The Yellow River Estuary area of China is under great pressure from both human intervention and natural processes. For analysis of the changes in this area, this article presents a novel change-detection method based on a local fit-search model and kernel-induced graph cuts in multitemporal synthetic aperture radar images. Change detection involves assigning a label to every pixel. This task is naturally formulated in terms of energy minimization, which can be effectively solved by graph cuts. The difference image is transformed implicitly by a kernel function so that an alternative to complex modelling of the original data makes the piecewise constant model become applicable for graph cuts formulation. An issue is that graph cuts are sensitive to the initial estimate. The local fit-search model is proposed to approximate to the local histogram while selecting an optimal threshold for the initial labelling, which leads to an effective constraint for graph cuts and computational benefits as well. Visual and quantitative analyses obtained on the Yellow River Estuary data set confirm the effectiveness of the proposed method and that it outperforms the other state-of-the-art methods of change detection. 相似文献

Conversion rate in the Polyvinylchloride (PVC) polymerizing process has a certain influence on the molecular weight of PVC, porosity, absorption rate of plasticizer, vinyl chloride monomer (VCM) residue and thermal stability. Therefore, a predictive model based on echo state networks (ESN) method optimized by the artificial fish swarm algorithm (AFSA) is proposed to predict the conversion velocity. Firstly, the hot balancing mechanisms of polymerizer and the influenced factors of convention rate of VCM are analyzed in details. Then the auxiliary variables of the predictive model kernel are selected by using the kernel principal component analysis method for reducing the model dimensionality. Thirdly, the structure parameters of the ESN are optimized by the AFSA to realize the nonlinear mapping between input and output variables of the discussed soft-sensor model. The artificial fish swarm behaviors, such as foraging, swarming, chasing, random, are introduced in details. Finally, simulation results show that the proposed model can significantly enhance the predictive accuracy and robustness of the technical index and satisfy the real-time control requirements of PVC polymerizing production process. 相似文献

Current research still cannot effectively prevent an inference attacker from inferring privacy information for k-anonymous data sets. To solve the issue, we must first study all kinds of aggressive reasoning behaviors and process for the attacker thoroughly. Our work focuses on describing comprehensively the inference attack and analyzing their privacy disclosures for k-anonymous data sets. In this paper, we build up a privacy inference graph based on attack graph theory, which is an extension of attack graph. The privacy inference graph describes comprehensively the inference attack in k-anonymous databases by considering attacker background knowledge and external factors. In the privacy inference graph, we introduce a concept of valid inference path to analyze the privacy disclosures in face of inference attack. According to both above, we design an algorithm to compute the n-valid inference paths. These paths can deduce some privacy information resulting in privacy disclosure. Moreover, we study the optimal privacy strategies to resist inference attack by key attribute sets and valid inference paths in the attack graph. An approximate algorithm is designed to obtain the approximate optimal privacy strategy set. 以羟丙基壳聚糖(HPCS)、丙烯酰胺(AM)、丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DAC)为原料合成三元高分子共聚物(HPCS-AM-DAC)。采用FTIR、1HNMR、XRD、SEM对其结构和形貌进行了表征。考察了反应温度、引发剂硝酸铈铵用量、单体滴加时间及DAC用量对产物阳离子度及特性黏数的影响。结果表明,在水为25 mL、丙烯酰胺为2 g、HPCS为1 g、反应温度70℃、引发剂用量为1.7%(以HPCS质量为基准,下同)、单体滴加时间为35min、DAC为3.5g的条件下,产物的阳离子度和特性黏数均达到较佳值,分别为63.01%和468.81mL/g。采用壳聚糖(CTS)、HPCS、HPCS-AM-DAC及市售阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)对高岭土模拟废水进行絮凝实验,考察了絮凝体系pH、不同絮凝产品投加量对浊度去除率的影响。结果表明,在浊度为200NTU的高岭土模拟废水中,HPCS-AM-DAC絮凝的适宜pH为2~6,适宜投加量为2~5 mg/L,在该条件下浊度去除率均在96%以上。 相似文献
