对PVC/热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)/SR三元共混物的性能进行研究,重点讨论NBR品种、TPU/NBR并用比、PVC聚合度、增塑剂DOP和硫化剂DCP用量对PVC/TPU/NBR三元共混物性能的影响。结果表明。PVC/TPU/NBR-3604三元共混物的物理性能较优;PVC/TPU/NBR-3604三元共混物的拉断伸长率和拉断永久变形均随着PVC聚合度的增大基本呈上升趋势;随着增塑剂DOP用量的增大,共混物的邵尔A型硬度、拉伸强度、撕裂强度和拉断永久变形均基本呈下降趋势,拉断伸长率增大;随着硫化剂DCP用量的增大。共混物的拉伸强度和拉断伸长率变化不大,撕裂强度基本呈逐渐减小的趋势。不同PVC/TPU/SR三元共混物的扫描电子显微镜照片表明,NBR与PVC和TPU的相容性较好。 相似文献

最可靠最大流是不确定图中可靠性最高的最大流,它是传统最大流问题在不确定图上的自然延伸.现有的最可靠最大流算法SDBA时间复杂性较高,无法满足实际中不同应用的需求,为此,文中提出一种具有普遍适用性的最可靠最大流解决方案.该方案包含面向不同需求的3种算法:基于负权群落消去的NWCE算法、基于时间约束优先单环消去的SPEA-t算法和基于概率阈值约束优先单环消去的SPEA-p算法.其中,NWCE算法借鉴最小费用最大流的"流平移"思想并基于文中提出的负权群落概念,在辅助剩余图中不断地消去可使可靠性增加而流量不变的负权群落,可证当消去所有负权群落时对应的最大流即为最可靠最大流.根据负权群落中由单环组成的群落占很高比例且相对于多环组成的群落更易查找和消去的性质,同时考虑到NWCE算法为了获得最优解,往往为了消去最后少数几个对概率提高贡献很小的负权群落却花费了很长时间的现象,提出SPEA-t和SPEA-p两种快速近似算法,前者是以规定时间内尽可能逼近最优解为目标,后者是以最少时间达到预设的概率阈值为目标,它们都采用了优先消去概率-时间效益较好的单环群落的策略,加快对最优解的逼近速度,减少或放弃时间开销较大的多环群落的消去,以满足那些对算法时间性能要求很高而结果以近似最优即可的应用需求.实验表明,相对于SDBA算法,NWCE算法结合概率剪枝策略在时间性能上有了数量级的提高,而SPEA-t算法和SPEA-p算法则具有更高的性能和更好的适用性. 相似文献

A trapezoidal intuitionistic fuzzy set, some operational laws, score and accuracy functions for trapezoidal intuitionistic fuzzy values are presented in this paper. Then, the trapezoidal intuitionistic fuzzy prioritized weighted averaging (TIFPWA) operator and trapezoidal intuitionistic fuzzy prioritized weighted geometric (TIFPWG) operator are proposed to aggregate the trapezoidal intuitionistic fuzzy information. Furthermore, a multicriteria decision-making method based on the TIFPWA and TIFPWG operators and the score and accuracy functions of trapezoidal intuitionistic fuzzy values is established to deal with the multicriteria decision-making problem in which the criteria are in different priority level. The effect of adsorbed polymer on the stability of alumina suspension was investigated. Poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO), poly(acrylic
acid) (PAA) and similar kinds of polymer salts were used as a dispersant. The amount of polymer adsorbed on alumina surface
and the suspension stability was measured. The pH, molecular weight, and concentration were considered as experimental parameters.
PEO shows low affinity on the alumina surface while PAA has high affinity. In the case of PAA adsorption, the surface charge
change by polymer adsorption influences suspension stability strongly, but not in the case of PEO adsorption. In simultaneous
adsorption of PEO and PAA, the PAA concentration was fixed and PEO concentration was varied. The stability of suspension increased
with increasing PEO concentration, and this is partly due to the steric stabilization by adsorption of PAA-PEO complex or
adsorption of PEO through pre-adsorbed PAA and the depletion effect of non-adsorbed polymer. Suspension adsorbing sodium salts
of PAA and poly(methacrylic acid) (PMA) each showed similar stability. But, when the PEO and these kinds of salts were added
together to the suspension, the one with PAA sodium salt could keep a higher stability even with lower molecular weights of

Double‐shell‐structured microcapsules encapsulating phase‐change materials (micro‐PCMs) with an average diameter of 5–10 μm were successfully fabricated with a melamine–formaldehyde resin as the coating material. The mechanical properties of the obtained piled micro‐PCMs, tested under compression, were evaluated with a pressure sensor. Typical stress–strain curves showed that both the single‐shell‐ and double‐shell‐structured microcapsules had yield points and maximum point pressures. The morphological changes in the shell surface confirmed the existence of yield points by scanning electron microscopy. When the pressure was beyond the yield point, the microcapsules showed conventional plastic behavior, and the double‐shell structure was more mechanically stable than the single‐shell one. Differential scanning calorimetry analysis results revealed that the properties of the phase‐change materials experienced no variation after coating with a single‐shell‐ or double‐shell‐structured polymer. Thermogravimetric analysis showed that the double‐shell‐structured micro‐PCMs experienced a weight loss of only about 5% from 86.3 to 232°C but did so more rapidly from 232 to 416°C. Thermoregulation was determined with periodical heating and cooling tests. The data showed that the micro‐PCMs changed temperature in a narrow range of 20–25°C with a time lag of 20 min to reach the maximum or minimum temperature in comparison with a reference temperature of 18–28°C. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
