Improvement in the volume efficiency of multilayered ceramic capacitors (MLCCs)

An attempt was made to improve the conventional lamination process in the multilayered ceramic capacitors (MLCCs) fabrication by adapting a solvent treatment on the BaTiO₃ green sheets. During the lamination process, additional particle rearrangement in the BaTiO₃ green block was stimulated by solvent treatment. This rearrangement resulted in a more compact structure of the BaTiO₃ green sheets compared to that obtained through the conventional lamination process. The overall thickness of BaTiO₃/Ni/BaTiO₃ laminates was also reduced after solvent treatment. It is suggested that miniaturization in the fabrication of MLCCs can be improved by adapting a solvent treatment during the lamination process.     

G.729A+B语音编解码在新一代定点DSPs上的实现

Molecular dynamic study for nanopatterning using atomic force microscopy

The atomic force microscopy (AFM)-based nanolithographic technique is currently used to directly machine material surfaces and fabricate nanocomponents for microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) devices. In the current study, three-dimensional molecular dynamic (MD) simulations with potentials based on the Morse function were performed to evaluate the effect of crystallographic factors and process variables on the nanodeformation characteristics of the nanolithography processing of monocrystalline copper. Moreover, the effects of process variables (tool shape, cutting speed, and ploughing depth) on the nanostructural pattern are investigated. The simulation results revealed that the crystal orientation and ploughing direction had a significant influence on varying the forces (cutting force, thrust force, and width-direction force); the nature of the nanodeformation ahead of the tool; and the surface quality of the machined material.     

造纸过程水分智能控制

针对造纸过程的复杂性、工艺特点及要求，本文对造纸过程的水分控制，提出模糊控制和专家系统结合的智能控制方法。实践证明该控制器满足了造纸过程对水分的工艺要求，且具有良好的鲁棒性。     

圆柱体质心测量中转角取值分析

为获得质量非均匀圆柱体质心的三维坐标，测量时需使圆柱体转过一定的角度。分析表明，转角最好取为90度以获得最佳测量效果。如果受条件限制，宜在45度到90度之间选取，尽量避免取小于30度的值。     

Design of a permanent magnetic circuit with air gap in a magnetic refrigerator

We calculate the magnetic field distribution of a permanent magnetic circuit with an air gap in a magnetic refrigerator by a finite-element method, and compare the field strengths of different structural parameters of the magnetic circuit. We show how the structure of the magnetic circuit can be optimized and present some approaches to improve the structure for a specific magnetic circuit. The main purpose is to provide basic parameters for the design of a practical magnetic refrigerator.     

Investigation of the firing voltage in a shadow‐mask PDP

Abstract— A numerical method was used to investigate the firing characteristics of the discharge cell in an AC shadow‐mask PDP (SM‐PDP). The firing voltages for the various discharge paths in the addressing and sustaining periods were calculated, and the effects of the metal barrier rib and the dielectric layer in the discharge cell on the firing characteristics were studied. Furthermore, the advantages of the SM‐PDP in terms of the firing characteristics will be discussed.     

基于H∞控制器的柔性机械手优化设计研究

针对柔性机械手设计中手臂变形涉及的柔性和参数分布式系统的复杂性,采用H∞控制技术对柔性机械手进行优化设计。在设计过程中,考虑了参数分布式系统中各子系统之间的相互作用,分析了模型的不确定性并进行了定量描述,导出了广义装置的空间状态方程。设计了具有稳定闭环的H∞控制器,减小了系统的不确定性和扰动所产生的各种影响,从而解决了控制问题和模型精度问题。对阶跃输入和扰动的响应进行了研究,给出了各种情形的数值结果,显示系统具有良好的鲁棒性。     

Gaussian process assisted coevolutionary estimation of distribution algorithm for computationally expensive problems

In order to reduce the computation of complex problems, a new surrogate-assisted estimation of distribution algorithm with Gaussian process was proposed. Coevolution was used in dual populations which evolved in parallel. The search space was projected into multiple subspaces and searched by sub-populations. Also, the whole space was exploited by the other population which exchanges information with the sub-populations. In order to make the evolutionary course efficient, multivariate Gaussian model and Gaussian mixture model were used in both populations separately to estimate the distribution of individuals and reproduce new generations. For the surrogate model, Gaussian process was combined with the algorithm which predicted variance of the predictions. The results on six benchmark functions show that the new algorithm performs better than other surrogate-model based algorithms and the computation complexity is only 10% of the original estimation of distribution algorithm.
