High gain and low dark current solution‐processed colloidal PbS quantum dots infrared (IR) PIN photodetectors with IR sensitivity up to 1500 nm are demonstrated. The low dark current is due to the P‐I‐N structure with both electron and hole blockers. The high gain in our IR photodiodes is due to the enhancement of electron tunneling injection through the 1,1‐bis[(di‐4‐tolylamino) phenyl]cyclohexane (TAPC) electron blocker under IR illumination resulting from a distorted electron blocking barrier in the presence of photo‐generated holes trapped in the TAPC electron blocker. It is further found that the trap states in the TAPC layer are generated by the Ag atoms penetrated in the TAPC layer during the thermal evaporation process. The resulting photodetectors have a high detectivity value of 7 × 1013 Jones, which is even higher than that of a commercial InGaAs photodiode.  相似文献

Identifying the economic value of a patent is crucial to technology management. It also facilitates the commercialization and transactions of patents. As a proxy of patent value, forward citation counting is widely used, but it takes a long time for a patent to be sufficiently cited. In this context, we suggest the first citation lag, namely the time taken until the first citation, as a proxy of patent value, as it is positively correlated with the patent value and considers the fact that important patents with a high economic value tend to receive many citations in a short space of time. We explore the influential patent attributes related to the first citation lag to build a model to predict the patent value. By using the Cox proportional hazard model on green inventory patent data, we find that patents with a shorter technology cycle time and a larger number of IPC four-digit classes, claims, patent family, and backward citations are associated with the shorter first citation lag, while a patent’s science linkage has an inverse U-shaped relationship with the first citation lag. Further, patents having an unconventional technological core have a longer first citation lag and among patents having an unconventional technological core, the presence of a novel element makes the first citation earlier. Our study is expected to help patent evaluation in the early stage of technology transfer.  相似文献

Previous preclinical studies have demonstrated the otoprotective effects of resveratrol (RV) at low doses. This study aimed to investigate the dose-dependent effects of RV in rats with cisplatin (CXP)-induced hearing loss. Sprague-Dawley rats (8-weeks old) were divided into six treatment groups (n = 12/group) and treated as follows: control, 0.5 mg/kg RV, 50 mg/kg RV, CXP, 0.5 mg/kg RV + CXP), and 50 mg/kg RV + CXP groups. CXP (3 mg/kg) was intraperitoneally injected for 5 days. RV (0.5 or 50 mg/kg) was intraperitoneally injected for 10 days from the first day of CXP administration. Auditory brainstem response (ABR) thresholds were measured before and within 3 days at the end of the drug administration. Cochlear tissues were harvested, and the outer hair cells were examined using cochlear whole mounts. The mRNA expression of NFκB, IL6, IL1β, and CYP1A1, and protein levels of aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR) and cytosolic and nuclear receptor for advanced glycation endproducts (RAGE) were evaluated. The ABR threshold increased in the 50 mg/kg RV and CXP groups at 4, 8, 16, and 32 kHz. The 0.5 mg/kg RV + CXP group demonstrated decreased hearing thresholds at 4 and 32 kHz compared to the CXP group. Cochlear whole-mount analysis revealed loss of outer hair cells in the 50 mg/kg RV and CXP groups and partial prevention of these cells in the 0.5 mg/kg RV + CXP group. The mRNA expressions of NFκB, IL6, and IL1β were increased in the 50 mg/kg RV and CXP groups compared to the control group. In contrast, these levels were decreased in the 0.5 mg/kg RV + CXP group compared to the CXP group. The mRNA expression of CYP1A1 was increased in the CXP group, while it was decreased in the 0.5 mg/kg RV + CXP group compared to the control group. The protein levels of AhR and cytosolic RAGE decreased in the 0.5 mg/kg RV group. Low-dose RV had partial otoprotective effects on CXP ototoxicity. The otoprotective effects of RV may be mediated through anti-oxidative (CYP1A1 and RAGE) and anti-inflammatory (NFκB, IL6, and IL1β) responses. High-dose RV exerted an inflammatory response and did not ameliorate CXP-induced ototoxicity.  相似文献

In this paper transmittance predictions based on residual pore scattering in transparent ceramics with cubic crystallites via Mie theory and its approximations (Rayleigh, Fraunhofer, van de Hulst and Rayleigh-Gans, including the small- and large-size limits) are recalled and systematically compared. Due to the high phase contrast, the difference between different types of ceramics is of secondary importance, so that the essential conclusions are of general validity for all types of transparent ceramics. It is shown that the Rayleigh-Gans approximation and its large-size limit provide surprisingly good transmittance predictions, although it has not often been used in the ceramic literature. The main conclusion of this paper is that, of all the approximations presented here and used in ceramic science so far, the van de Hulst approximation is the one that most closely approaches the exact Mie results, although it has been largely ignored in the literature on transparent ceramics so far.  相似文献

Quasi-2D Ruddlesden–Popper halide perovskites with a large exciton binding energy, self-assembled quantum wells, and high quantum yield draw attention for optoelectronic device applications. Thin films of these quasi-2D perovskites consist of a mixture of domains having different dimensionality, allowing energy funneling from lower-dimensional nanosheets (high-bandgap domains) to 3D nanocrystals (low-bandgap domains). High-quality quasi-2D perovskite (PEA)2(FA)3Pb4Br13 films are fabricated by solution engineering. Grazing-incidence wide-angle X-ray scattering measurements are conducted to study the crystal orientation, and transient absorption spectroscopy measurements are conducted to study the charge-carrier dynamics. These data show that highly oriented 2D crystal films have a faster energy transfer from the high-bandgap domains to the low-bandgap domains (<0.5 ps) compared to the randomly oriented films. High-performance light-emitting diodes can be realized with these highly oriented 2D films. Finally, amplified spontaneous emission with a low threshold 4.16 µJ cm−2 is achieved and distributed feedback lasers are also demonstrated. These results show that it is important to control the morphology of the quasi-2D films to achieve efficient energy transfer, which is a critical requirement for light-emitting devices.  相似文献

Isoquinoline alkaloids-enriched herbal plants have been used as traditional folk medicine for their anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and analgesic effects. They induce cell cycle arrest, apoptosis, and autophagy, leading to cell death. While the molecular mechanisms of these effects are not fully understood, it has been suggested that binding to nucleic acids or proteins, enzyme inhibition, and epigenetic modulation by isoquinoline alkaloids may play a role in the effects. This review discusses recent evidence on the molecular mechanisms by which the isoquinoline alkaloids can be a therapeutic target of cancer treatment.  相似文献

In this work, the very thin layer‐by‐layer (LBL) film that was constructed by dip coating method on indium tin oxide surface can be used in liquid crystal (LC) displays devices. The obtained results indicate that the ultrathin LBL film shows the homeotropic alignment layer, and a uniform vertical alignment of LC molecules was gained very easily. The progress of vertical‐aligned LC cells with a LBL layer was evaluated. The obtained threshold voltage and response time of the LC cell were 2.472 V and 12.5 ms, respectively. So, the competitive performance of the LC cell could allow new sign at a low‐cost budget with rubbing process in LC display technology.  相似文献
