Scrap of refractory articles of grades MKS-72, MLKh-65, and ShKh-42 after use in steel-teeming and intermediate ladles of the OMK is studied. The possibility of using after-use scrap in the production of mortar is investigated. The possibilities of using influenza A (Leningrad) 385/80 (H3N2) virus matrix protein-specific FITC-labeled D8 monoclonal antibodies in immunofluorescence assays were investigated. The virus antigen accumulation was detected in chorioallantoic cells of chick embryos. Exhibiting the type-specific properties, the fluorescent antibodies stain the perinuclear space, cytoplasmic membrane, and granular structures in the cytoplasm of infected cells. The haemagglutination test tires in the corresponding specimens were at least 1:16.  相似文献

Effects of the temperature and refractive index of ambient air on the eigenfrequencies of a cylindrical dielectric resonator (CDR) featuring whispering-gallery modes have been studied. An attempt to separate the effects of two factors on the spectral and energy characteristics of a fluoroplastic CDR for a millimeter wavelength range has been made for the first time. It is established that the behavior of CDR eigenfrequencies and the stability of Q factors exhibit different characters when the temperature is varied from ?60 to +60°C and the permittivity of air is changed from 1 to 1.0004. A CDR can be used as a sensor of ambient temperature accurate to within 10?4 K, provided that the resonance frequencies in the millimeter wavelength range are measured to within 1 kHz.  相似文献

A capacitor cell of a capacitive energy storage designed for operating with an arc load is described. The cell that stores an energy of 64 kJ is based on a high-voltage (18 kV) capacitor and allows formation of current pulses with an amplitude of up to 60 kA. The discharge circuit of the cell contains a semiconductor switch in the form of an assembly of reverse switch-on dynistors (RSDs) connected in series, a crowbar diode switch, and a replaceable toroidal inductor. An assembly of protecting diodes connected in series to the RSD switch excludes the possibility of a flow of reverse-current pulses through dynistors. All elements of the cell are mounted on the capacitor and occupy a volume of 120 dm3.  相似文献

The influence of a ring layer filled with various substances on the eigenfrequency and Q-factor of a cylindrical quasi-optical dielectric (Teflon) resonator has been investigated. The spectral and energy characteristics of an axially homogeneous whispering gallery eigenmode of this resonator are analyzed for the first time as dependent on the radius and thickness of the ring layer. It is established that the eigenfrequency behaves differently when the ring layer is filled with liquids characterized by large and small losses.  相似文献

The role of the external magnetic field in performance specialty of the high-temperature superconducting (HTS) Josephson junction array (JJA): HTS YBa2Cu3O7−0.05 bicrystal JJA with 180 junctions, is considered. The junctions are created on the yttrium-stabilized zirconium (fianite) substrate with the bicrystal grain boundary. The experimental confirmation of the current density changes under the influence of the external DC magnetic field is obtained. The dependence of current density on the penetrated magnetic field is investigated. The optimal shielding factor needed to obtain high supercurrents in considered system is determined.  相似文献

The oxidation kinetics of a composite material, which consists of an Al2O3–Al5Y3O12 matrix and molybdenum fibers and has a high cracking resistance, is studied. The mass loss of the composite material during oxidation is shown to be several orders of magnitude lower than that of molybdenum. Oxidation in quiet air at 1250°C for several hours weakly changes the strength of the composite material at temperatures from room temperature to 1300°C. It is also shown that the strength of the composite material as a function of the oxide matrix composition (Al: Y ratio) changes nonmonotonically. The maximum strength shifts from the Al2O3–Al5Y3O12 eutectic point toward garnet.  相似文献
