Starch and dextrin were phosphorylated by dry‐heating in the presence of phosphate, and their properties were examined. The phosphorylation of starch was accelerated with decreasing moisture, rising incubation temperature and prolongation of the incubation period. However, a rise in incubation temperature, and lengthened incubation period caused increased browning and degradation. A decrease in the pH from 5.5 to 3.0 resulted in a modest increase of phosphorylation, but also marked browning and degradation. When potato starch was phosphorylated at 140°C and pH 5.5 for 24 h, its phosphorus content was increased up to 3.47%, with fewer side reactions. Phosphorlylated starch and dextrin had calcium phosphate‐solubilizing abitity. Phosphorylated dextrin with 2.42% phosphorus had about half the calcium phosphate‐solubilizing ability of casein phosphopeptide (CPP). The possibility of substituting of phosphorylated starch and dextrin for CPP as a calcium phosphate‐absorption enhancing material is discussed herein.  相似文献

As dimeric natural products frequently exhibit useful biological activities, identifying and understanding their mechanisms of dimerization is of great interest. One such compound is (?)‐ditryptophenaline, isolated from Aspergillus flavus, which inhibits substance P receptor for potential analgesic and anti‐inflammatory activity. Through targeted gene knockout in A. flavus and heterologous yeast gene expression, we determined for the first time the gene cluster and pathway for the biosynthesis of a dimeric diketopiperazine alkaloid. We also determined that a single cytochrome P450, DtpC, is responsible not only for pyrroloindole ring formation but also for concurrent dimerization of N‐methylphenylalanyltryptophanyl diketopiperazine monomers into a homodimeric product. Furthermore, DtpC exhibits relaxed substrate specificity, allowing the formation of two new dimeric compounds from a non‐native monomeric precursor, brevianamide F. A radical‐mediated mechanism of dimerization is proposed.  相似文献

In the present paper. a numerical model for MAG (metal active gas) arc welding of thin plate has been developed. In MAG arc welding, the electrode wire is melted and supplied into the molten pool intermittently. Accordingly, it is assumed on the modeling that the thermal energy enters the base-plates through two following mechanisms, i.e., direct heating from arc plasma and "indirect" heating from the deposited metal. In the second part of the paper, MAG arc welding process is numerically-analyzed by using the model. and the calculated weld bead dimension and surface profile have been compared with the experimental MAG welds on steel plate. As the result. it is made clear that the model is capable of predicting the bead profile of thin-plate MAG arc welding, including weld bead with undercutting.  相似文献

In the past, we have proposed battery operations in a photovoltaic (PV) system using PV output and load power forecasts. In the proposed method, we utilized multiobjective optimization for a residential area model that includes a large number of PV systems with storage batteries. To practically demonstrate that the proposed operation effectively improves economic and environmental efficiency, it is indispensable to evaluate the effects of forecast error on the operation design of a PV system with storage battery. In this paper, we propose a method for evaluating the robustness of battery operation taking account of the statistical characteristics of forecast errors. Some numerical examples, which show the validity of the proposed method, are also presented.  相似文献
