Porous metal–organic framework (MOF) liquids with permanent porosity, good fluidity, and fine dispersion attract broad attention in catalysis, transportation, gas storage, and chemical separations. Yet, the design and synthesis of porous MOF liquids for drug delivery remain less explored. Herein, a simple and general strategy is reported to prepare ZIF-91 porous liquid (ZIF-91-PL) via surface modification and ion exchange. The cationic nature of ZIF-91-PL not only renders it antibacterial but also with high curcumin loading capacity and sustained release. More importantly, the acrylate group on the grafted side chain of ZIF-91-PL makes it feasible to crosslink with modified gelatin through light curing, and the obtained hydrogel shows a significantly improved healing effect on the wound of diabetes. This work demonstrates for the first time, a MOF-based porous liquid for drug delivery, and the further fabrication of composite hydrogel may have potential applications in biomedical science. 相似文献

This study describes a green method for preparing all-cellulose nanocomposites through a dissolution and regeneration process. Cotton linter pulp was dissolved in 7 wt % NaOH/12 wt % urea aqueous solution precooled to −12°C. Self-assembly of cellulose molecules into nanostructured cellulose fiber is achieved by using water addition and controlling the temperature to regenerate cellulose. By changing the microenvironment of the cellulose solution, the morphology of the nanostructured cellulose fibers and the mechanical properties of the regenerated cellulose films can be tuned. Then, a series of regenerated cellulose films have been prepared and characterized from various aspects. Compared with other all-cellulose films in the literature, the regenerated all-cellulose nanocomposite films prepared in this work exhibited good optical transparency, thermal stability, and excellent tensile strength (up to 135 MPa) when the regeneration temperature was adjusted to 50°C. Electrospinning-sintering is a general strategy to fabricate polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) nanofibrous membranes. In this study, vacuum atmosphere was created in the sintering process to obtain pure PTFE fibers. The effect of vacuum pressure on fiber morphology and material component of the sintered membrane was investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) characterization. A proper vacuum condition was believed to be beneficial to decrease poly(vinyl alcohol) residual and creating nanosize structures on the fiber surface, as porous, which contributes to a secondary roughness, while insignificantly influence membrane strength. As a result, the prepared membrane was superhydrophobicity with enhanced liquid entry pressure value. The anti-wetting property of the vacuum sintered membranes was further evaluated by vacuum membrane distillation process, and ensured the superior wetting resistance of the vacuum sintered PTFE membranes. 相似文献
