The fluorine doped cadmium oxide samples have been deposited at 250 °C by ultrasonic spray pyrolysis method. X-ray diffraction patterns of the CdO:F samples have revealed that the samples are polycrystalline with cubic sodium chloride structure. The texture coefficients calculated for various planes at different fluorine concentrations indicate that the samples have exhibited (1 1 1) and (2 0 0) preferential orientations. The lattice parameters for cubic structure of each diffraction plane have been calculated. The crystallite size of the samples being nearly constant until 4% of fluorine doping showed reasonable decrease above this concentration value. The macro strain and dislocation density vary with fluorine concentrations.  相似文献

In this paper, we investigate the effects of maturation on the early and late phases of the phrenic neurogram. We have used the matching pursuit (MP) method to examine the effects of maturation on breathing patterns in both time and frequency domains. The MP was chosen since the wavelet transform method may not represent signals whose Fourier transforms have a narrow high-frequency support. The phrenic neurogram was recorded from 25 piglets (3-35 days) during eupnea (normal breathing) at three postnatal age groups: young (3-7 days (n = 9)), (middle) 10-21 days (n = 6), and old (29-35 days (n = 10)). The energy percentage of atoms representing the nonperiodic neural activities (NPNAs) significantly decreased from young age to middle age groups (p<0.01) and from young age to old age groups (p<0.01), and from middle age to old age groups (p<0.055) in the early phase (the first half) of the phrenic neurogram, but these changes were not statistically significant in the late phase (the second half) of the phrenic neurogram as maturation proceeded. However, the energy percentage of atoms representing the periodic neural activities (PNAs) decreased with maturation, but these changes were not statistically significant in the early phase of the phrenic neurogram. The energy percentage of (PNAs) increased in the late phase of the phrenic neurogram as maturation proceeded although these changes were only significant between young and old age groups (p<0.01). These results suggest that the significant decrease of the NPNAs in the early phase and the increase in the late phase of the phrenic neurogram could be a sign of maturation in piglets.  相似文献

In this study, the commercial pure magnesium was coated in different aqueous solutions of Na2SiO3 and Na3PO4 by the micro-arc oxidation method (MAO). Coating thickness, phase composition, surface and cross sectional morphology and corrosion resistance of coatings were analyzed by eddy current method, X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and tafel extrapolation method, respectively. The average thickness of the coatings ranged from 52 to 74 μm for sodium silicate solution and from 64 to 88 μm for sodium phosphate solution. The dominant phases on the coatings were detected as spinal Mg2SiO4 (Forsterite) and MgO (Periclase) for sodium silicate solution and Mg3(PO4)2 (Farringtonite) and MgO (Periclase) for sodium phosphate solution. SEM images reveal that the coating is composed of two layers as of a porous outer layer and a dense inner layer. The corrosion results show the coating consisting Mg2SiO4 is more resistant to corrosion than that containing Mg3(PO4)2.  相似文献

A new monomer; N-(2-(thiophen-3-yl)methylcarbonyloxyethyl) maleimide (NMT) was synthesized. The chemical structure of the monomer was characterized by Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (1H-NMR) and Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) Spectroscopy. Electrochemical polymerization of NMT was performed in acetonitrile (AN)/borontrifloride ethylether (BFEE) solvent mixture (1:1, v/v) where tetrabutylammonium tetrafluoroborate (TBAFB) was utilized as the supporting electrolyte. The resulting conducting polymer was characterized by Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) Spectroscopy, thermal analyses and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). Electrical conductivity was measured by the four-probe technique. The spectroelectrochemical behavior and switching ability of P(NMT) film were investigated by UV–Vis spectrophotometry. P(NMT) revealed color changes between yellow and blue in the reduced and oxidized states respectively.  相似文献

This study examined appraisal of self and others, as measured by semantic differential ratings of Police, State, Society, Family, Friend, Myself as a Man/Woman, and Myself as a Political Person, in 55 tortured political activists in Turkey, 55 nontortured political activists, and 55 nontortured, politically noninvolved controls. There were no remarkable differences between tortured and nontortured political activists; both groups differed from controls in having a more negative appraisal of the police and the state and stronger perceptions of danger, mistrust, and injustice in relation to state authority. Lack of beliefs concerning a "benevolent state" may have protected the survivors from the traumatic effects of state-perpetrated torture. TiTaHfNbZr high-entropy alloy (HEA) thin films with thicknesses of about 750 and 1500 nm were deposited on NiTi substrates by RF magnetron sputtering using TiTaHfNbZr equimolar targets. The thorough experimental analysis on microstructure and mechanical properties of deposited films revealed that the TiTaHfNbZr films exhibited amorphous and cauliflower-like structure, where grain size and surface roughness increased concomitant with film thickness. More importantly, the current findings demonstrate that the TiTaHfNbZr HEA films with mechanical properties of the same order as those of the NiTi substrate constitute promising biomedical coatings effective in preventing Ni release.  相似文献

The wear rate model of 7.3?vol.% Al2O3 particle-reinforced aluminium alloy composites with 16 and 66???m particle sizes fabricated by molten metal mixing method was developed in terms of applied load, particle size of reinforcement, abrasive grain size and sliding distance based on the Taguchi method. The two-body abrasive wear behaviour of the specimens was investigated using a pin-on-disc abrasion test apparatus where the sample slid against different SiC abrasives under the loads of 2 and 5?N at the room conditions. The orthogonal array, signal-to-noise ratio and analysis of variance were employed to find out the optimal testing parameters. The test results showed that particle size of reinforcement was found to be the most effective factor among the other control parameters on abrasive wear, followed by abrasive grain size. Moreover, the optimal combination of the testing parameters was determined and predicted. The predicted wear rate results were compared with experimental results and found to be quite reliable.  相似文献
