分析PIRAY纤维机织物的导湿性、透湿性、透气性、折痕回复性、耐磨性及拉伸断裂强力,并进行综合性能评价。通过测试3种纯纺PIRAY纤维织物与6种其他组织规格相近的棉、涤纶及混纺织物的芯吸高度、透湿量、透气量、折痕回复角、质量损失率、断裂强力,应用模糊数学综合评判方法进行对比分析,结果表明:PIRAY纤维织物的透湿性、透气性、折皱回复角、耐磨性和强伸性等综合性能优于其他织物,芯吸效应明显优于涤纶纤维织物,PIRAY纤维织物还具有良好的防紫外线性能。  相似文献

给出一种性能优良、有效、简便的电能信息自动采集终端,该终端以电力载波的方式与采集站通信.采用双CPU共用数据存储器和双RS 232通信接口技术解决了脉冲计数和电力线载波通信的实时性问题;采用脉冲处理硬件电路、先进的调制解调器和CRC循环冗余编码解码技术,实现了成本低,可靠性高,抗干扰性强的脉冲采集和远程通信功能.文中介绍了系统的功能、硬件组成和软件设计,探讨了为提高该系统可靠性而采取的一些抗干扰措施.通过长期测试与现场应用证明,该电能信息自动采集终端的设计是可行的,具有进一步推广应用的价值.  相似文献

We investigate the thermal stability of HfTaON films prepared by physical vapor deposition using high resolution transmission electronic microscope (HRTEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The results indicate that the magnetron-sputtered HtTaON films on Si substrate are not stable during the post-deposition an-healing (PDA). HfTaON will react with Si and form the interfacial layer at the interface between HfTaON and Si substrate. Hf-N bonds are not stale at high temperature and easily replaced by oxygen, resulting in significant loss of nitrogen from the bulk film. SiO2 buffer layer introduction at the interface of HfTaON and Si substrate may effec-tively suppress their reaction and control the formation of thicker interfacial layer. But SiO2 is a low k gate dielectric and too thicker SiO2 buffer layer will increase the gate dielectric's equivalent oxide thickness. SiON prepared by oxidation of N-implanted Si substrate has thinner physical thickness than SiO2 and is helpful to reduce the gate dielectric's equivalent oxide thickness.  相似文献

To facilitate structural analysis of proteins and protein-protein interactions, we developed Pro-CrossLink, a suite of software tools consisting of three programs (Figure 1), DetectShift, IdentifyXLink, and AssignXLink. DetectShift was developed to detect ions of cross-linked peptide pairs in a mixture of 18O-labeled peptides obtained from protein proteolytic digests. The selected candidate ions of cross-linked peptide pairs subsequently undergo tandem mass spectrometric (MS/MS) analysis for sequence determination. Based on the masses of candidate ions as well as y- and b-type ions in the tandem mass spectra, IdentifyXLink assigns the candidate ions to cross-linked peptide pairs. For an identified cross-linked peptide pair, AssignXLink generates an extensive fragment ion list, including a-, b-, c-type, x-, y-, z-type, internal, and immonium ions with associated common losses of H2O, NH3, CO, and CO2, and facilitates a precise location of the cross-linked residues. Pro-CrossLink is automated, highly configurable by the user, and applicable to many studies that map low-resolution protein structures and molecular interfaces in protein complexes.  相似文献

为了提高馆陶、孤岛稠油的稳定性,考察了阴离子型分散剂AA(磺酸基型)、非离子型分散剂NA1(多元醇型)、油酸、月桂酸和棕榈酸对馆陶、孤岛稠油沥青质溶解度的改善效果,筛选了分别对两种沥青质稳定分散作用最好的两种分散剂NA1和AA,进一步考察了处理温度对分散剂改善效果的影响、分散剂与沥青质的相互作用方式。研究结果表明,在较低的温度下,多元醇型非离子分散剂NA1对沥青质的稳定作用显著,能够显著增大溶液中沥青质的饱和浓度;但当处理温度升高到80℃时,沥青质饱和浓度急剧下降,但仍比未添加NA1的沥青质饱和浓度高得多。而含磺酸基的离子型分散剂AA改善效果受处理温度影响较小。另外,通过红外光谱分析发现,AA的磺酸基能够与沥青质中的N—H键、O—H键之间形成红移型氢键;NA1中的羟基O—H、醚键、酯基等官能团能够与沥青质分子中的N、O、S等杂原子以及芳香共轭π键形成蓝移型氢键。两种分散剂与沥青质的相互作用方式均为与沥青质分子通过氢键而结合。图11表3参15  相似文献

Graphene-based heterostructure composite is a new type of advanced sensing material that includes composites of graphene with noble metals/metal oxides/metal sulfides/polymers and organic ligands. Exerting the synergistic effect of graphene and noble metals/metal oxides/metal sulfides/polymers and organic ligands is a new way to design advanced gas sensors for nitrogen-containing gas species including NH3 and NO2 to solve the problems such as poor stability, high working temperature, poor recovery, and poor selectivity. Different fabrication methods of graphene-based heterostructure composite are extensively studied, enabling massive progress in developing chemiresistive-type sensors for detecting the nitrogen-containing gas species. With the components of noble metals/metal oxides/metal sulfides/polymers and organic ligands which are composited with graphene, each material has its attractive and unique electrical properties. Consequently, the corresponding composite formed with graphene has different sensing characteristics. Furthermore, working ambient gas and response type can affect gas-sensitive characteristic parameters of graphene-based heterostructure composite sensing materials. Moreover, it requires particular attention in studying gas sensing mechanism of graphene-based heterostructure composite sensing materials for nitrogen-containing gas species. This review focuses on related scientific issues such as material synthesis methods, sensing performance, and gas sensing mechanism to discuss the technical challenges and several perspectives.  相似文献

为减轻城市暴雨造成的洪涝灾害,找出影响既有雨水管段脆弱性的薄弱环节,介绍了城市雨水管网系统脆弱性及雨水管段脆弱性的概念,总结了既有雨水管段脆弱性所涉及的影响因素,综合分析了各功能模块之间的相关程度,并且在此基础上结合复杂网络拓扑模型,提出了一种利用节点的重要度来确定既有雨水管段脆弱性判定的方法。结果表明,该方法能够体现节点之间的重要性差异,使节点脆弱性的判定更加准确,为后续进行城市雨水管网改造、修建提供理论依据,为将来建设海绵城市建设重要分支之一的智慧排水管网系统提供事故管段预警,提高事故抢修和维修服务的效率。  相似文献

Finger vein biometrics have been extensively studied for the capability to detect aliveness, and the high security as intrinsic traits. However, vein pattern distortion caused by finger rotation degrades the performance of CNN in 2D finger vein recognition, especially in a contactless mode. To address the finger posture variation problem, we propose a 3D finger vein verification system extracting axial rotation invariant feature. An efficient 3D finger vein reconstruction optimization model is proposed and several accelerating strategies are adopted to achieve real-time 3D reconstruction on an embedded platform. The main contribution in this paper is that we are the first to propose a novel 3D point-cloud-based end-to-end neural network to extract deep axial rotation invariant feature, namely 3DFVSNet. In the network, the rotation problem is transformed to a permutation problem with the help of specially designed rotation groups. Finally, to validate the performance of the proposed network more rigorously and enrich the database resources for the finger vein recognition community, we built the largest publicly available 3D finger vein dataset with different degrees of finger rotation, namely the Large-scale Finger Multi-Biometric Database-3D Pose Varied Finger Vein (SCUT LFMB-3DPVFV) Dataset. Experimental results on 3D finger vein datasets show that our 3DFVSNet holds strong robustness against axial rotation compared to other approaches.  相似文献
