Lead‐free dielectric ceramics have been the spotlight in the search for environmentally benign materials for electrostatic energy storage because of the ever‐increasing environmental concerns. However, the inverse correlation between the polarization and dielectric breakdown strength is the major barrier hindering the provision of sufficient energy densities in lead‐free dielectric ceramics and practical applications thereof. Herein, a rational structure design inspired by nature is demonstrated as an effective strategy to overcome these challenges. Bioinspired raspberry‐like hierarchically structured all‐inorganic nanocomposites have been prepared by enclosing microsized BaTiO3‐Bi(Mg0.5Zr0.5)O3 (BT‐BMZ) relaxor ferroelectrics using core‐shell BT‐BMZ@SiO2 nanoparticles. The synergistic effects of the bioinspired hierarchical structure and insulating SiO2 nano‐coating result in significantly improved dielectric breakdown strength and sustained large polarization in the nanocomposites, as corroborated by experimental characterizations and theoretical simulations. As a result, an ultrahigh energy density of 3.41 J cm?3 and a high efficiency of 85.1%, together with outstanding thermal stability within a broad temperature range, have been simultaneously achieved in the hierarchically structured nanocomposites. This contribution provides a feasible and paradigmatic approach to develop high‐performance dielectrics for electrostatic energy storage applications using bioinspired structure design. 相似文献

A roll‐to‐roll (R2R) transfer technique is employed to improve the electrical properties of transferred graphene on flexible substrates using parylene as an interfacial layer. A layer of parylene is deposited on graphene/copper (Cu) foils grown by chemical vapor deposition and are laminated onto ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA)/poly(ethylene terephthalate). Then, the samples are delaminated from the Cu using an electrochemical transfer process, resulting in flexible and conductive substrates with sheet resistances of below 300 Ω sq?1, which is significantly better (fourfold) than the sample transferred by R2R without parylene (1200 Ω sq?1). The characterization results indicate that parylene C and D dope graphene due to the presence of chlorine atoms in their structure, resulting in higher carrier density and thus lower sheet resistance. Density functional theory calculations reveal that the binding energy between parylene and graphene is stronger than that of EVA and graphene, which may lead to less tear in graphene during the R2R transfer. Finally, organic solar cells are fabricated on the ultrathin and flexible parylene/graphene substrates and an ultra‐lightweight device is achieved with a power conversion efficiency of 5.86%. To improve the logic stability of conventional multi-valued logic (MVL) circuits designed with a GaN-based resonate tunneling diode (RTD),we proposed a GaN/InGaN/AlGaN multi-quantum well (MQW) RTD.The proposed RTD was simulated through solving the coupled Schrodinger and Poisson equations in the numerical non-equilibrium Green's function (NEGF) method on the TCAD platform.The proposed RTD was grown layer by layer in epitaxial technologies.Simulated results indicate that its current-voltage characteristic appears to have a wider total negative differential resistance region than those of conventional ones and an obvious hysteresis loop at room temperature.To increase the Al composite of AlGaN barrier layers properly results in increasing of both the total negative differential resistance region width and the hysteresis loop width,which is helpful to improve the logic stability of MVL circuits.Moreover,the complement resonate tunneling transistor pair consisted of the proposed RTDs or the proposed RTD and enhanced mode HEMT controlled RTD is capable of generating versatile MVL modes at different supply voltages less than 3.3 V,which is very attractive for implementing more complex MVL function digital integrated circuits and systems with less devices,super high speed linear or nonlinear ADC and voltage sensors with a built-in super high speed ADC function. 相似文献

针对中、高空长航时无人机超视距通信系统普遍采用Ku频段卫星中继存在信号可用带宽有限、干扰源众多、机载端设备较大的现状,提出了一种基于Ka频段卫星的无人机超视距通信系统总体与分系统工程实现方案,并给出了关键设计要素。在详细推导链路计算公式基础上,以前向速率为51.2 kb/s、返向速率为8 Mb/s为例进行了链路余量预算与数值仿真分析,并与传统Ku频段方案在传输速率、抗干扰能力、天线口径等方面进行了分析比较。结果表明,在同等条件下所设计的系统性能可提高20%左右。飞行试验结果验证了该方案的合理性、可行性、有效性和工程可实现性,为无人机超视距通信系统总体设计和工程实现提供了思路与参考。 相似文献

This letter presents a new optimum interference mitigating combining (OIMC) scheme for the code-division multiple-access downlink RAKE receiver. The OIMC scheme optimizes the RAKE weights and maximizes the signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio (SINR) at the RAKE combiner output. Unlike other interference mitigation schemes, the new scheme does not need to estimate the interference or data correlation matrix (and its inverse) of the received signal to render a reliable and low complexity receiver. The OIMC scheme mitigates interference by inversely proportionately weighting the finger output by its associated interference power, while simultaneously mitigating multipath fading. The interference power is found to be directly related to the finger's associated multipath channel gain, rendering the OIMC scheme with the same order of complexity as a maximal ratio combining (MRC) scheme. Under realistic channel conditions, simulation results show that the proposed OIMC scheme always outperforms MRC with a gain of up to more than 1 dB. 相似文献
