The influence of the water content of oil-water emulsions on the group composition of the interphase layer has been studied.
It has been shown that an increase in the amount of distilled water in emulsions leads to an increase in the proportion of
asphaltenes and a decrease in the concentration of resin compounds in the interphase layer. It has been found that the proportion

Aluminum-oxide ceramic samples have been prepared by additive manufacturing with subsequent sintering. The Hugoniot elastic limit and spall strength of the ceramics are determined by analyzing the full wave profiles of the samples recorded using a laser interferometer upon their shock compression with amplitudes of 6.8 and 13.8 GPa. 相似文献

Measurements of the width of a shock wave in glycerol dependent on the pressure of shock compression were taken to improve the method of determination of liquids viscosity. It was found that the time of growth of parameters in a shock wave decreases to the limit of time resolution of modern measurements, which is approximately 1 ns at the shock compression pressure of around 2.5 GPa. The values of viscosity, obtained at these parameters, are in agreement with experimental data. The transition to stepwise shock compression expands the pressure range, available for measurement by this method, and also makes possible the opportunity to vary the temperature. 相似文献

An advanced procedure is developed for the thermal calculation of the rolls in a wide-strip hot-rolling mill (WSHRM). It combines
the following two adaptive models: the thermal balance in the active surface layer in a roll per revolution and the thermal
balance in the main zones of work and backup rolls with axisymmetric temperature fields with allowance for the heat exchange
between a strip, rolls, the coolant, and the environment. In contrast to the well-known models, this advanced procedure calculates
the bulk mean temperature and the thermal profile in a roll more accurately, since the temperature drop across the surface
layer in this procedure is calculated allowing for the intensities of the contact and convective heat exchange between rolls.
Data on the coefficient of heat transfer from rolls to the coolant supplied at an excess pressure of 1.0–1.5 MPa are presented
for the first time. This procedure is used in a 2000 WSHRM and improves the transverse profile of hot-rolled strips due to
a stabilized thermal profile in rolls. 相似文献
