The elbowjoint angle and the shoulder joint angle of participants aiming at targets were multiplied in an experiment that used a position-recording system and a cathode-ray tube screen. The linear transformation in joint angles (intrinsic coordinates) corresponded to a nonlinear transformation between the hand coordinates and the screen coordinates (extrinsic coordinates). We examined whether participants could learn this transformation in the intrinsic coordinates or in the extrinsic coordinates by investigating intermanual (between-hands) transfer under an intrinsically consistent condition and an extrinsically consistent condition. Positive intermanual transfer was observed in the former condition but not in the latter condition. Results suggest that participants can learn the linear transformation in joint angles under the intrinsic coordinates and that the central nervous system adaptively represents the intrinsic kinematics. In this paper we propose a hybrid evolutionary method for Obstacle Location-allocation problem. This problem can be described as a tri-level mixed integer programming problem. Since this problem is very complex and with many local solutions, no direct method is effective to solve it. Heuristic methods were proposed to it, but optimality is not guaranteed yet. Our hybrid evolutionary method adopts the main structure of Genetic Algorithms (GA) absorbing ideas from Evolutionary Strategy (ES) and combines with some traditional optimization techniques. In this way we can pursue global optimization maintaining a good efficiency of our method. A case study shows the effectiveness of this method.  相似文献

The male-produced sex pheromone from the Brazilian rice stalk stink bug Tibraca limbativentris is reported. Olfactometer bioassays with sexually mature males and females showed that males attracted females, which suggests that males release a sex pheromone. Males were not attracted to either sex, nor were females attractive to conspecific females. Attraction of the females to males was highest at night. The headspace volatiles collected from male and female bugs were analyzed by gas chromatography (GC) and GC–mass spectrometry. Two male-specific compounds were identified as isomers of 1′S-zingiberenol, whereas a series of defensive compounds were identified in extracts from both sexes. Zingiberenol has three chiral centers, and the nonselective syntheses used produced two groups of isomers, zingiberenol I containing four isomers, namely (1RS,4RS,1′R)-4-(1′,5′-dimethylhex-4′-enyl)-1-methylcyclohex-2-en-1-ol, and zingiberenol II containing the other four isomers, namely (1RS,4RS,1′S)-4-(1′,5′-dimethylhex-4′-enyl)-1-methylcyclohex-2-en-1-ol. Both groups of stereoisomers were more attractive than hexane controls. The absolute configuration of the insect-produced pheromonal components remains to be elucidated, but the 1′S stereochemistry was established for at least one of the isomers.  相似文献

We examined the effect of potato peptides (PPC) in rats fed a cholesterol‐enriched diet, in comparison with two cholesterol‐enriched diets containing soy peptides (SPC) or casein (CNC), and a cholesterol‐free diet containing casein (CN) for 4 weeks. The serum non‐high‐density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol level was lower in the PPC‐ (–18.39%) and SPC‐fed (–32.76%) groups (p <0.05) than in the CNC‐fed group at the end of the feeding period. The low‐density lipoprotein receptor mRNA level in the PPC‐fed group, and cholesterol 7α‐hydroxylase and scavenger receptor class B type 1 mRNA levels in the SPC‐fed group, were higher (p <0.05) than in the CN‐ and CNC‐fed groups. Faecal neutral sterol and caecal short‐chain fatty acid concentrations in the PPC‐ and SPC‐fed groups were higher (p <0.05) than in the CN‐ and CNC‐fed groups. The faecal total acidic sterol concentration was higher in the SPC‐fed group than in the CN‐ and PPC‐fed groups. Caecal anaerobe and Bifidobacterium populations were higher (p <0.05) in the PPC‐ and SPC‐fed groups than in the CN‐fed group. This study suggests that potato peptides, as soy peptides, alter caecal fermentation and steroid absorption and reduce the serum non‐HDL cholesterol level in rats fed cholesterol.  相似文献

Ochratoxin A (OTA), ochratoxin B (OTB) and citrinin (CIT) in commercial foods were simultaneously determined and confirmed with high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry (LC/MS/MS). The samples examined were made up of cereal, fruit, coffee, and cacao products. The limits of quantification (S/N> or =10) of OTA, OTB and CIT were 0.1 microg/kg or less. Aflatoxins (AF), deoxynivalenol (DON) and fumonisins were also surveyed. Of 157 samples examined, 44 were contaminated with OTA at levels of 0.11 to 4.0 microg/kg. At least 2 positive samples were labeled as domestics. In most positive samples, the OTA level was low, less than 1 microg/kg. The highest incidence of OTA was observed in cacao powder (10/12), followed by instant coffee (5/7), cocoa (5/8) and raisin (6/13). OTB was found in fruit and cacao products containing relatively high levels of OTA. Co-occurrence of OTA, CIT and DON was found in cereal products, and co-occurrence of OTA and AF was found in cacao products. Approximately 30% of naturally contaminated OTA in roasted coffee bean moved into the extract solution when brewed with paper filter.  相似文献

Methods using high-performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection (HPLC-FL) and using liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry (LC/MS/MS) were developed for simultaneous determination of ochratoxin A (OTA), ochratoxin B (OTB) and citrinin (CIT) in cereal, fruit, and coffee products. The samples were extracted with ethyl acetate under an acidic condition, and then cleaned up with liquid-liquid separation. The test solutions were analyzed by reverse-phase HPLC-FL and LC/MS/MS. Mass spectral acquisition was performed in positive ion mode by applying multiple reaction monitoring. The performances of both detectors were almost equivalent. The recoveries of OTA and OTB were 87-111%, and that of CIT were 70-88%. The limits of quantification (S/N> or =10) of OTA, OTB and CIT was 0.1 mug/kg or less. These methods were considered to be useful for the determination of the three mycotoxins at low levels (0.1 microg/kg).  相似文献
