基于CPLD的某型导弹测角仪视频信号模拟

针对导弹检测系统的训练和计量,采用CPLD技术设计了某型导弹电视测角仪视频信号模拟系统;介绍了测角仪的视频显示方式和模拟信号产生原理,并给出了CPLD主要的内部逻辑电路和VHDL语言描述;将视频信号分解为同步信号、固定图像和可控实心圆,以行计数器和列计数器构成图像的时间基准,通过对行、列计数器的编码实现同步信号和固定图像,通过对可逆计数器及行、列计数器的运算实现可控实心圆,并对可逆计数器的数据进行编码构成变焦数据,最终精确地实现了测角仪视频信号及其变焦数据输出的模拟。     

基于强跟踪滤波器的开关变换器故障诊断

Buck变换器又称降压变换器、串联开关稳压电源、三端开关型降压稳压器。广泛用于计算机、家用电器、控制系统和通信系统中的电源几乎都是开关电源,具有超快速负载动态响应、高功率变换效率、高功率密度、低电压、大电流的特性.开关变换器作为它的主要电路,故障率较高,对它故障诊断研究是有意义的。基于强跟踪滤波理论,给出了一种开关变换器电路故障实时诊断的一种方法。该方法以建立一种开关变换器电路状态空间模型为基础,利用强跟踪滤波器对电路状态及元件参数进行估计,当元件参数发生软、硬型故障时,根据强跟踪滤波器对元件参数的跟踪结果及修正的Bayes分类算法,可实时诊断开关变换器电路中的元件故障。仿真结果证明了该方法的有效性。     

刑法视角下计算机犯罪概念的辨析

本文首先简要的介绍了几种关于计算机犯罪定义的学说,然后对刑法意义上的＂计算机犯罪概念＂进行了定位,最后论述了计算机犯罪的犯罪构成,为刑法理论和司法实践中准确认定该类犯罪提供了具体依据。     

Low‐voltage and high‐transmittance blue‐phase liquid‐crystal device with slanted electrodes

Abstract— A low‐voltage (～10 V_rms) and high‐transmittance (～90%) polymer‐stabilized blue‐phase liquid‐crystal (BPLC) device with a slanted‐electrodes structure is proposed. Unlike the vertical‐field‐switching (VFS) mode in which oblique incident light and a vertical field are employed, the proposed device utilizes normal incident light and an oblique field. The slanted electrodes generate a strong and uniform oblique electric field, which contributes in obtaining low voltage and high transmittance. Moreover, no couple films or prism sheets are needed, which helps to enhance the optical efficiency and simplify of the device structure. This device has great potential application for emerging BPLC displays and photonic devices.     

Dispersion in Disks

We present three new approximation algorithms with improved constant ratios for selecting n points in n disks such that the minimum pairwise distance among the points is maximized.

1. A very simple O(nlog?n)-time algorithm with ratio 0.511 for disjoint unit disks.
2. An LP-based algorithm with ratio 0.707 for disjoint disks of arbitrary radii that uses a linear number of variables and constraints, and runs in polynomial time.
3. A hybrid algorithm with ratio either 0.4487 or 0.4674 for (not necessarily disjoint) unit disks that uses an algorithm of Cabello in combination with either the simple O(nlog?n)-time algorithm or the LP-based algorithm.

The LP algorithm can be extended for disjoint balls of arbitrary radii in ? ^d , for any (fixed) dimension d, while preserving the features of the planar algorithm. The algorithm introduces a novel technique which combines linear programming and projections for approximating Euclidean distances. The previous best approximation ratio for dispersion in disjoint disks, even when all disks have the same radius, was 1/2. Our results give a positive answer to an open question raised by Cabello, who asked whether the ratio 1/2 could be improved.
