Interfacial structure of steel-Al-28Pb bonding plate with semisolid rolling-casting method

Fe-Al compound at the interface of steel-mushy A1-28Pb bonding plate was studied quantitatively. The relationship between ratio of Fe-Al compound at interface and bonding parameters such as preheating temperature of steel plate, solid volume fraction of Al-28Pb slurry and rolling speed, was established by artificial neural networks perfectly. The results show that when the bonding parameters are 546℃ for preheating temperature of steel plate,43.5% for solid volume fraction of Al-28Pb slurry and 8.6 mm/s for rolling speed, the reasonable ratio of Fe-Al compound corresponding to the largest interracial shear strength of bonding plate is obtained as 71.5%. This reasonable ratio of Fe-Al compound is a quantitative criterion of interracial embrittlement, that is, when the ratio of Fe-Al compound at interface is larger than 71.5%, interracial embrittlement will occur.

在混凝土冬季施工中,防冻剂通常被加到混凝土以保证低温下强度的持续发展.JC475-92防冻剂标准中规定基准混凝土的坍落度通常控制在(30±10)mm.然而,越来越多的大坍落度的混凝土或自密实混凝土被广泛应用于冬季混凝土施工.因此,探讨了掺与未掺防冻剂的不同坍落度混凝土强度的变化规律.当水灰比固定而用高效减水剂提高坍落度时,减水刺对常温下混凝土的影响可以忽略,但对负温度下混凝土强度的影响明显.负温度混凝土强度随着坍落度的增加而降低,其原因是高效减水剂延长了水泥的凝结时间,并易造成混凝土早期的冻害.     

Channels from Housing Wealth to Consumption

This paper uses micro-data from two national panel surveys to analyze the flow of wealth from residential property onto households' balance sheets, where it is available for discretionary spending. The examples are Australia and the UK—two of the world's most entrenched nations of owner occupation, both with relatively complete mortgage markets. We focus on the early 2000s, which set the scene for an unprecedented wave of housing equity withdrawal. We consider equity released through sales and through additional borrowing. The findings show that equity extraction overall is not only (or even) a function of higher incomes, greater wealth, and older age; rather it occurs across the life course and is linked to pressing spending needs. We draw attention in particular to the growing social and economic significance of in situ equity borrowing—a practice whose financial buffering effects may form a short-lived prelude, rather than a sustainable alternative, to trading on or selling up.     

截止阀启闭时流动特征的动态数值模拟

针对XYZ-125G型稀油站所广泛使用的J41H截止阀工作状态下流场特点,采用计算流体动力学(CFD)的方法对截止阀的流动情况进行动态数值计算。详细模拟出截止阀阀盘开启和闭合过程中阀体内部的速度、压力分布和压头损失。CFD模拟阀体压头损失值和利用理论计算的阀体压头损失值吻合较好,阀门的开启或闭合,水泵的突然停车等原因,使流速发生突然变化,同时产生压强的大幅度波动现象。通过CFD技术在模拟截止阀启闭过程中动态流动状况的应用,能够确定流体通过阀道时所产生的漩涡、水锤和死水区等水流状况,为液压冲击的预测与防范及阀道结构优化提供理论依据。     

老年听力衰退的神经音乐治疗

两种陶瓷试样耐磨性能检测装置及其实验分析

根据小型陶瓷试样耐磨性能的检测需求,模拟现场工况,依据国家标准GB/T 18301《耐火材料常温磨损性实验方法》和GB/T 12988《无机地面材料磨损性能实验方法》设计开发了两套小型陶瓷试样耐磨性能检测装置。通过对实验室不同配方及烧结工艺下的陶瓷试样的耐磨性能进行检测,根据检测数据绘制陶瓷试样磨损量随时间的变化图,对比陶瓷试样拟合直线的磨损率就可以判断出陶瓷试样的耐磨性能的优劣。
