The synthesis and properties of a series of new structure‐directing triblock copolymers with PEO‐PB‐PEO structure (PEO = poly(ethylene oxide) and PB = polybutadiene) and their application as superior pore‐templates for the preparation of mesoporous titania coatings are reported. Starting from either TiCl4 or from preformed TiO2 nanocrystalline building blocks, mesoporous crystalline titanium oxide films with a significant degree of mesoscopic ordered pores are derived, and the pore size can be controlled by the molecular mass of the template polymer. Moreover, the triblock copolymers form stable micelles already at very low concentration, i.e., prior to solvent evaporation during the evaporation‐induced self‐assembly process (EISA). Consequently, the thickness of pore walls can be controlled independently of pore size by changing the polymer‐to‐precursor ratio. Thus, unprecedented control of wall thickness in the structure of mesoporous oxide coatings is achieved. In addition, the micelle formation of the new template polymers is sufficiently distinct from that of typical commercial PPO‐PEO‐PPO polymers (Pluronics; PPO = poly(propylene oxide)), so that a combination of both polymers facilitates bimodal porosity via dual micelle templating.  相似文献

GaN nanowires (NWs) have been grown on Si(111) substrates by plasma-assisted molecular beam epitaxy (PAMBE). The nucleation process of GaN-NWs has been investigated in terms of nucleation density and wire evolution with time for a given set of growth parameters. The wire density increases rapidly with time and then saturates. The growth period until the nucleation of new nanowires is terminated can be defined as the nucleation stage. Coalescence of closely spaced nanowires reduces the density for long deposition times. The average size of the well-nucleated NWs shows linear time dependence in the nucleation stage. High-resolution transmission electron microscopy measurements of alternating GaN and AlN layers give valuable information about the length and radial growth rates for GaN and AlN in NWs.  相似文献

The transdermal in vitro permeation behavior of the highly potent dopamine agonist Proterguride was investigated using hairless mouse skin as a model membrane. Drug in adhesive matrix formulations based on different types of pressure-sensitive adhesives (Eudragit® E 100 and Gelva®7883 as acrylates, Oppanol® B 15 SFN as polyisobutylene, and BioPSA® 7-4202 as silicone) with a drug load of 3% by weight were manufactured. All patches were examined for drug crystallization by polarized microscopy immediately after the manufacturing process and after storage for 30 days in sealed aluminium laminate bags at ambient temperature and at 40°C, respectively. Furthermore, the influence of the drug load in acrylate-based formulations onto the steady-state flux of Proterguride was examined. The Eudragit® E 100 system delivered a significantly higher steady-state flux than the systems based on Oppanol® B 15 SFN and also a somewhat higher steady-state flux than the Gelva®-based patch. An addition of 10% by weight of the crystallization inhibitor povidone 25 did not significantly influence the steady-state flux of Proterguride from acrylate matrices. The lipophilic silicone and polyisobutylene adhesives facilitated drug crystallization within the short storage periods at both conditions, probably due to the absence of povidone 25, which was incompatible with these polymers. Varying the drug load in acrylate-based formulations led to a linear increase of the steady-state flux until the steady-state flux of Proterguride leveled off and the patches tended to drug crystallization. It was found that Gelva®-based patches show good physical stability, good skin adhesion, and moderate flux values and, thus, can be evaluated as a basis for a suitable formulation for the transdermal administration of Proterguride.  相似文献

Acidic conditions of seepage and groundwater originating from open pit minings in Lusatia are described using the neutralization potential, which is based on the concept of acidity. Acid formation and buffer reactions can be reduced to three elemental reactions: oxidation of pyrit/reduction of sulfate, dissolution of carbonate and gypsum equilibrium. These reactions are combined in a genetic model in order to interpret the origin of mineral and acid contents of different groundwaters influenced by lignite mining. The statistical results of these calculations are summarised in order to calibrate parameters of a prognostic model. The method described here is used to prepare restoration measures.  相似文献

We demonstrate that the ionic current through a solid-state nanopore can be used to measure at single nanometer resolution the three-dimensional intensity profile of a laser directly in the focus of a microscope objective. We find a linear dependence of the ionic current on the incident laser power since the laser-induced heat increases the temperature locally in the solution. Our data show a temperature increase of up to 20 K in the center of the focus for a laser wavelength of 1064 nm. Measurements of the two-dimensional temperature profiles at different positions along the optical axis allow us to reconstruct the three-dimensional temperature profile of the laser focus, similar to tomography. Our new technique does not rely on the help of any optical elements and allows quantitative measurement of optical intensity or temperature distributions in aqueous environments with nanometer resolution.  相似文献
