对应状态原理与基团贡献法结合,提出一个新的蒸气压估算方程(RLYM)。通过对烷烃、烯烃、炔烃、环烷烃、环烯烃、醇、环醇、酮、醚、芳烃、酚、萘在内的174种有机物质蒸气压实验数据的关联,获得了30种基团的贡献参数值。新模型的预测精度优于现有的对应状态法,并且对高碳分子仍有较好的估算精度。总的关联误差小于1.17%。  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: The authors characterize the recovery of parenteral nutrition-induced changes in gut-associated lymphoid tissue (GALT) and upper respiratory tract immunity with enteral nutrition and provide further information defining the effects of enteral feeding on mucosal immunity. SUMMARY BACKGROUND DATA: The small intestine plays a prominent role in development and maintenance of mucosal immunity, both intestinal and extraintestinal, primarily through immunoglobulin A (IgA)-mediated mechanisms. Prior research has shown that mice fed total parenteral nutrition (TPN) have reduced GALT T and B cells, the cells responsible for IgA production, as well as impaired upper respiratory tract immunity to viral challenge of previously immunized animals. The recovery of TPN-induced changes in GALT and upper respiratory tract immunity after enteral refeeding is studied. METHODS: Male institute of Cancer Research mice received 5 days of TPN followed by 0 to 4 days of chow. Small intestinal GALT was characterized by flow cytometry. In a second experiment, animals were immunized intranasally with moused-adapted influenza virus. Three weeks later, one group received a 5-day course of TPN followed by enteral refeeding for 5 days. A second group received TPN alone. Both groups were challenged with intranasal virus and killed 40 hours postchallenge to determine viral shedding from the upper respiratory tract. RESULTS: Animals fed TPN only had significantly fewer GALT lymphocytes compared with those chow-fed control subjects. Peyer's patch counts increased after a single day of refeeding, returning to normal levels by 48 hours. Lamina propria counts remained significantly depressed after 24 hours of refeeding, but also returned to normal after 48 hours of refeeding. The T-cell and B-cell populations mimicked total cell patterns. Lamina propria CD4+/CD8+ ratio returned to normal only after 72 hours of refeeding. None of the 9 animals refed enterally for 5 days were positive for viral shedding, compared with 8 of 12 matched TPN-fed animals. CONCLUSIONS: Enteral refeeding after TPN is associated with rapid repletion of GALT cellularity, initially within Peyer's patches and subsequently within the lamina propria. Refeeding corrects the impairment of IgA-mediated upper respiratory tract antiviral immunity occurring with TPN administration. This work further enhances the authors' knowledge of the underlying immunologic differences influenced by routes of nutrition.  相似文献

In this paper the problem of synthesizing deadlock-free modular supervisors for discrete-event systems is discussed. By introducing the d-invariant relation between a pair of supervisors, it is shown that when the control objective is described in terms of intersection of two languages, a necessary and sufficient condition for the modular supervisor to be deadlock-free is that this pair of subsupervisors satisfies a d-invariant relation. A procedure for synthesizing the deadlock-free modular supervisor is presented. Some issues concerning deadlock-free modular supervisory control are also discussed  相似文献

Atrial defibrillation can be accomplished using low energy shocks and transvenous catheters. The biphasic waveform tilt required to achieve optimal atrial defibrillation thresholds (ADFTs) is, however, not known. The effect of single capacitor biphasic waveform tilt modification on ADFT was assessed in 20 patients. Following AF induction the defibrillation pulses were delivered between the catheters positioned in the coronary sinus and the right atrium. The single capacitor biphasic waveform shocks, delivered over the same pathways, consisted of 65% tilt (65/65 biphasic waveform) to produce an overall tilt of 88%, or 50% tilt (50/50 biphasic waveform) to produce an overall tilt of 75%. Although 65/65 biphasic waveform delivers more energy, the shorter duration 50/50 biphasic waveform reduced stored energy ADFT 21%, from 1.34 +/- 0.82 J with 65/65 biphasic to 1.06 +/- 0.81 J. These differences were not statistically significant. Nine patients had lower ADFT with 50/50 biphasic waveform while five patients had lower ADFT with 65/65 biphasic waveform. Equivalent reduction in ADFT was seen in the remaining six patients. The ADFT was 0.83 +/- 0.65 J when both tilts were considered. In conclusion, biphasic waveform tilt modification may affect the ADFT in an individual patient. The optimal biphasic waveform for ADFT is not known.  相似文献

By using the technology of the sequential interpenetrating polymer network, a series of novel damping materials based on a polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS)/polyacrylate (PAC) matrix with polymethacrylate (PMAC) were synthesized. They have a controllable broad transition peak spanning the temperature range of 150–220°C and the medial value of loss factor with maximum of 0.35–0.60. Dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and atomic force microscopy (AFM) were applied to analyze and characterize the transition behavior and the microphase structure of the materials. It was found that the size and height of a transition peak at both the low‐ and the high‐temperature zones change as a function not only of the concentration of PMAC and PDMS but also of the kind of PMAC; simultaneously, the low‐ temperature behavior was also governed by the crystallization of PDMS. The content of the crosslinking agent exerts a significant influence on the configuration of the curves of the transition peaks. AFM shows a characteristic phase morphology of double‐phase continuity containing a transition layer and domain less than 1 μm, indicating that the interwoven multilayer networks are the key to incorporation of the immiscible components and form a broad damping functional region. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
