The effect of different chemical compositions on the microwave dielectric properties of Ba(Zn1/3Ta2/3)O3xCaTiO3 and xMgTiO3yCaTiO3z(Nd2O3,wTiO2) was studied. High fQ dielectrics were designed by optimizing composition and firing conditions. Adding up to 1 mol % CaTiO3 to Ba(Zn1/3Ta2/3)O3 increased εr from 25 to 30 at a firing temperature of 1450 °C, and produced very high fQ values of more than 100 000 GHz at a firing temperature of 1550 °C. EPMA and XRD suggested that ceramics based on Ba(Zn1/3Ta2/3)O3 with CaTiO3 had mixed phases of Ba(Zn1/3Ta2/3)O3 and Ca–Ti–Zn–O. Addition of CaTiO3 increased the Ba(Zn1/3Ta2/3)O3 peak observed in XRD and decreased the Ba3Ta2O8 peak. Prolonged sintering of Ba(Zn1/3Ta2/3)O3 with CaTiO3 increased the fQ value but kept εr constant. 0.5MgTiO3–0.5CaTiO3z(Nd2O3,wTiO2) showed a high dielectric constant εr>40 and fQ>20 000 GHz. When w=1, τf decreased linearly with z around 0 ppm/ °C in 0.5MgTiO3–0.5CaTiO3z(Nd2O3,TiO2) (0.25≤z≤0.5). X-ray and EDX analysis revealed a mixed phase matrix of MgTiO3 and (Ca1?αNd2α/3)TiβO3. It was concluded that εr of the high fQ materials Ba(Zn1/3Ta2/3)O3xCaTiO3 and xMgTiO3yCaTiO3z(Nd2O3,wTiO2) would be increased by varying their chemical compositions, x, y, z, and w, and that their fQ value would be improved by appropriate choices of heating temperature and time.  相似文献

Strontium ferrate (III) of composition Sr2Fe2O5 is well known to have an orthorhombic brownmillerite (Ca2AlFeO5)-like structure at room temperature. From the crystallographic viewpoint, this structure is referred to as an “ordered” oxygen-deficient perovskite structure. Heat treatment of strontium ferrate (III) in a stream of nitrogen gas resulted in a violent displacement of the oxygen atoms or the oxygen vacancies throughout its own lattice. When the temperature was elevated up to 700°C, a reversible order-disorder transition of strontium ferrate (III) took place and the compound had a statistically disordered oxygen-deficient perovskite structure with cubic symmetry.  相似文献

Vestibular schwannomas are the most common tumor at the common cerebellopontine angle, followed by meningiomas. Differentiation of these tumors is critical because of the different surgical approaches required for treatment. Recent studies have demonstrated the utility of amide proton transfer (APT)-chemical exchange saturation transfer (CEST) imaging in evaluating malignant brain tumors. However, APT imaging has not been applied in benign tumors. Here, we explored the potential of APT in differentiating between schwannomas and meningiomas at the cerebellopontine angle. We retrospectively evaluated nine patients with schwannoma and nine patients with meningioma who underwent APT-CEST MRI from November 2020 to April 2022 pre-operation. All 18 tumors were histologically diagnosed. There was a significant difference in magnetization transfer ratio asymmetry (MTRasym) values (0.033 ± 0.012 vs. 0.021 ± 0.004; p = 0.007) between the schwannoma and meningioma groups. Receiver operative curve analysis showed that MTRasym values clearly differentiated between the schwannoma and meningioma groups. At an MTRasym value threshold of 0.024, the diagnostic sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, and negative predictive values for MTRasym were 88.9%, 77.8%, 80.0%, and 87.5%, respectively. Our results demonstrated the ability of MTRasym values on APT-CEST imaging to discriminate patients with schwannomas from patients with meningiomas.  相似文献

In this paper, the characteristics of a pressure wave propagating against two parallel subsonic streams in a constant-area straight duct are investigated by one-dimensional analysis, two-dimensional numerical simulation, and experiments. Computations have been carried out by the two-dimensional Euler Equations using the Chakravarthy-Osher-type TVD scheme. Optical observations by the schlieren method as well as wall pressure measurements have been performed to clarify both the structure and the propagation velocity of pressure waves. The results show that the pressure wave propagating against the streams changes into a bifurcated pressure wave and the bifurcation occurs in the low speed streams. It is also found that the propagation velocity of the pressure wave obtained by the analysis and computation agrees well with the present experimental data.  相似文献

The correlation between the clinical features in 103 patients with primary gastric carcinoma and amplification of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) gene was analyzed retrospectively. EGFR gene amplification was examined by slot-blot hybridization using DNA extracted from formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues. EGFR expression was also examined immunohistochemically using the same tissues with a monoclonal antibody that is monospecific for EGFR. In 5 of 103 cases (4.9%), a 2- to 11-fold amplification of EGFR gene was detected. Four of these 5 cases were poorly differentiated adenocarcinomas. All of them had overexpressions of EGFR. The cumulative survival rate of patients with EGFR gene amplification was significantly lower than that of the patients without amplification (p < 0.05) and all of them died within 3 years. Except for tumor size (p < 0.03), there were no significant clinicopathologic differences between the two groups. On the other hand, 41 of 103 cases (39.8%) exhibited expression of EGFR. However, there was no significant correlation between EGFR expression and clinicopathologic factors or prognosis. These results indicate that EGFR gene amplification may occur in advanced stages during the progression and be an important indicator of poor short-term prognosis in gastric carcinoma.  相似文献

Electropolymerization of o-toluidine(o-methylaniline) and m-toluidine was carried out in acidic aqueous solution, and UV-visible and IR spectra of the resulting polymer films were obtained at various electric potentials and pHs. In Na2SO4 aqueous solution, poly(o-toluidine) gave considerably different UV-visible spectra from polyaniline, whereas, in HCl (pH ~ 0), the spectra of poly(o-toluidine) changed in the same way as polyaniline when the potential was varied. This spectral change depended also on counterion. This suggests that the intermediate state (radical cation) of poly(o-toluidine) is unstable in a neutral solution especially when a large counter ion exists, which is contrast to polyaniline. The dependency of the FT-IR spectra of poly(o-toluidine) on the potential and pH supported also the above result of UV-visible spectra. From both UV-visible and IR spectra under various conditions, it was found that o-toluidine and m-toluidine give the same polymer.  相似文献

Drying of sintered spheres of coarse glass beads with a wide sintering range in superheated steam under vacuum was studied.

In samples with sintered angles of 7.5° -27°, the experimental normalized drying rates in superheated steam at pressures of 7.3-7.9mmHg were smaller than those for 56.0-767.6 mmHg in the vicinity of the critical moisture cotents for 56.0-767.6GmmHg. In 1890, a twelve-story octagonal sight-seeing tower was constructed as a high rise building in Tokyo Asakusa Park. In 1923, however, the top of the tower from the eighth floor up collapsed due to the Great Kanto Earthquake. In order to raise public interest in disaster prevention, we performed as a virtual experiment a conceptual attempt to save the tower without fundamentally changing its architectural characteristics by applying the most advanced structural control techniques. In the simulation, the top of the tower from the eighth floor experienced, almost exactly as described in historical record, a shear fracture during the initial period of principal shock. The modified Ryounkaku Tower would have ensured a comfortable margin of safety even against earthquakes more severe than the Great Kanto Earthquake in 1923.  相似文献
