The crystal structure, electromechanical properties, and electrocaloric effect (ECE) in novel lead‐free (Bi0.5K0.5)TiO3‐La(Mg0.5Ti0.5)O3 ceramics were investigated. A morphotropic phase boundary (MPB) between the tetragonal and pseudocubic phase was found at x = 0.01‐0.02. In addition, the relaxor properties were enhanced with increasing the La(Mg0.5Ti0.5)O3 content. In situ high‐temperature X‐ray diffraction patterns and Raman spectra were characterized to elucidate the phase transition behavior. The enhanced ECE (ΔT = 1.19 K) and piezoelectric coefficient (d33 = 103 pC/N) were obtained for x = 0.01 at room temperature. Meanwhile, the temperature stability of the ECE was considered to be related to the high depolarization temperature and relaxor characteristics of the Bi0.5K0.5TiO3‐based ceramics. The above results suggest that the piezoelectric and ECE properties can be simultaneously enhanced by establishing an MPB. These results also demonstrate the great potential of the studied systems for solid‐state cooling applications and piezoelectric‐based devices. 相似文献

介绍了磁航向测量系统的设计.分析了影响磁航向精度的误差来源及目前磁航向误差补偿算法存在的问题。在此基础上提出一种基于椭圆最佳二乘拟合的新算法.对现有的磁航向误差补偿算法加以改进。试验结果表明,该补偿算法在不以增加硬件复杂度和软件计算量为代价的前提下,能够很好地修正软硬磁场引起的磁航向误差,提高了磁航向测量系统的完整性与实用性。 相似文献

This paper employs uncertain programming to deal with a problem of dispatching medical supplies in emergency events. As we know, the highly unpredictable nature of emergencies and the severity of the accident may lead to uncertainty both in demands and running times. Under this condition, the demands and running times are supposed to be uncertain variables. Within the framework of uncertain programming, two mathematical models are constructed. In addition, some properties of the models are also discussed. Moreover, a hybrid intelligent algorithm for solving the proposed models in general cases is designed. In this paper, the minimum weight vertex covering problem with uncertain vertex weights is investigated. By virtue of the uncertainty distribution operation of independent uncertain variables, the uncertainty distribution of the minimum weight of vertex cover is derived, and the concept of the \(\alpha \)-minimum cover among uncertain weight vertex covers is proposed within the framework of uncertain programming. Then an \(\alpha \)-minimum model for uncertain weight vertex covering problem is established and discussed. Taking advantage of some properties of uncertainty theory, the model can be transformed into the corresponding deterministic form. 将1,1,2,2-四对羟基苯基乙烷与环氧氯丙烷在醚化催化剂四乙基溴化铵和溶剂异丙醇存在下,先进行醚化反应,然后加入适量的NaOH进行环氧化脱氯反应,再经水洗、分离、精制,得到1,1,2,2-四对羟基苯基乙烷四缩水甘油醚环氧树脂(PGEE)。研究了原料配比、反应时间和温度对PGEE环氧值和可水解氯含量的影响。实验结果表明,当环氧氯丙烷与1,1,2,2-四对羟基苯基乙烷摩尔比为21、1,1,2,2-四对羟基苯基乙烷与NaOH摩尔比为1∶4.0、醚化温度85℃、醚化时间4h、环氧化温度70℃、环氧化时间2.5h时,所得PGEE环氧值为0.51m ol,可水解氯质量分数为1.92×10-4,收率为57.5%。经傅里叶变换红外光谱和核磁共振表征,初步确认合成的产品为PGEE。 相似文献
