Charge reduction and regeneration in K+, Na+, Mg2+, Ni2+ and Co2+-exchanged Wyoming Bentonite

Controlled calcination of ion-exchanged Wyoming Bentonite in the presence and absence of ammonia leads to layer charge reductions. Detailed chemical analyses of both unexchangeable and exchangeable species lead to the conclusion that in no case is there migration of the original interlamellar cations into the octahedral region of the layers although, in terms of ionic radius alone, Mg²⁺, Ni²⁺ and, possibly Co²⁺, might be expected to do so. The production of unexchangeable Mg, Ni or Co, is identified as resulting from high temperature hydrolysis leading to hydroxide or oxide formation.     

Prelaunch calibration and primary results from in-orbit calibration of the atmospheric correction microwave radiometer (ACMR) on the HY-2A satellite of China

The atmospheric correction microwave radiometer (ACMR) is one of the main payloads for correcting atmospheric path delay in the radar altimeter on the Haiyang-2A (HY-2A) satellite. The ACMR is a three-band microwave radiometer operating at 18.7, 23.8, and 37.0 GHz. Calibration of the ACMR is important for applying its measurements to correct for atmospheric effects on the HY-2A altimeter signal transmission in the air. Therefore, a detailed introduction to the principles and specifications of the ACMR system is given first. The thermal vacuum calibration method of the ACMR is discussed and analysed, and the microwave transfer functions and related coefficients are given, especially the nonlinear coefficients derived from a test for correcting nonlinear responses between the input of antenna temperature and the output of voltage at each channel of the ACMR. Furthermore, antenna pattern correction algorithms for removing the effects of side lobe and cross-polarization are derived and their coefficients are used for in-orbit data processing. Primary calibration results are given by comparing with the similar spaceborne Jason microwave radiometer (JMR) on the Jason-1 satellite and with the advanced microwave radiometer (AMR) on Jason-2. The results of this comparison show that the data from the ACMR match well to those from the JMR and AMR.     

潮汐双向流条件下丁坝水流特性研究

以长江口南支河段为原型,概化并建立水槽数学模型,研究径潮双向流条件下丁坝附近的水流结构。研究表明:丁坝一侧河岸,丁坝下游潮差远大于上游,在丁坝上游潮差小于对岸侧,下游潮差大于对岸侧;落潮时,丁坝回流区与壅水区长度大于涨潮,转流时刻,丁坝坝头附近流速相对较大;河床底部剪切应力变化在涨落急时刻最大,且落潮大于涨潮,转流时刻坝头及坝身迎水侧剪切应力增加明显。     

凝结水再循环管道振动原因及减振措施

对比了福建省内某电厂一期、二期工程600 MW发电机组凝结水再循环管道的设计和布置,经过分析,得出了一期管道振动的原因。在二期设计中做出了一些改进,基本解决了凝结水再循环管道的振动问题。     

信息安全事件快速处置系统构建及模块分析

分析了中国传统网络监管的弊端,并说明信息安全事件快速处置系统的研究价值,在此基础上提出了系统构建模型,及各功能模块的需求及功能描述,为后续工作提供研究依据。     

基于MAX+PLUSII模块化设计的智力竞赛抢答器

设计了一款造价低,体积小,操作简单,适用性广的抢答器。该抢答器是基于MAX+PLUSII软件,在FPGA芯片上设计的,可实现多人智力竞赛抢答。     

A New Derivation of the Cubature Kalman Filters

This paper investigates the cubature Kalman filtering (CKF) for nonlinear dynamic systems. This third‐degree rule based filter employs a spherical‐radial cubature rule to numerically compute the integrals encountered in nonlinear filtering problems, thereby removing the requirements of explicitly computing the Jacobians. The cubature rule, however, requires computing the intractable integrals over a high‐dimensional spherical region for multidimensional applications. Moreover, the cubature formula that has been used to construct the spherical cubature formula has some demerits, most notably its inconvenient properties in computation and low estimation accuracy. Aimed at these issues, a general class of CKFs that uses only cubature rules is derived in this paper. It can be shown that the conventional CKF is a special case of the proposed algorithm. The paper also includes higher‐degree CKFs, especially two representative types of the fifth‐degree CKFs. Performance of the proposed algorithms is demonstrated via two target tracking problems. The experimental results, presented herein, illustrate the superior performance of higher‐degree CKFs to conventional nonlinear filters.     

股指期货套利管理系统

针对我国股指期货市场存在的问题——理论与实际应用脱节,造成股指期货市场的发展需求和实际发展条件不平衡,提出构建股指期货套利管理系统的策略. 依据实地调研资料进行系统设计,使用C#实现股指期货套利管理系统（SIFAM-System）. 系统实现了基于基差的跨期套利和基于无套利区间的跨期套利,以及与套利相关的信息管理功能. SIFAM-System利用计算机实现模型计算、行情监控、套利机会的判断及开平仓,达到了辅助投资者决策的目的,也为股指期货市场的发展问题提供了从理论到实现的解决策略.     

A new result on the delay‐dependent stability of discrete systems with time‐varying delays

This paper proposes an improvement to the delay‐dependent stability of discrete systems with time‐varying delays. The approach is based on the observation that the positive definiteness of a chosen Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional does not necessarily require all the involved symmetric matrices to be positive definite, which has been overlooked in the literature. The derived delay‐dependent stability conditions are in terms of linear matrix inequalities. It is theoretically proved that our results are less conservative than the corresponding ones obtained by requiring the positive definiteness of all the symmetric matrices in a chosen Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional. The importance of the present approach is that a great number of delay‐dependent analysis and synthesis results obtained by the aforementioned requirement in the literature can be improved by the present approach without introducing any new decision variables. 省级机动车排气检测监管系统应用研究

为解决当前我国省级环保部门对机动车排气检测监管的实际困难,提高机动车排气污染监管能力,介绍了省级机动车排气检测监管信息系统的构建方法,提出了系统的整体技术框架、网络架构和功能模块组成,并阐述了基于Web services的省—市数据交换技术和自定义统计报表技术的实现方法。以广东省为例开发了原型系统,试运行结果初步显示了系统的实际运行能力。该系统方案能有效解决当前省级环保部门机动车监管所面临的实际问题。
