ammonium nitrate (NH4NO3) were applied (LSF-09). The linseeds were analyzed for protein, ash and oil contents and fatty acid compositions. There were differences among harvesting years for oil, protein and ash contents of the seeds. The greater oil and protein contents were obtained during LS-08 compared with LS-09. There were no significant difference in protein and ash content between LS-09 and LSF-09 while a significant difference was observed in oil content. Seed protein, oil and ash contents were significantly affected by the harvesting year, but only oil content was affected by the fertilizer treatment. There are significant differences in palmitic, stearic, oleic, ??-linolenic and arachidic acid between LS-08 and LS-09. While palmitic, stearic, oleic acid decreased, ??-linolenic and arachidic acid increased during 2009 harvesting year. LSF-09 has the highest amount of ??-linolenic acid. The fertilizing treatment seems to have an increasing effect on the amount of ??-linolenic acid, while it has a decreasing effect on the oleic acid content.  相似文献

Tree mortality and regeneration in riparian areas are greatly influenced by flooding. The elevational distribution of Salix spp. and Robinia pseudoacacia were investigated by observing densities and standing conditions before and after a major flood on a sediment bar in the middle reaches of the Arakawa River in Kumagaya, Japan. The subsequent tree recruitment was also examined. R. pseudoacacia was easily washed away with the eroded sediment, whereas Salix spp. was found to be more tolerant. Both species were able to survive even after collapsing, provided that their roots were fully or partially embedded in the sediment. Re‐shooting of collapsed trees, rather than emergence from saplings (either by seeds or vegetative fragments), was observed to be the major method of recruitment after the flood. Therefore, tree density before the flood was unchanged, unless the trees were subject to washing away. Salix spp. recruitment was mainly observed in low‐lying areas and R. pseudoacacia in elevated areas. Recruitment from saplings was species‐specific. Salix spp. at high elevations originated mainly from shoot fragments as they need high levels of moisture for seed germination and at higher elevations, sediment moisture content is very low. R. pseudoacacia, on other hand, originated mainly from roots and seeds. At a given elevation, past recruitment patterns indicated that the annual recruitment of trees increased with tree density up to a particular threshold of recruitment density. Further increases in tree density beyond that optimum value resulted in a decline in recruitment. PMMA optical components that are used as one of the most important parts of high precision equipments and machines are increasingly replacing the glass due to the various advantages of PMMA. Especially in Light Guide Panels, the PMMA sheet that is used in Liquid Crystal Displays plays an important role in scattering the incident light and requires very fine machining as the sheet is directly related to the optical characteristics of the panels. The High Speed End milling and High Speed Shaping processes that are widely adopted and applied to the precise machining of Light Incident Plane still have quality problems, such as cracks, breakages, poor waviness, and straightness. This paper presents the tooling device design for machining a Light Incident Plane through vibration-assisted High Speed Shaping for increasing the optical quality by minimizing the above-mentioned problems. The cutting tool and the tool post presented in this paper are designed by the authors to increase the magnitude of the cutting stroke by adopting the resonant frequency without weakening the stiffness and to reduce vibrations during even high speed feeding. The dynamic characteristics of the cutting tool and the tool post are evaluated through simulation and experiment as well. The results reveal very appropriate dynamic characteristics for vibration-assisted High Speed Shaping.  相似文献

The geometry of cutting flutes and the surfaces of end mills is one of the crucial parameters affecting the quality of the machining in the case of end milling. These are usually represented by two-dimensional models. This paper describes in detail the methodology to model the geometry of a flat end mill in terms of three-dimensional parameters. The geometric definition of the end mill is developed in terms of surface patches; flutes as helicoidal surfaces, the shank as a surface of revolution and the blending surfaces as bicubic Bezier and biparametric sweep surfaces. The proposed model defines the end mill in terms of three-dimensional rotational angles rather than the conventional two dimensional angles. To validate the methodology, the flat end milling cutter is directly rendered in OpenGL environment in terms of three-dimensional parameters. Further, an interface is developed that directly pulls the proposed three-dimensional model defined with the help of parametric equations into a commercial CAD modeling environment. This facilitates a wide range of downstream technological applications. The modeled tool is used for finite element simulations to study the cutting flutes under static and transient dynamic load conditions. The results of stress distribution (von mises stress), translational displacement and deformation are presented for static and transient dynamic analysis for the end mill cutter flute and its body. The method described in this paper offers a simple and intuitive way of generating high-quality end mill models for use in machining process simulations. It can be easily extended to generate other tools without relying on analytical or numerical formulations.  相似文献

Effects of pomegranate sauce on the quality of marinated anchovy during storage at 4 °C were investigated. Anchovy were marinated with 30 g/L acetic acid and 150 g/L salt, put into glass jars, filled with either sunflower oil or pomegranate sauce and stored at 4 °C. Total volatile basic nitrogen (TVB-N) and trimethylamine (TMA-N) values increased during the storage. Higher values for free fatty acid (FFA), conjugated diens (k-dien) and para-anisidine (p-Av) were found in samples with sunflower oil than those with pomegranate sauce. Samples in pomegranate sauce showed better oxidative stability. Higher taste and flavour and lower appearance scores were found for samples in pomegranate sauce than those samples in sunflower oil. It was found that pomegranate sauce was as least effective as the traditional sunflower oil to keep quality. Pomegranate sauce also produced desirable taste and flavour but the coloration should be studied in further studies.  相似文献

A comparison has been made of the relationship between microstructure and microhardness developed by surface melting Nanosteel SHS 7170 Fe–Cr–B alloy powder onto a plain carbon steel surface. This powder was initially developed as a high velocity oxyfuel sprayed coating, giving a strength 10 times that of mild steel, and is particularly suitable for surface protection against wear and corrosion. In the present study, the alloy powder was injected into the laser melted surface, while a preplaced powder was melted using the gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW) technique. The laser track consisted of fine dendrites and needle-like microstructures, which produced a maximum hardness value of over 800 HV, while the GTAW track produced a mixture of equiaxed and columnar grain microstructures with a maximum hardness value of 670 HV. The lower hardness values are considered to be associated with dilution and grain size.  相似文献

Poly(3′,4′‐ethylenedioxy‐2,2′:5′,2″‐terthiophene)/ZnO(poly(TET)/ZnO) composites with the ratio of poly(TET) and nano‐ZnO from 3:1 to 1:3 were synthesized by hand grinding and ball milling methods, respectively. The photocatalytic activities of the composites were examined through the degradation processes of methylene blue (MB) solution under UV light irradiation, and the possible mechanism for the photocatalytic activity enhancement by synergetic effects between nano‐ZnO and poly(TET) was proposed. The results showed that the strong interactions between the poly(TET) and nano‐ZnO occurred in the case of ball milling method. The results also proved that the crystallinity of ZnO was not disturbed in both of methods, and the nano‐ZnO was uniformly distributed in polymer matrix in the case of ball milling method. The comparative studies showed that the addition of the nano‐ZnO could enhance the photocatalytic activities of the composites. The highest degradation efficiency (100%) at 3 h under UV light irradiation occurred in the case of poly(TET)/ZnO(1:1) synthesized by ball milling method. Furthermore, the nanocompsosite displayed higher photocatalytic activity than nano‐ZnO, which was due to the holes (h+) transferring from the valence band of ZnO to the polymer backbone and the adsorption of MB molecules in polymer matrix via π–π conjugation between MB and aromatic regions of the poly(TET).
