Abstract— A 5.8‐in. wide‐QQVGA flexible color active‐matrix organic light‐emitting‐diode (AMOLED) display consisting of organic thin‐film transistors (OTFTs) and phosphorescent OLEDs was fabricated on a plastic film. To reduce the operating voltage of the OTFTs, Ta2O5 with a high dielectric constant was employed as a gate insulator. Pentacene was used for the semiconductor layer of the OTFTs. This layer was patterned by photolithography and dry‐etched using a dual protection layer of poly p‐xylylene and SiO2 film. Uniform transistor performance was achieved in the OTFT backplane with QQVGA pixels. The RGB emission layers of the pixels were formed by vacuum deposition of phosphorescent small molecules. The resulting display could clearly show color moving images even when it was bent and operated at a low driving voltage (below 15 V).  相似文献

Mahaney and others have shown that sparse self-reducible sets have time-efficient algorithms, and have concluded that it is unlikely that NP has sparse complete sets. Mahaney's work, intuition, and a 1978 conjecture of Hartmanis notwithstanding, nothing has been known about the density of complete sets for feasible classes until now. This paper shows that sparse self-reducible sets have space-efficient algorithms, and in many cases, even have time-space-efficient algorithms. We conclude that NL, NC k , AC k , LOG(DCFL), LOG(CFL), and P lack complete (or even Turing-hard) sets of low density unless implausible complexity class inclusions hold. In particular, if NL (respectively P, k , or NP) has a polylog-sparse logspace-hard set, then NLSC (respectively PSC, k , or PHSC), and if P has subpolynomially sparse logspace-hard sets, then PPSPACE.  相似文献

The flux of the CaO‐Al203‐BaO‐CeO2‐MgO system as a desulphurization flux containing no fluorine for the secondary metallurgy process was evaluated in this study. The flux composition was designed using the eutectic compositions of the binary systems. The melting and desulphurization abilities of the fluxes were evaluated by measuring their liquidus temperatures and the distribution ratios of sulphur between the fluxes and the carbon‐saturated iron or stainless steel. The lowest liquidus temperature of 1325°C was obtained by adding 5.7 mass% MgO to the 80mass%A‐20mass%B flux. (A: 12CaO‐7Al2O3, B: BaCeO3+12mass%Al2O3). The distribution ratios of sulphur and sulphide capacities of the fluxes in this study were higher than those of the commercial product of calcium aluminate flux. This means that the CaO‐Al2O3‐BaO‐CeO2‐MgO fluxes developed in this study have higher desulphurization and melting abilities compared with the commercial product of calcium aluminate flux.  相似文献

We have carried out quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) experiments for 4He films on an exfoliated single-crystalline graphite using a 32 kHz tuning fork, and have measured the temperature dependence of the resonance frequency and the Q value for various areal densities and oscillation amplitudes. Comparing with the previous experiments for Grafoil, the decoupling of the films due to the slippage or the superfluidity was larger than that of Grafoil, and the competition between the slippage and the superfluidity was observed in three-atom thick films. Furthermore, it was found that the slippage is suppressed gradually at higher temperature than the superfluid onset T c , and that the relaxation time decreases at low temperatures while it obeys the Arrhenius law at high temperatures. These results suggest a precursor to the superfluidity of 4He films.  相似文献

In the present study, three potato varieties were treated with chlorpropham (CIPC, 35 ppm), γ-irradiated (0.1 kGy) and stored for up to 5 months at 8 °C, and the physicochemical properties and in vitro starch digestibility of native and cooked starches were investigated. Sprouting was found to be satisfactorily suppressed by γ-irradiation and CIPC treatment. However, irradiation increased total free glucose content in two potato varieties, and decreased the thermal transition and pasting temperature of starch. The crystallinity of starch in irradiated potatoes decreased significantly (p ? 0.05) which may explain its decreased resistant starch content. Sprout inhibiting treatments and storage had no effect on in vitro starch digestibility in cooked starches, but cooling cooked starch significantly (p ? 0.05) increased its resistant starch content.  相似文献

Many supervised machine learning tasks can be cast as multi-class classification problems. Support vector machines (SVMs) excel at binary classification problems, but the elegant theory behind large-margin hyperplane cannot be easily extended to their multi-class counterparts. On the other hand, it was shown that the decision hyperplanes for binary classification obtained by SVMs are equivalent to the solutions obtained by Fisher's linear discriminant on the set of support vectors. Discriminant analysis approaches are well known to learn discriminative feature transformations in the statistical pattern recognition literature and can be easily extend to multi-class cases. The use of discriminant analysis, however, has not been fully experimented in the data mining literature. In this paper, we explore the use of discriminant analysis for multi-class classification problems. We evaluate the performance of discriminant analysis on a large collection of benchmark datasets and investigate its usage in text categorization. Our experiments suggest that discriminant analysis provides a fast, efficient yet accurate alternative for general multi-class classification problems. Tao Li is currently an assistant professor in the School of Computer Science at Florida International University. He received his Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from University of Rochester in 2004. His primary research interests are: data mining, machine learning, bioinformatics, and music information retrieval. Shenghuo Zhu is currently a researcher in NEC Laboratories America, Inc. He received his B.E. from Zhejiang University in 1994, B.E. from Tsinghua University in 1997, and Ph.D degree in Computer Science from University of Rochester in 2003. His primary research interests include information retrieval, machine learning, and data mining. Mitsunori Ogihara received a Ph.D. in Information Sciences at Tokyo Institute of Technology in 1993. He is currently Professor and Chair of the Department of Computer Science at the University of Rochester. A simple and rapid determination of anticoccidial drug residues, diclazuril (DCZ) and nicarbazin (NCZ), in chicken tissues has been developed. DCZ and NCZ were extracted with acetonitrile from chicken liver, muscle, and fat. The extract was rinsed with n-hexane saturated with acetonitrile and then evaporated. The residue was dissolved in 1.4 mL of acetonitrile-methanol (1:1), then 1.0 mL of n-hexane saturated with acetonitrile-methanol (1:1) was added, and the mixture was partitioned by the addition of 0.6 mL of water. DCZ and NCZ in the aqueous layers were determined by HPLC on an Xterra RP-18 column with acetonitrile-0.5% ammonium acetate containing 0.01 mol/L tetra-n-butylammonium hydrogen sulfate (43:57) as the mobile phase. The mean recoveries (n = 5) of DCZ and NCZ spiked in chicken tissues at the maximum residue levels were 92.0-95.6% (CV 2.4-3.0%) and 87.3-89.4% (CV 1.7-2.8%), respectively. The detection limits of DCZ and NCZ were 0.01 and 0.004 microgram/g, respectively.  相似文献

We have measured the heat capacity of 3He adsorbed on three-dimensionally connected nanopores, 2.7 nm in diameter, preplated with about 1.3 atomic layers of 4He. At low coverages of 3He, the 3He heat capacity is roughly constant at the measured temperatures between 0.1 and 1 K. Its molar heat capacity is on the order of the gas constant R, between 1.1R and 1.8R. This suggests a Boltzmann gas state of the adsorbed 3He. At high coverages, the heat capacity is likely approaching linear in T at low temperatures, which suggests a degenerate state at further lower temperatures.  相似文献
