Workplace spirituality has gained attention as it is proven to be a contributor to organizational performance improvement. This paper aims to assess the impact of human resource spirituality on the success of organizational strategic change projects. The success of the projects is measured by the well-known criterion of deviation from the planned budget cost. Data collection is based on a questionnaire survey of 252 personnel in 36 large and medium-scale organizational change projects in power industry. The paper proposes an integrated algorithm of fuzzy data envelopment analysis (FDEA) and adaptive network-based fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) for measuring the pure effect of human resource spirituality on the success of organizational change projects in the power industry. It also achieves a verified tool capable of addressing complexity, nonlinearity, ambiguity, and fuzziness for measuring spirituality of human resources in the projects. Results show that spirituality of the project team has a significant effect on project success.  相似文献

Effective delayed neutron fraction βeff and neutron generation time Λ are important factors in reactor physics calculation and transient analysis. In the first stage of this research, these kinetics parameters have been calculated for two states of Tehran Research Reactor (TRR), i.e. cold (fuel, clad and coolant temperature 20 °C) and hot (fuel, clad and coolant temperature 65, 49 and 44 °C, respectively) states using MTR_PC computer code. The ratio of (βeff)i/(βeff)core plays an important role in reactivity accident analysis codes. This parameter and its contribution to effective delayed neutron fraction from each nucleus have been calculated in cold and hot reactor states. Uncertainty of effective delayed neutron fraction is evaluated in terms of following four quantities; basic delayed neutron constants, delayed neutron spectra, energy dependence of delayed neutron yield (νd) and fission cross-section of 235U and 238U. In the second stage, these parameters have been measured with an experimental method based on Inhour equation. The calculated and measured values are in good agreement. Relative Percent Errors (RPEs) are 2.8% for βeff and 5.7% for Λ in the cold state.  相似文献

The effect of a chitosan coating and Mentha aquatica L. essence on Iranian white cheese was investigated. Results showed 100% inhibition of Escherichia coli growth using 1.5% essence after 10 days. After 15 days of incubation, the Staphylococcus aureus population was reduced by 44.2%, 70.0%, and 88.5% using 0.5, 1.0 and 1.5% essence, respectively. After 15 days, Listeria monocytogenes growth was inhibited by 63.84%, 70.12%, and 85.9% using 0.5, 1.0, and 1.5% essence, respectively. Inhibition zone diameter studies also confirmed the antibacterial effects of applied coating against all the above‐mentioned bacteria in Iranian white cheese.  相似文献

Weak phase separation and vulnerable linking groups between aromatic units are common setbacks of sulfonated aromatic proton exchange membranes (PEMs) from durability point of view. In this study, sulfonated poly(ether ether ketone) (SPEEK) membranes were exposed to Fenton's solution for a specific time, ranging from 10 to 60 minutes. Chemical structure and morphology evolution, decay in mechanical and thermal stability, and H2 permeability of SPEEK membranes were evaluated during the chemical degradation. Less-entangled polymeric chains with lower average molecular weight of degraded SPEEK samples diminished mechanical rigidity. In addition, reduction of aromatic rings in each repeat unit led to higher thermal decomposition rate. Furthermore, randomly distributed micro-defects in the SPEEK morphology and an increase in water sorption can reduce the fatigue strength of membranes in the wet-dry cycles. Eventually, hydrogen cross-over rate was gradually increased, and henceforth, accelerated destructive radical formation and degradation can be predicted.  相似文献

In the present study, the effects of continuous and pulsed ultrasound (100 W, 30 kHz, 25–75% amplitudes for 30 min) and fermentation process (37°C for 24 h) by Lactobacillus helveticus PTCC 1332 on biological activities of Chortan were investigated. The obtained results showed that fermentation enhanced protease content (36.27% (neutral), 37.57% (acid), 39.28% (alkaline) protease), peptide concentration (45.27%) and antioxidant activity (33.69% (DPPH), 132.85% (ABTS)) of samples compared to unfermented ones. Additionally, an increase in ultrasound amplitude (except for continuous at 75%) promoted the protease enzymes, peptides and radical scavenging activity of the fermented and unfermented samples. Our results indicated that the ultrasound and fermentation treatments complemented each other. Depending on the experimental conditions, the effect of continuous ultrasound on samples was sometimes lower, sometimes similar and sometimes higher than that of pulsed treatment. Therefore, selection of an appropriate ultrasound mode and amplitude can improve the biological activity of Chortan.  相似文献

In the present research, the effects of continuous ultrasound treatment (100 W, 30 kHz; 0%, 30%, 60% and 90% amplitudes, 15 min) and fermentation process (37°C, 24 h) on the growth of Lactobacillus plantarum LP3 and LU5 strains and bioactive properties (peptide content, α-amylase and α-glucosidase inhibition, anticancer and antioxidant activities and exopolysaccharide content) of goat milk were investigated. According to our results, the ultrasonication of milk up to 60% amplitude promoted the growth of Lactobacillus strains and enhanced the bioactive properties compared with control during fermentation, while, the ultrasonication at 90% amplitude had negative effects on the mentioned parameters. Exopolysaccharide content, α-amylase inhibition, α-glucosidase inhibition, antioxidant activity and anticancer activity of treated samples at 60% amplitude at the end of fermentation in comparison to its beginning were increased 18.09, 12.79, 12.44, 9.4 and 1.92 folds, respectively. Also, the increase of assayed characteristics was found strain-dependent, so that L. plantarum LP3 was more effective than LU5 strain.  相似文献

In this paper, the power allocation problem in a wireless sensor network (WSN) with binary distributed detection is considered. It is assumed that the sensors independently transmit their local decisions to a fusion center (FC) through a slow fading orthogonal multiple access channel (OMAC), where, in every channel, the interferences from other devices are considered as correlated noises. In this channel, the associated power allocation optimization problem with equal power constraint is established between statistical distributions under different hypotheses by using the Jeffrey divergence (J‐divergence) as a performance criterion. It is shown that this criterion for the power allocation problem is more efficient compared to other criteria such as mean square error (MSE). Moreover, several numerical simulations and examples are presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.  相似文献
