为了延长污水提升泵的运转时间,笔者作了大量的调查分析,找出了其中的主要原因,采取措施进行了改进,取得了良好效果。     

Rapid determination of chlorophylls in vegetable oils by laser-based fluorometry

The presence of chlorophylls in vegetable oils is considered undesirable due to their adverse effects on oxidative deterioration, bleachability and hydrogenation. The usual methods for determination of chlorophylls in vegetable oils are absorption spectrophotometry, fluorometry and liquid chromatography using fluorescence detectors. This paper outlines a fluorometric method using a laser as the excitation source. The chlorophylls in crude palm oil, rapeseed oil, soya bean oil and olive oil were determined directly by laser-based fluorometry using (a) a helium-neon laser (632-8 nm, 5 mW) as the excitation source and an optical-multichannel analyser (OMA) with an intensified diode array as the detector, and (b) a helium-neon laser and a photomultiplier tube as the detector. The method is especially suitable for the detection of chlorophylls in crude palm oil since no pre-extraction step is required. The levels of chlorophylls measured in vegetable oils using the laser technique was also compared against values obtained by conventional spectrophotometric methods. The simplicity and rapid quantification of laser based fluorometry suggest that this technique can be readily applied to the detection or a wide variety of fluorescing species in vegetable oils.     

三塘湖盆地上古生界烃源岩镜质组反射率异常研究

镜质组反射率是评价有机质成熟度的重要指标 ,然而由于地质因素和测试技术的原因 ,镜质组反射率测量值常与预计值有一定的偏差。在三塘湖盆地上古生界烃源岩中 ,可以观察到镜质组反射率的局部增强和镜质组反射率的抑制。局部增强多分布在上二叠统的烃源岩中 ,主要与火山活动有关。这种反射率的增强在平面上分布广泛 ,但纵向上影响范围较小。反射率的抑制是在上古生界烃源岩含有较高含量的腐泥组分背景下产生的。用氢指数模板方法对抑制进行了校正 ,抑制的幅度最大可达 0 .3%

T8钢—聚有机硅氧烷仿生减粘降阻复合涂层的特性

研究了Ｔ８钢－聚有机硅氧烷仿生减粘降阻复合涂层的表面润湿性，磨料磨损性及土壤的减粘降组性能，与金属材料相比，仿生复合涂层的表面憎水性显著提高，水在其表面上的接触角达９２°；与４５钢相比，其磨料磨损的体积相对耐磨系数为６３％，降阻率达１５．２２％－－２２．２７％。     

Preparation and characterization of polyurethane microcapsules containing n‐octadecane with styrene‐maleic anhydride as a surfactant by interfacial polycondensation

A series of polyurethane microcapsules containing a phase change material (PCM) of n‐octadecane was successfully synthesized by an interfacial polymerization in aqueous styrene‐maleic anhydride (SMA) dispersion with diethylene triamine (DETA) as a chain extender reacting with toluene‐2,4‐diisocyanate (TDI). The average diameter of microPCMs is in the range of 5–10 μm under the stirring speed of 3000–4000 rpm. Optical and SEM morphologies of microPCMs had ensured that the shell was regularly fabricated with the influence of SMA. FTIR results confirmed that the shell material was polyurethane and the SMA chains associated on core material reacted with TDI forming a part of shell material. The shell thickness was decreasing in the range of 0.31–0.55 μm with the molar ratio of DETA/TDI from 0.84 to 1.35 and the weight of core material increasing from 40 to 80% (wt %). By controlling the weight ratio of PCM as 40, 50, 60, 70, and 80% in microPCMs, it was found using DSC that the T_m and T_c of microPCMs were in the range of 29.8–31.0^oC and 21.1–22.0°C and an obvious phase change had been achieved nearly the same temperature range of that of PCM. The results from release curves of microPCM samples prepared by 1.4, 1.7, and 2.0 g of SMA indicated the release properties were affected by the amount of the dispersant, which attributed to the emulsion effect and shell polymerization structure. The above results suggest that the shell structure of microPCMs can be controlled and the properties of microPCMs determined by shell will perform proper practical usage. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 光纤喇曼放大器的功率转换效率分析

在定义光纤喇曼放大器(FRA)功率转换效率(PCE)的基础上,考察了不同工作条件下光纤喇曼放大器的功率转换效率,分析PCE与光纤喇曼放大器的输入信号功率、输入泵浦功率和光纤长度的关系,比较了分布式与集总式FRA的功率转换效率,给出提高FRA功率转换效率的途径。     

TEM method for rapid and precise evaluation of continuous recrystallization

With the aid of a double-tilt holder in a transmission electron microscope, a new method for a rapid and precise determination of the misorientations of a large number of subgrain or grain boundaries is given in this article. By use of the method, the continuous recrystallization can be rapidly and precisely evaluated when compared to the other conventional methods.
