Based on the Fourier-Bessel series and exponential characteristic function approach, the paper presents analytical bit-error-rate expressions for synchronous fast frequency-hopped spread-spectrum multiple-access systems over Rician fading channels with M-ary frequency-shift-keying modulation. Linear-combining, product-combining and clipper receivers are studied. Numerical results show that both the clipper and product-combining receivers perform significantly better than the linear-combining receiver. The clipper receiver with an optimum threshold level slightly outperforms the product-combining receiver. However, the product-combining receiver is the preferred diversity-combining method because it is completely nonparametric. In addition, the optimum diversity levels for various diversity-combining receivers over Rayleigh fading channels are higher than that of the Rician fading channels  相似文献

The issues in synchronised implementation of space vector-based pulse width modulation (SVPWM) signal generation are addressed on a conventional DSP platform. With the present day digital signal processors (DSPs) with clock over 10 MHz, it is possible to include additional tasks for synchronisation in the interrupt service routine (ISR). Also, the task of the synchronisation can be easily accommodated within the same ISR without disturbing the time critical pulse width modulation (PWM) operation. The authors systematically present the additional software requirements to determine the time period proportional to the half carrier switching time interval that is required for the synchronisation. First, the DSP implementation of the conventional multi-level SVPWM based on the sampled amplitudes of reference voltages is presented and then the additional requirements to maintain the PWM in synchronisation are discussed. The simulation results as well as experimental results are presented for a five-level PWM signal generation. A five-level inverter configuration, using a 1.5 kW open-end winding induction motor drive, is used for experimentally verifying the SVPWM  相似文献

A scientific basis for the evaluation of the risk to public health arising from excessive dietary intake of nitrate in Korea is provided. The nitrate () and nitrite () contents of various vegetables (Chinese cabbage, radish, lettuce, spinach, soybean sprouts, onion, pumpkin, green onion, cucumber, potato, carrot, garlic, green pepper, cabbage and Allium tuberosum Roth known as Crown daisy) are reported. Six hundred samples of 15 vegetables cultivated during different seasons were analysed for nitrate and nitrite by ion chromatography and ultraviolet spectrophotometry, respectively. No significant variance in nitrate levels was found for most vegetables cultivated during the summer and winter harvests. The mean nitrates level was higher in A. tuberosum Roth (5150 mg kg(-1)) and spinach (4259 mg kg(-1)), intermediate in radish (1878 mg kg(-1)) and Chinese cabbage (1740 mg kg(-1)), and lower in onion (23 mg kg(-1)), soybean sprouts (56 mg kg(-1)) and green pepper (76 mg kg(-1)) compared with those in other vegetables. The average nitrite contents in various vegetables were about 0.6 mg kg(-1), and the values were not significantly different among most vegetables. It was observed that nitrate contents in vegetables varied depending on the type of vegetables and were similar to those in vegetables grown in other countries. From the results of our studies and other information from foreign sources, it can be concluded that it is not necessary to establish limits of nitrates contents of vegetables cultivated in Korea due to the co-presence of beneficial elements such as ascorbic acid and alpha-tocopherol which are known to inhibit the formation of nitrosamine.  相似文献

The purpose of the paper is to apply monotone multigrid methods to static and dynamic biomechanical contact problems. In space, a finite element method involving a mortar discretization of the contact conditions is used. In time, a new contact-stabilized Newmark scheme is presented. Numerical experiments for a two body Hertzian contact problem and a biomechanical application are reported. This work was supported by the DFG Research Center Matheon.  相似文献

In this paper, we propose a new family of watermark detectors for additive watermarks in digital images. These detectors are based on a recently proposed hierarchical, two-level image model, which was found to be beneficial for image recovery problems. The top level of this model is defined to exploit the spatially varying local statistics of the image, while the bottom level is used to characterize the image variations along two principal directions. Based on this model, we derive a class of detectors for the additive watermark detection problem, which include a generalized likelihood ratio, Bayesian, and Rao test detectors. We also propose methods to estimate the necessary parameters for these detectors. Our numerical experiments demonstrate that these new detectors can lead to superior performance to several state-of-the-art detectors.  相似文献
