In this paper a new protocol using fuzzy logic control has been proposed. The protocol is based on Stable Election Protocol (SEP). Fuzzy logic control based on three variables, distance of nodes form base station, density of nodes and the battery level of nodes along with the traditional threshold values used in SEP are used to enhance the process of cluster head election in the existing SEP protocol and improve the lifetime and throughput of the Wireless Sensor Network. The result of the simulation which has been done in MATLAB simulator indicates that Stable Election Protocol based on fuzzy logic is more energy efficient and improves the lifetime and throughput of the network by 73.2 and 68.54 % respectively comparing with the existing SEP protocol.  相似文献

Settling behavior of operational amplifiers is of great importance in many applications. In this paper, an efficient methodology for the design of high-speed two-stage operational amplifiers based on settling time is proposed. Concerning the application of the operational amplifier, it specifies proper open-loop circuit parameters to obtain the desired settling time and closed-loop stability. As the effect of transfer function zeros has been taken into account, the proposed methodology becomes more accurate in achieving the desired specifications. In this work, we introduce a new spectrum leasing based cognitive radio for OFDM-based primary/secondary networks. More precisely, we propose a new leasing scheme both in time and frequency domains in a network composed of a primary transmission and some secondary (cognitive) users forming a cooperative relay network. In the proposed scheme, the primary user decides to lease a part of its available resources (time and frequency) to a selected set of relays, with the aim of increasing its link reliability. The selected relays use a part of the leased resources for relaying the primary signal, and in counterpart, they are allowed to exploit the rest of the frame for their own data transmission. By defining appropriate cost functions, the proposed algorithm decides whether it is of advantage for the primary user to cooperate with the relay network or not. Moreover, if cooperation is advantageous for the primary network, the algorithm selects the optimal amount of the time-frequency resources (number of OFDM symbols and subcarriers) that are involved in the cooperation process. Simulation results show that by using the proposed relaying scheme, both primary and secondary (relay) networks can take advantage in terms of achievable data rates compared to classical leasing systems.  相似文献

The recently proposed Recursive Inverse (RI) algorithm has shown a significant performance improvement compared to that of the Recursive Least Squares (RLS) algorithm, in various noise environments. However, both algorithms fail to converge in certain impulsive noise environments, especially if the Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) is low. In this paper, a Robust RI algorithm is proposed. Analytical results show that robustness against impulsive noise is achieved by choosing the weights on the basis of the L 1 norms of the autocorrelation matrix and the cross-correlation vector. Simulation results confirm that the proposed algorithm provides an improved performance, with a reduction in computational complexity, compared to those of the RLS and the Robust RLS in white and correlated impulsive noise.  相似文献

In this letter, a joint transmit scheduling and dynamic sub-carrier and power allocation method is proposed to exploit multi-user diversity in downlink packet transmission in an OFDM wireless network with mixed real-time and non-real-time traffic patterns. To balance efficiency and fairness and to satisfy the QoS requirements of real-time users, we utilize a utility-based framework and propose a polynomial-time heuristic algorithm to solve the formulated optimization problem. The distinguishing feature of the proposed method is that it gives in one shot, the transmission scheduling, the sub-carriers assigned to each user, and the power allocated to each sub-carrier, based on a fair and efficient framework while satisfying the delay requirements of real-time users.  相似文献
