Physical and Morphological Properties of Combined Treated Wood Polymer Composites by Maleic Anhydride and Methyl Methacrylate 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Wood polymer composites were prepared by consecutive impregnation with maleic anhydride (MAN) and methyl methacrylate (MMA). Samples impregnated with MAN alone, were heated at 120°C and 150°C for 4 and 8 h. Based on the Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) analysis and soaking-drying test results, treatment with MAN at 150°C for 4 h resulted in formation of stable crosslinks. In the second stage, MMA was used for in situ polymerization within MAN-treated wood. Field emission scanning electron microscopy observation and FT-IR analysis indicated that MMA copolymerized with MAN, and the resultant polymer filled up the lumen and is also grafted on to the cell wall. Improvement of water repellency and dimensional stability were observed in the treated samples, particularly in combined treated samples. The MAN/MMA treatment improved interaction between polymer and wood. 相似文献

In this study, a conventional steam power plant with two regenerative boilers is considered, and one of its boilers is replaced with parabolic solar dish collectors and storing the produced thermal energy by the phase change material (PCM) in a storage tank. The results show the necessity of the existence of an auxiliary fired‐gas boiler to provide constant load during the whole 24 hours. The performance of the proposed hybridized system is evaluated through energy and exergy analyses. It was demonstrated that substituting solar collectors with one of the boilers marginally lowers the energy efficiency but increases the exergy efficiency of the whole power plant up to 41.76%. Moreover, it is found out that this hybridization decreases the total irreversibility of the power plant in comparison with the base case, from 51.1 to 47.2 MW. The parametric analysis states that raising the mass flow rate of the heat transfer fluid in the solar collectors not only enhances the system performance but also increases the volume of the PCM tank. 相似文献

To measure MMP, slim tube method is time consuming, especially for heavy oils. In this study, a strategy is considered to measure the MMP in one of the Iranian heavy oil reservoirs. The strategy steps were done through; partial data of slim tube, coupling numerical model (CNM), full slim tube, and VIT test. The results showed that CNM technique with two experimental data obtains the MMP value faster than running a full slim tube with low error result. However, VIT determined MMP faster and its results illustrated that miscibility pressure for heavy oil occurs at zero IFT, unlike light oils. 相似文献

The aim of study was to develop a novel drug nanocarrier via facile coating of a folate-conjugated dual-responsive copolymer with carboxylic functional groups on the surface of magnetic nanoparticles for the efficient loading and cell-specific targeting of a positively charged anticancer agent. The nanocarrier exhibited many favorable capabilities such as narrow distributed nano-ranged size (~30 nm), high drug loading capacity (~65%), and stimuli-responsive drug release. The results of various cell cytotoxicity studies such as MTT assay, DAPI staining, and flow cytometry concluded that the developed smart nanocarrier paves a way for efficient cancer therapy by the multiple targeting strategies. 相似文献

In the current study, a single cell of a planar SOFC is firstly modeled in 3D using commercial SOFC module of ANSYS Fluent and the results are validated against the experimental investigations in the literature. Many researchers have used ANSYS Fluent for simulating solid oxide fuel cells. However, there is a huge gap in the literature on explaining the detailed procedure that should be followed in order to use this software effectively. A thorough step-by-step approach is presented to provide a deep insight into the software. Thereafter, a simplified quasi-2D method with infinitely shorter computational time is developed and the results are compared with the 3D model.
