A low‐voltage operable, highly sensitive, and selectively responsive polymer for the detection of nitroaromatic explosives is investigated. Resistive devices are fabricated by simple spin‐coating on flexible and transparent substrates in addition to silicon substrates and are stable under ambient temperature and oxygen levels before exposure to the nitroaromatics. After exposure to 2,4,6‐trinitrotoluene (TNT), the devices show increased conductance, even with picogram (pg) quantities of TNT, accompanied by a confirming color change from colorless to deep red. The relative conductance increase per unit exposure is the highest yet reported for TNT. Aromatic anion salts, on the other hand, do not induce any electronic responses. 1H NMR and microscopic analyses show chemical interactions and morphological changes correlated with the electronic responses, some of which are specific to TNT in relation to other nitroaromatics. The binding constant for the imidazole rings and TNT is on the order of tens of M ?1. The materials are promising for rapid indication of exposure to nitroaromatic compounds.  相似文献

A novel linear switched termination active cross‐coupled low‐voltage differential signaling (LVDS) transceiver operating at 1.5 GHz clock frequency is presented. On the transmitter side, an active cross‐coupled linear output driver and a switched termination scheme are applied to achieve high speed with low current. On the receiver side, a shared preamplifier scheme is employed to reduce power consumption. The proposed LVDS transceiver implemented in an 80 nm CMOS process is successfully demonstrated to provide a data rate of 6 Gbps/pin, an output data window of 147 ps peak‐to‐peak, and a data swing of 196 mV. The power consumption is measured to be 4.2 mW/pin at 1.2 V.  相似文献

Silver nanowire (AgNW) networks are a promising candidate to replace indium tin oxide (ITO) as transparent conductors. In this paper, a novel transparent composite conductor composed of AgNW/biocompatible alginate gel on a flexible polyethylene terephthalate (PET) substrate, with synchronously enhanced adhesion and reduced resistivity, is prepared without high‐temperature annealing. The sheet resistance of the flexible AgNW/PET film reduces from 300 to 50.3 Ohm sq?1 at transmittance of 94%. The optical and electrical performance is superior to that obtained from the flexible ITO film on PET. Meanwhile, the sheet resistance does not show great change after tape test, suggesting a good adhesion of AgNW to the polymer substrate. Moreover, the AgNW composite film shows a good stability to resist long‐term storage, solvent damage, and ultrasonication. Finally, polymer solar cells employing the composite AgNW film as the electrode are realized, displaying an efficiency of 2.44%.  相似文献

This paper focuses on the target detection problem for colocated MIMO radar with randomly distributed arrays in the presence of compound-Gaussian clutter with unknown Power Spectral Density (PSD). First, we derive the Generalized Likelihood Ratio Test (GLRT) assuming known covariance structure, and then, three different covariance estimation strategies, i.e., Sampled Covariance Matrix (SCM), Normalized Sampled Covariance Matrix (NSCM), and Fixed Point Estimation (FPE) Matrix, are introduced in place of the exact one to make the derived GLRT fully adaptive. Thorough numerical evaluations of the detection performance are provided and discussed.  相似文献

In this paper, we propose and analyze the outage probability of a two-way hybrid decode-and-amplify relaying scheme with relay selection for secondary spectrum access. In this scheme, a secondary network is co-located and uses the same spectrum as the primary network. The primary network is comprised of two primary terminals that attempt to transmit signals to one another; the secondary network is comprised of M secondary transmitter-receiver pairs (ST-SR). One of the secondary transmitters chosen to cooperate with the primary network uses a hybrid decode-and-amplify forward technique in order to relay primary and secondary signals. We derive expressions for the outage probability of the primary network as well as the secondary network over a Rayleigh fading channel. Simulation results are presented to verify theoretical analyses and to compare the performance of the proposed protocol to that of a two-way direct transmission protocol.  相似文献

The future of green electronics possessing great strength and toughness proves to be a promising area of research in this technologically advanced society. This work develops the first fully bendable and malleable toughened polylactic acid (PLA) green composite by incorporating a multifunctional polyhydroxybutyrate rubber copolymer filler that acts as an effective nucleating agent to accelerate PLA crystallization and performs as a dynamic plasticizer to generate massive polymer chain movement. The resultant biocomposite exhibits a 24‐fold and 15‐fold increment in both elongation and toughness, respectively, while retaining its elastic modulus at >3 GPa. Mechanism studies show the toughening effect is due to an amalgamation of massive shear yielding, crazing, and nanocavitation in the highly dense PLA matrix. Uniquely distinguished from the typical flexible polymer that stretches and recovers, this biocomposite is the first report of PLA that can be “bend, twist, turn, and fold” at room temperature and exhibit excellent mechanical robustness even after a 180° bend, attributes to the highly interconnected polymer network of innumerable nanocavitation complemented with an extensively unified fibrillar bridge. This unique trait certainly opens up a new horizon to future sustainable green electronics development.  相似文献
