Chip mounters and surface mount device (SMD) inspection systems use image processing techniques for the placement of SMDs onto printed circuit boards (PCB) and the inspection of SMDs. Such techniques require the component configuration data which define the shape of SMDs; however, the creation of this data is currently not automated. The goal of this paper is to offer a system that generates component configuration data automatically by processing images of SMDs. There are several target components, such as IC, BGA (ball grid array), chips, connectors, etc., for which data can be generated. 利用高功率微波等离子体化学气相沉积方法及合适的预处理方法成功地合成了无生长丘的高品质金刚石膜,阴极荧光(CL)结果表明在本工作的同质外延金刚石膜中,边发射在室温下也是主峰之一。详细研究了室温下有异常粒子和无异常粒子的样品的CL谱和CL扫描图,发现边发射主要产生于无异常粒子区域。而大多数异常粒子主要对位于425nm的BandA发射起作用,因此抑制异常粒子的形成对提高同质外延金刚石摸的质量非常重要。  相似文献

In this paper we consider a deductive question-answering system for relational databases as a logic database system, and propose a knowledge assimilation method suitable for such a system. The concept of knowledge assimilation for deductive logic is constructed in an implementable form based on the notion of amalgamating object language and metalanguage. This concept calls for checks to be conducted on four subconcepts, provability, contradiction, redundancy, independency, and their corresponding internal database updates. We have implemented this logic database knowledge assimilation program in PROLOG, a logic programming language, and have found PROLOG suitable for knowledge assimilation implementation.  相似文献

In Caenorhabditis elegans, the vulval induction is mediated by tyrosine kinase receptor/Ras signal transduction pathway composed of the lin-3, let-23, and let-60 products. In addition to these gene products, the lin-2, lin-7, and lin-10 products are also implicated in this pathway. Lin-2 encodes a MAGUK and lin-7 encodes a small protein with one PDZ domain. The lin-10 product has no homology to known proteins. Here, we have cloned a rat homologue of the lin-10 product and characterized it. Rat lin-10 is ubiquitously expressed in various rat tissues and distributed in both the cytosol and membrane fractions. In brain, however, rat lin-10 is distributed only in the membrane fraction and enriched in the synaptic plasma membrane and postsynaptic density fractions. These results suggest that rat lin-10 is involved at least in synaptic functions in brain.  相似文献

We developed the world's smallest‐profile 32‐in. HDTV PDP. By improving the luminous efficiency, a luminance of 650 cd/m2 and power consumption (discharge and driving circuit) of 200 W or less was achieved. Moreover, incorporating an advanced color compensating (ACC) filter improved the PDP's color‐reproduction capability, better than that of CRTs.  相似文献

Cortical venous drainage has been described as one of the major risk factors for dural arteriovenous fistula, which may induce venous hypertension leading to venous ischemia or intracerebral hemorrhage. However, it is rather rare to observe cortical venous drainage manifesting in this way in the cavernous sinus region. We report a case of a 55-year-old gentleman with a right cavernous dural arteriovenous fistula, presenting with conjunctival chemosis, exophthalmus and ocular hypertension on the affected side. Magnetic resonance imaging showed a small intracerebral hemorrhage in the right frontal lobe. Cerebral angiography revealed a dural arteriovenous fistula in the right cavernous sinus draining into the right olfactory vein via the uncal vein, as well as into the superior and inferior ophthalmic veins. This unusual cortical venous reflux was thought to be consistent with the intracerebral hemorrhage found on the magnetic resonance imaging. The patient underwent transvenous embolization for the dural arteriovenous fistula using an inferior petrosal catheterization into the uncal vein was difficult, and the cortical venous reflux through the vein seemed to be slight. However, extravasation of the contrast material occurred in the right frontal lobe after obliteration of the ophthalmic veins during the procedure. The cause of the extravasation was suspected to be the same olfactory vein that had been involved in the previous intracerebral hemorrhage. The obliteration of the dural fistula was continued rapidly, and the fistula disappeared after the embolization. Neurologically, the patient had no noticeable troubles, except for a mild headache. The pretreatment symptoms were alleviated within several days, and the patient was discharged in a week. We emphasize the following points from this rare case in order to facilitate a safer procedure during transvenous embolization for cavernous dural arteriovenous fistula. It is important to obliterate the cortical venous drainage as early as possible, even if the reflux is small or the catheterization is difficult. Repeated, careful sinography is useful for the evaluation of the drainage pattern at certain stages during the transvenous embolization procedure.  相似文献

When the high-pressure gas is exhausted to the vacuum chamber from the nozzle, the underexpanded supersonic jet contained with the Mach disk is generally formed. The eventual purpose of this study is to clarify the unsteady phenomenon of the underexpanded free jet when the back pressure continuously changes with time. The characteristic of the Mach disk has been clarified in consideration of the diameter and position of it by the numerical analysis in this paper. The sonic jet of the exit Mach number Me=1 is assumed and the axisymmetric conservational equation is solved by the TVD method in the numerical calculation. The diameter and position of the Mach disk differs with the results of a steady jet and the influence on the continuously changing of the back pressure is evidenced from the comparison with the case of steady supersonic jet.  相似文献

In order to solve a power consumption problem of the driver stage in the cathode-follower RF system, a grid-cathode driving scheme is investigated by means of an isolation transformer. A very low output impedance can be realized together with a voltage gain a few tens of times higher than that of a cathode-follower. The model system has been tested under frequency modulation in the 1-3-MHz range at 40-Hz repetition; the output impedance is less than 30 Ω and the driver voltage 62 V to produce a 1.2-kV peak at the cavity gap  相似文献
