坦克火炮模态激振试验应用研究

本文论述稳态正弦扫描激振试验方法及其在确定坦克火炮动力特性上的应用。通过实例表明,采用稳态激振方法测量传递函数,求取坦克火炮的模态参数,测量数据准确,重复性好,对研究坦克火炮行进间射击精度具有一定指导意义。     

履带车辆行星变速装置复合框架强度可靠度计算的智能仿真算法

该文针对复杂机械结构零件强度可靠度计算中基本变量与应力响应之间无法用显函数表达的难点,基于结构强度的有限无限分析方法、人工神经网络（ＡＮＮ）,理论和蒙特卡蜀（ＭＣ）仿真技术,首次提出了复杂结构零件强度可靠度计算的智能仿真算法,并对某重载履带车辆行星变速装置中关键零件－－复合框架结构进行了强度可靠度计算。     

Original article: Optimisation of extraction conditions and characteristics of skin gelatin from Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus)

Response surface methodology was used to optimise gelatin extraction conditions from the skin of Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus), and characteristics of the gelatin were determined. Concentration of NaOH (%, X₁), alkaline treatment time (h, X₂), concentration of HCl (‰, X₃) and acid treatment time (min, X₄) were chosen for independent variables. Dependent variable was yield of gelatin (%, Y). Optimal conditions were X₁ = 3.2 (%), X₂ = 2.3 (h), X₃ = 0.7 (‰) and X₄ = 84 (min), and predicted value of response optimal conditions was Y = 20.4%. Actual value was 19.3% by verification experiments under optimal conditions. Crude protein content of the tilapia skin gelatin was 88.5%. The content of imino acids including proline and hydroxyproline in the gelatin was 185 residues per 1000 total amino acid residues. Its gel strength was 260 g. The gelling and melting points were 18.0 and 22.4 °C, respectively.     

Tribological mechanism improving the wear resistance of polyurethane/epoxy interpenetrating polymer network via nanodiamond hybridization

The excellent synergistic effect of physical/mechanical properties of polyurethane/epoxy (PU/EP) interpenetrating polymer network (IPN) and the validity of nanofilling have one potential to improve the wear resistance of polymeric materials. With the aim of practical application, PU/EP IPN nanocomposites are prepared with nanodiamond (ND) as a reinforcing additive. Results showed the uniform thermal stability and the excellent compatibility between PU and EP in ND‐hybridized PU/EP IPN. Simultaneously, ND particles work as crosslinked points improving the physical/mechanical properties of ND‐hybridized PU/EP IPN, especially the wear resistance. The measurement of tribological property and the scanning electron microscope indicated that the wear resistance is able to be improved a lot by the formation of IPN and by the addition of ND. Consequently, the tribological mechanism of PU/EP IPN nanocomposites comes into being. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Appl. Polym. Sci. 2014 , 131, 40244.

Note: a simple spring-pressed heat link for low temperature vacuum environment

A simple spring-pressed design aimed at improving low temperature solid-solid heat link is reported. The essence of the design is to separate the contact pressure control from heat conduction. This design is especially useful for quick sample exchange in cryogen-free cryostat with demountable sample holder.
