Lysosomes and mitochondria play an important role in maintaining cell homeostasis. Visualizing the long-term activities of lysosomes and mitochondria on the nanometer scale in live cells is essential for further understanding their functions but remains challenging due to the limitations of existing fluorescent probes, such as aggregation-caused quenching (ACQ) effect, limited signal-to-noise ratio from fluorescence “always on” in the process of targeting organelle and poor photobleaching resistance. Herein, two efficient red-emitting aggregation-induced emission (AIE) luminogens are reported, which showed “off-on” fluorescence characteristic and specific lysosomes as well as mitochondria targeting capability. Owing to their AIE characteristics, a Stokes’ shift larger than 100 nm, good biocompatibility, and excellent photostability, the AIE luminogens have been successfully utilized for high fidelity imaging of lysosomes and mitochondria. By virtue of these two probes, stimulated emission depletion (STED) images of dynamic lysosomal fusion and mitochondrial fission with a high resolution of 65.6 nm are obtained. Furthermore, the interactions between lysosomes and mitochondria in the process of mitophagy are recorded. Aimed to study the effects of reinforcing or functional fillers on mechanical and tribological properties of PTFE‐based friction materials of ultrasonic motor, carbon fibers reinforced PTFE composites modified with different functional fillers with differences in dimension, size, and hardness are fabricated. The tribological performances of PTFE‐based friction materials are comparatively investigated under different sliding velocities and normal loads on different surface morphologies, respectively. The experimental results reveal that nano‐SiO2 shows excellent performance in improving friction stabilities and wear resistance in different operating conditions. It is believed the silica‐based tribofilms, higher deformation resistance, and bearing capacity play a key role in improving friction stabilities. Furthermore, the results also show that the surface topography plays an important role in wear properties. The lower wear rate (sliding against with the disordered surface) is believed to be attributed to wear debris easy‐store characteristic of the topography, which promotes transfer films formation and decreases the wear rate effectively. © 2017 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Silica-doped alumina aerogels offer the potential alternative to the applications as thermal insulators, catalysis, or catalytic support at elevated temperatures. However, the production process of silica-doped alumina aerogels was complicated and time-consuming. We developed a one-step precursor-to-aerogel method of silica-doped alumina aerogels with high specific surface area and thermal stability. Compared to conventional methods, the developed method reduced time and solvent waste of alumina-based aerogels production. Here, we investigated the alumina aerogels doped with silica to stabilize γ-phase at higher temperatures. XRD, FTIR, TEM, TG-DSC, and BET analysis results showed that silica stabilized the γ-Al2O3 at 1200 °C. The stabilization mechanism analysis showed that silica addition could significantly hinder the contact among alumina particles and the formation of necks in the sintering process, thereby retarding the transition of γ–θ phase and maintaining the high specific surface area at elevated temperatures. Silica and alumina particles formed mullite at 1200 °C, which could suppress α-phase transformation. In addition, silica-doped alumina aerogels exhibited the high specific surface area of 311 m2/g at 1000 °C and 146 m2/g at 1200 °C when the silica content was in the range of 10.6–13.1 wt%. 相似文献

基于微地震定位监测技术监测岩休在三维空间破裂的成果,以及多种边界条件工作面岩层运动和应力场的观测结果,提出长壁采场覆岩空间结构的概念,并根据采场的边界条件.将覆岩空间结构分为中间育支撑的“e”型、中间无支撑的“O”型、“S”型和“C”型4类。基于观测实例,阐述微地震定位监测技术用于监测窄间结构的形成过程和范围、采空区边缘煤体内应力计用于反演综采放顶煤采场中间无支撑空间结构内部的覆岩运动、“孤岛”煤体应力计用于判断中间有支撑空间结构煤柱变形方式等多种观测方法及这些方法在覆岩空间结构研究中的综合应用途径。最后,展望覆岩空间结构学术观点及其研究方法在采矿工程中的应用前景。 相似文献

通过二维水流泥沙数模计算,分析了三峡库蓄水后棒节河段的泥沙淤积量、流场、近岸流速及浪高等的变化;探讨了岸坡可能的3种再造形式;冲刷塌岸、整体滑移、岩坡崩塌;建立了库岸冲刷塌岸的预测模型,并进行了预测;计算分析了不同水位、冲刷淤积、地震等工况下典型滑坡的稳定性变化规律;最后,对库岸再造的工程防治措施提出了建议。 相似文献
